I ordered couple items on cyber Monday and it’s over a week and a half and I still haven’t received my clothes that I ordered. I tried calling and emailing customer service and I got no response. They need to be more appreciative and understanding to their customers. Because if they have no customers they have no business.

Thanks Fashion Nova for the horrible customer service. I ordered on Black Friday at 50% off. My package is taking forever, so I call regarding my package and I was told they lost my package In the warehouse and now a few items I selected are sold out. They also wouldn’t honor the 50% off on remainder items if I was to have rest of items sent to me. WTH?! I Told them they had horrible customer service and asked for a full refund.

It's been almost 2 weeks and no tracking number!! I canceled and better get my refund ASAP. They obviously couldn't handle 50% black Friday sale.

Absolute worst company that I have ever dealt with. On November 18th I placed an order with Fashion Nova. I immediately with in an hour noticed that I ordered the wrong sizes. I asked immediately contacted Fashion Nova and asked them to please adjust the sizes or cancel the sizes. They told me they could not once an order was placed. I asked them to stop shipment then since the order was not even pulled yet. They told me they can not do that but once I received the order I can pay them $7.99 for a return label and ship the order back for a gift card. I received the order on the 21st and shipped it right back with their $7.99 label. They still have not issued me my gift card, which I dont really want. I want a refund back to my credit card. Half the items they would not even take back anyways even though they were never opened. I have sent 3 messages in the last week and they have stopped responding. I am no taking further action against this company, but BUYERS BEWARE. RUN FROM THESE CROOKS.

I placed an order on Black Friday. OMG, what a nightmare! The product isn't worth the 50% off that I paid. I think the items are made in the jungle of south Asia. I wanted to return the products only to find out that I would only get store credit to buy more junk. They pulled a fast one. I WARN EVERYONE WHO READS THIS. DO NOT BUY from this scam company. They are using all the money on influencers to sell B.S.

I ordered my stuff which included a winter coat more than a week ago and they never sent a confirmation or tracking #. And then today l received the package and my winter coat is not even in here. I sent them emails but they never responded. Don't buy from them you will get scammed!

I ordered couple of times with Fashionova. I had somehow good experiences, until I placed the order on Cyber Monday. Till now I did not receive a confirmation that my order is processed. The order contains 90% of my Christmas gifts. I contacted them couple of times via email and on Social Media, and haven't received any reply. I called their number and could not reach an agent. Good thing I paid via Paypal, so I will get my money back. All in all this is pretty disappointing cause i really enjoy their clothing :-(

This is ridiculous I’ve been shopping from fashion nova for years now and I never had a problem with them but in the last few times I ordered from Them they’ve been taking their sweet time to deliver my stuff and I never complain but this Time I’m really upset because I ordered clothes and spent 140$ more then a week ago and yet I still haven’t received my stuff , this is such a disappointment I was planning on wearing one of the outfits that I ordered to a birthday party which is today I didn’t know they were gonna do me like that and I’ve emailed and called but their customer service is garbage. This is such a disappointment and This will be my last time ordering anything from them.

Save your money, they have over 8500 complaints in business bureau... they charged my card double the price, I didn’t get my refund for their mistake they wanted to give me store credit 😞 and now that I reported them to business bureau they close my acct so I can access anything to get my refund. They charge a 50% restocking fee for return items BE CAREFUL they will steal your money

FashionNova has been hit or miss for me. But a recent order I placed on Black Friday. After about a week and 1/2 I received an email stating my order was canceled and refunded, with no explanation as to why. The worst part about their customer service is, they give a standard reply without even understanding your issue. This has been an issue for several times now. It’s upsetting because I do enjoy their clothing but I may have to rethink ordering from them again.

Awful company 3rd time they've scammed me out of my money. I ordered $100 order on black friday and it's been 14 days and it says its still sitting in data entry. Not one person has replied to my 3 emails I've sent back. Can I at least get a refund ???

Short and simple order 3 months in advance just Incase they bull sh**t you with delivery delays they quality clothes on fire 🔥 though gotta be for real on that however lesson learned I have yet to received my order and I’m going on vacation in a couple days 😭😭😡

Fashion Nova clothing is of the hook,I love they clothes and accessories, everything is great quality,BUT unfortunately they customer service really sucks, is terrible!! No use to tell what was my bad experience cause I had too many!yes too many cause I love they stuff so much I keep shopping there🤷🏻‍♀️Don’t get me wrong they will take care of you & answer your emails but whenever they have time, you gonna need a lot of patience that’s all!

I put in an order on 12/06 and PAID EXTRA to get it shipped ASAP since I need the clothes for 12/13. Today is 12/11 and it hasn't even been shipped!! I emailed them twice already and no response. I also called them various times "there is no available representatives try again later" and hang up. They don't even put you on hold until someone is available. They better refund me every single penny back.

I ordered during the extended cyber Monday sale on 12/4. It's been over a week and I still haven't recieved any notice that my order has even been processed. The projected shipping date keep changing from 12/16 to 12/19 and now it says 12/23. By now I'd think this company would do better when it comes to shipping especially for the holidays. Not surprising at all.

You guys customer service sucks ass. I placed an order on cyber Monday, based on their lying azz shipping time frame chart said I would receive it on December 3rd. Here we are December 11 and it’s still not full filled. I’m flying out Dec 15 so it won’t make it to me on time before my flight. No one answers email or phone. This is my first and last time ever shopping with this fraudulent company. You have celebrities endorsing y’all dumb azzez. Fck them n fck you

I returned a dress december 26 th and havent recieved an email yet of my store credit and its now December the 11th..and they send no updates and they only way to contact is through email.
