If you do not know your exact size DO NOT ORDER from them. I sent two items back totaling $100 on Nov. 19. I have yet to get my gift cards. Their customer service is a freaking JOKE! I am about to contact the BBB b/c this is ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN!!! The worst and to think that celeberites promote there business!

I ordered on black friday and saved a bunch . but i put the wrong email in i feared because i have no received a confirmation code. Its supposed to come in later to day as the thing on the website shipping say. I hope it does and i didnt get scam btw first time ordering from fashion nova

FASHION NOVA IS THE WORST AT DELIVERING I ORDERED MY PACKAGE ON 11/30 AND THE EXPECTED DATE WAS 12/6 I DIDNT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING IT WAS SHIPPED OUT AND WHEN I WENT ON ONTRAC’S WEBSITE IT SAYS THAT THEY HAVENT RECEIVED THE PACKAGE FROM THE SHIPPER I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SENT ME ANOTHER EMAIL SAYING IM SUPPOSED TO GET MY PACKAGE TODAY AND I HAVENT I SWEAR IM ABOUT TO DISPUTE THIS ORDER BECAUSE THIS IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

Like everyone else I ordered my package on the 4th expedited shipping my order still says unfulfilled. I needed the order before the 13th! I emailed, called the works. They have the worse customer service. I spoke to someone and all she kept telling me is I have to wait for my order to get here by the 16th! When I need it for the 13 why would they take my money for expedited shipping and not be able to ship till the 16th. Then she said they say that on the website mind you it doesnt show that when u place ur order u have to dig for information on the shipping. When it should say it right there when u check out what date u will get it. I am calling my bank tomorrow and reporting this as fraud because I have not recieved my package.

Fashion Nova is a scam. Same problem as most people. I ordered twice on Nov. 23 & 29, spending a total of $700. I was supposed to receive my packages 1 week ago but haven’t. Tried emailing, calling, DMing, tweeting, the works for the last week but NOTHING. Finally got them on the phone today after being hung up on and waiting for an hour to be spoken to. They said my package is lost and they can’t do anything about it. ABSOLUTE FRAUDS

“I ordered 8 items for BLACK FRIDAY, and they told said my package was going to be delivered on Dec 9, NOW saying my package is going to be delivered on Dec 12. Im soooo mad Fashion Nova is the worst when delivering on TIME.” I will be out the country for the 11th THANK YOU FASHION NOVA

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE . DID NOT RECEIVE MY STUFF . THEY WONT GIVE ME ANY INFO ON MY TRACKING. I PAID FOR 1 DAY SHIPPING AND ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS AND NOTHING . ALL THEY OFFERED ME WAS A 14$ COUPON????? AND TALK ABOUT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE , WONT RESPOND ON ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM. FINALLY GOT THREW ON THE PHONE AND THE GUY HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I WASNT EVEN DONE ASKING QUESTIONS. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. VERY DISAPPOINTED .

I have the same situation, I did my order on 11/29/19 I haven’t received my order yet, I’m frustrated because in two days before I did another orden paying shipping for both so I have two pending orden’s that haven’t received, Worst experience with this company, I’m not recommended for anybody,I’m not even know if I’m going to receive this orden or they just stole my money 😡

Ordered a few things on fashion nova For Cyber Monday, and I still have not received not one item. I am extremely feared that I will not receive them on time for my out of state trip! They should not have false promises on shipping dates. Fashion Nova should definitely step up their game if their going to keep offering sales and deals on social media!

Customer service is so horrible. This company only wants money. I ordered some stuff on Black Friday and the code for sale didn’t went through for some reasons on my second purchases after I’ve proceed it. I’d waited two weeks for a reply and the customer service said was return you’re items. It’s not my fault that their websites didn’t accept their own code after I’d processed it.

Cyber Monday order on 12/2. Still no movement on my order. No satisfaction from customer service. These are Xmas gifts and I predict that I'll get an out of stock email in another week, even though they took my $$ right away and the items were in stock. they are also promo'ing another 60% off sale, which will generate more orders, when they can't even fulfill the ones they already received. Never again.

I shopped the black Friday sale and haven't gotten anything. Yet they took my money. the expected delivery date is December 10th, I've gotten no response from anyone at fashion nova ( I've already emailed and called the number that no one ever answers) at this point keep the clothes I need my money back expeditiously, I hope this doesn't have to happen to anyone else!!!

Black Friday was my first time shopping with Fashion Nova. I purchased 4 items which were expected to be delivered by December 3rd. I just received 2 of the 4 items. This morning I received an email that said I was being refunded for the two remaining items. I was provided no explanation. Truly disappointed. I could have spent my money on items that were available. Company should have better inventory knowledge and communicate with the consumer.

Not a fan of their policies. If something doesn't fit, you can't get a refund. You only get a gift card for their site so you can spend on extra things. Also you have to pay for shipping the item back even if you paid for shipping when you placed the order. Most of their sweaters are huge, made out of itchy material, and you have to size down often. First time trying them and I'm disappointed.

I placed a order on cyber Monday. They said my items will be here Wednesday! I haven’t heard or seen a thing! They took my money but the order is still saying unfulfilled! I’m calling my bank tomorrow and report fraud! This the last time I order from this company! You can’t even call no one to even ask a question! This is bad business and unprofessional!!!

I received my package 3 days ago and one sweater dress is broken. There is a big hole on the dress. I found it is broken so I sent them message at the 3rd day , someone repylied me they can't do anything about it because I have to contact them within 2 business days, I sent message again but no reply anymore. First time I sent message with the photo and my order number, customer's service replied me and asked what is my order number, she or he can't look at my message I just sent to see my order number? I gave them number again then she or he asked if this dress has been worked, washed or removed tag, I sent them a photo with tag on, said I I never wore or wash it and the tag is on and I just received it 2 days ago, then they replied to me:"Our records indicate your package was delivered on Wednesday, December 4, 2019. Damaged / defective items must be reported within 2 business days of your package's delivery. If this report is not made within 2 business days, we cannot move forward with a claim." I sent them message at Dec 7 2019, that was the 3 rd day I received the package, so they can't do anything about it and just ignore my message I sent after that.
