“Been waiting for my order for over a month now. I send them an e-mail but reading all these reviews, I think I am going to expect nothing in return. I was so excited to order something... I live outside of the US so I expected the delivery to be longer. But the package still needs to be shipped.. or something. I can not follow my order anywhere. Such a worthless site. Instagrammers can stop promoting it if the service is this bad...”

“I thought Ihad a very nice looking dress. i went threw all the order form and even paid for speedy delivery....so far, I have no dress, no idea when its going to be delivered, and no response, when I’ve contacted the company, and now, I can’t connect to their site I ordered this dress on 03-27-2020 Its now 04-17-2030”

“I received 2 outfits. Both outfits had dull colors different than the pictures. The quality and material was not what I expected. It costs to return them. So, I will keep the outfits. I was so excited to get the new clothes. I opened the bags with disappointment. I can say the sizes are correct. This is why I have 2 stars. The shipping was faster than expected and customer service did reply to my emails. No more online shopping for me. I'll wait until the malls reopen.”

“We will never order from Fashion Nova again. The package we received was smashed and the size of shoe was wrong. We contacted them and they don't care. And we can't even get our money back. I don't want a store credit from somewhere I won't ever shop at again. Obviously they know people won't shop there. If they had to return money, they'd be out of business.”

“First things first they need 0 stars They are horrible and completely unacceptable I ordered over 400 dollars worth of stuff they are saying I never placed a order so I had to file a dispute With my bank and also I offered to email the confirmation and everything this site is a bad site yess they have a lot of deals but they aren’t worth not getting your product or stealing your money.”

“I’m so disappointed with what I got. I ordered two pairs of jeans and what I got looks nothing like on the website. It looks cheaply made. It’s expensive but for what you pay it’s not worth it I will not be getting anything else from there.”

“If I could give them zero stars I would. I’m not the type of person to complain but when it’s their mistake I expect decent customer service. However, they’re always quick to refer you to their policies and say their hands are tied. I had a duplicate charge on my card for an order. I tried to cancel it before it even shipped and they said they couldn’t that I would just have to wait for the items to ship so that I can pay the return and get a gift card for the returned items. Furthermore, some of the items were non refundable even though they were duplicates! When I tried contacting them about the return, they didn’t want to refund me for the non refundable items. Awful customer service. They only care about keeping your money”

“Ordered a pair of jeans on march 29th. It said that they will come in 6-9 days. It’s been 14 days and still no updates or anything. The last “update” was on april 6th. I wrote to customer support twice, but no answer. Never again.”

“I purchased some stuff, and when I was checking out they didn’t have the option to do the one day shipping. However, after placing the order I decided to call customer care and when I did they said to place the order again and when the 2nd one arrives let the delivery person know that it’s a duplicate package, and when it’s returned to fashionnova they’ll issue me a gift card and when I get that call back customer care for a refund, So I did. Now two weeks later they issued me a giftcard, so I immediately called customer service and she said that the refund is issued and it’ll take 7-10 business days. Nevertheless, I waited. 12 days later a gift card was sent again to my email and when I call back customer care to find out she then issued me refund and told me once more that I have to wait 7-10 business days again! Now I decided to call and talk to a next representative and you know what they did hung up! And again I called and again they hung up! Moral of the story fashionnova quick to take your money but hard to give it back and they have terrible customer service.”

“I purchased this dress and a few other stuff, and when I was checking out they didn’t have the option to do the one day shipping. However, after placing the order I decided to call customer care and when I did they said to place the order again and when the 2nd package arrives just let the guy know it’s a duplicate package and they’ll rerun it and so he did. Now after the return I waited two weeks For the gift card to be issued just so that I can call back to get a refund into my account and two weeks later they issued me the same gift card, and now when I call back they’re telling me that it’ll take take 7-10 business days again! And called another agent to find out why, and they hung up! Fashionnova has terrible customer service on top of everything!”

“They are no helpful with returns. I have been doing installment payments but I returned an outfit that was too big and was hoping since I didn’t pay the whole thing yet, if they could just stop the next 3 payments since I no longer have this item and they insisted on having to finish paying it off and then give me store credit. Store credit is them basically still keeping that money because it’s just honing you go back to them since there is nowhere else you can use it. I want my money back and to stop paying it off and I have no way of stopping it because they just send me emails saying they’ll give me store credit after I pay it off. They are thief’s.”

“Order was “delivered” but nowhere in sight. Contacted customer service only to be told to contact UPS who verified it was delivered. Paid $80 to receive no product and no help whatsoever from customer service except for a 25% off coupon for next purchase. This company is a big scam. Filing a dispute with my bank.”

“Thieves. Refunded me incorrect amount When the shirt I ordered was out of stock and my order cancelled. I was fighting to get the correct amount back onto my visa over email and they eventually stopped relying. No # to contact customer service . DO NOT SHOP HERE”

“I haven't had any updates on my package for a week, They state they supposedly came to my house but nobody was there. We have no choice but to be home so thats a lie! This is my very first order with fashion nova and my last because you would think they use a postal service that is known and reliable such as Canada post or UPS, even DHL is good but no they use a postal service where you can't contact the postal office or they don't have a customer service section or even a phone#. My package was supposed to arrive last week, it states they were gonna try the next business day which would've been the Tuesday and its now been a week and nothing! I'm disappointed. I had been emailing for about a week and the responses are all the same, and generic.”

“HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I had to return an item and they didn’t even provide the return label. I had to pay for the label. Then i found out they were not going to refund me the money, instead they were going to give me a credit. When I tried to use the code they gave me it was invalid. Then they sent another code which is also invalid. They tool forever to respond to you. They are not helpful and their clothing materials are very cheap! Worst store ever and customer service.”
