“I guess all these reviews are because something went wrong with their order BUT..... I love them I move ordered form them twice and both times by the second/ third day they are here!!!!!! Super fast love love love. They have some weird as styles but I only buy the jeans anyway. I have so much trouble finding jeans because they fit from top but are too loose from bottom or something like that great jeans great price”

“I placed an order for jeans to be shipped overnight. I received my order the next day and the jeans fit great. Im wearing them on 2/16/19. I will continue to order other items and I recommended this site to my friends.”

“Purchase came within just a few days. I would suggest reading reviews and looking at sizing charts on each item before ordering. I would also suggest looking up coupon codes as there are always a million online. Overall the item quality is just amazing. I absolutely love the quality and cut. They have so many cropped clothing designs and thats my favorite thing ever so i was so happy to see all of that. Great experience, I would completely recommend.”

“I'm truly surprised to see all these negative comment. I order from this company regularly and only once i returned and Item, but only because I ordered the wrong size. I will continue to order from Fashion Nova and will tell others to do so. When you by things for a cheaper price, sometimes the material lwill be thin or cheap looking but in my case, eery item looked exactly like the picture even the shoes I ordered. Also, whenever I order my items come in 2 days from ordering with regular shipping.”

“I had went on a 40 day fast. Lost a ton of weight and took a chance to order on Fashion Nova for the first time. I order 7 items 4 were jeans . They were stretchy and very comfortable. I had took a chance because sizing charts could be deceiving. I am confident to order again. The dress I ordered fabric wasn’t exactly what I had in mind but it was still a very nice fabric and sturdier than expected and a dress that’s going to a classic black sexy dress that will be in my closet that I could dress 👗 up or down. Overall I’m very satisfied with my order and I look 👀 forward to continued shopping on this site. Oh and I ordered my clothes on a Friday and they suggested paying extra for next day delivery but I received my order that Monday. I didn’t have to wait long for my order. I would order again.”

“I got nervous after reading the reviews here but I'm all good with Fashion Nova now. I think I understand what happened with some of the negative responses here. #1 The clothes are usually form fitting, so if you're not into that, get one size larger than you usually would. I like my clothes to fit this way, so I got my normal size, which is a large. #2 The quality of the clothes is similar to other low cost stores like Forever 21 and Charlotte Russe. I bought 9 dresses for $10 each. I'm not expecting D&G quality material and durability. The materials are comfortable and similar in quality to Forever 21, so I'm good. So in the end, I approve of Fashion Nova. On the other hand, I didn't need an exchange or refund, so I have no comment on that process. So to avoid needing to return something, just get your normal size or one size larger if you are worried about fit. I usually wear a Large in most dresses, and I bought a large in all but one item, and they all fit fine. Surprisingly, the Medium I bought fit just fine as well, but that was because of the type of dress it is. It's got an adjustable waist and a flared skirt, so it was designed to have space. I was a little worried when I saw that Larges were out of stock, so I ran the risk of losing my $10 on a Medium and ended up being totally pleased with the fit.”

“I had a very good experience with Fashion Nova! I made my purchase on a Thursday and received my order on Saturday (yes, just two days later). I was impressed with the quality of the 3 dresses I ordered because they were only $35 each. My only complaint which sometimes happens with online stores is that their sizes run a little small. Keep this in mind if you are planning on ordering. I read all these reviews before making a purchase and let me just say I was incredibly concerned. I feel bad that so many customer's had a bad experience with Fashion Nova! :(”

“I've never ordered from fashion nova before so I wasn't sure how it was going to go. Needless to say IAM EXTREMELY HAPPY!! I ordered the black tie knot dress in a size Large. I'm about 5'3 and weigh around 180. This dress is so flattering. The material has a nice soft feel to it. It came within 5 days of me ordering it. With regular shipping. I will be buying other items from them.”

“I have ordered several pieces from Fashion Nova. I am usually a Medium but I always order a size up when I order online. So i usually get a Large when ordering from Fashion Nova. Almost all of my pieces come on time and are great quality. I've ordered shorts, dresses, jackets, skirts, matching sets, and sunglasses (never jeans, only because I have to try my jeans on before I purchase). At times I do receive a package later than expected but when that happens they always send me a 30% discount along with free shipping for my next order. The only problem I have ever had with their site is when they run out of an item I want and I have to wait on an alert to get it. great site, great store, happy customer.”

“I was very skeptical of ordering from Fashion Nova ecause of the reviews about their horrible customer service, and shipping policies. This is the first time I ever ordered, not sure if that makes a difference, but my order came in under a week, and I received all the correct items. All the items seem to be of great quality, and they sent me all the correct sizes. I'm sorry for everyone who has had issues, but they did great for me.”
