“Very bad company, I purchased about a year ago and returned the items, one pair of pants had a hole the others didn't fit, I returned the items, there is no customer service so I had to e-mail they claim they never received the return. Stupidly I ordered from them again about a year later, items arrived some didn't fit so I returned them this time I got a receipt from the post office to prove I sent the items back, on their website it states Majority of the time they gift E-Gift Cards I e-mailed customer service and asked what items do they give refunds for, I just got the run around never could tell me any item they would refund, I suggested to them their website should say we don't refund 100% of the time and shoppers would be aware ahead of time. I like companies who are straight forward, this one is not.”

“So this company has good products at good prices but none of that matters when you do not receive your items. I have used this company a lot and it’s always something with them. First of all they do not refund your money— instead they send you an in store credit, which is absolutely useless if you have to purchase from another company because the item did not work for you. Then they use these cut rate, fly by night shippers who get items to you late or in my most recent case not at all. Their customer service is a joke at best and nonexistent at worst. Purchase at your own peril— know going in that if you actually receive your item it will probably be late, if it doesn’t for or you need to return it you’re stuck purchasing something else from them or suck it up and lose your money. Outside of my first purchase everything else has been a utter nightmare! I am so angry and frustrated with this situation so again just wanted people to know the hassle you’ll go through if you buy anything from them. Shirley J. NC”

“I ordered 2 weeks ago and my order said it was delivered. I noticed I put the wrong address off by 1 number, which address doesn't exist, tried calling customer service no such thing... I tried going to post office, they say it's still in LA but my email says it got delivered! Never again I will tell Everyone I know not to order from them they can keep my $50.. freaking scammers better off ordering from Shein! I'm done with fashion nova!”

“Order a dress to take family picture, when I receive the dress it had a couple of tears. Email fashion nova the next day and haven’t got a response. Had to reschedule my thanks to FASHION NOVA‼️ 😠”

“I placed a $57 order and the order was delivered to my door with a photo. My problem is that where I live there is no traffic, no neighbors and have live here for 7 years and never had a package stolen or not delivered. After researching reviews I truly believe the deliverer’s are taking the packages. I’m done with Fashion Nova.”

“The express shipping is total SCAM! My package is supposed to arrive today and it'll be 12 o'clock five hours. If my package isn't here by then I EXPECT TO SEE A REFUND PREDNING IN MY ACCOUNT.”

“I was shopping in the app and TWICE it deleted all of the items out of my cart while I was shopping. I had 6+ items in there and it continued to clear my cart. So congrats I’m not ordering from you!”

“Don’t like the return policy. Now, I have been emailing Fashion Nova Customer Care for several days and keep getting the run around about receiving my gift card for $78+ for my multiple returns. They keep telling me to go to the Help Center then they send an email and round and round we go. My advice to customers is to make sure you choose your correct size so you don’t have to bother with returning it cause it is a bother.”

“When Fashionova initially came onto online retail scene they were awesome. That awesomeness was shirt lived. As they became dominant they stopped caring PERIOD! Customer Service email responses are all generalized automation, no live customer service, paying for overnight is a joke, nothing is overnight even if you pay. They deduct that $ immediately & take literally 3 weeks or months to get your order. Refunds or exchanging are written but it's non-existence. They have the mindset they can do whatever now because they're popular, celebrities representing them etc. But it will call come to end. They will likely any company BAD SERVICE & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEMSELVES OUT OF THE MARKET. Or another vendor will come along & take the spot. I stopped ordering. Stop giving your $ to a company you never talk to & doesn't do what they claim, yet give them access to your bank account.”

“I'm shocked...been ordering with them for about a year.......no problem. Until my 12.15.21 order....and I'm still waiting too....sad to say....I can't order from Fashion Nova again. This is so unacceptable and not professional at all. No call, text, email....nor smoke signals. 😤 Such disappointment and I really wanted my order. So now off to dispute this with my credit card company and inform them of fraud and never received items.”

“My package would arrive at 11/28/2021 as stated in the package details, however the carrier just stopped updating where my package is. Now it is already 01/11/2022, and still did not hear anything from them. :( makes me sad, because I was really looking forward to receiving my order.”
