The descriptions of the items are incorrect. I ordered cotton T-shirt’s. They are polyester/spandex mix. False advertising. Also the 4 items were ordered at the same time, shipped from the same place, They were shipped in 2 separate packages 1 month apart, Doubling the shipping amount. Shipping country is not listed, delivery will be extended by over 2 months due to international issues. If I could have read any of this information in advance I would not have ordered.

I recently ordered from Fashion Nova, and once I received my package it was missing 4 of my items. There was also a pair of Old Navy biker shorts inside that I am extremely confused about. When I emailed them about my missing items they asked for the packing slip, but there was never one placed inside my package. The second time they emailed me they told my that I had to reach out to UPS myself, which I did. UPS said all of my packages had been delivered which means this is a mistake on Fashion Novas end. I have emailed them multiple times and I just keep getting the same response over and over which is that I need the packing slip, which I have made clear over and over that it was not sent to me. Not only are their customer service reps extremely unhelpful it takes days to get a response. This will be the absolute last time I shop at Fashion Nova. They are stealing my money!

I have soo many clothes and shoes from fashionnova. Most products they feel great and look great, but some others they just don’t last a long time. But the prices are good. Another thing is that because i live in Cyprus and we are in the EU I have to pay a tax every time, but to me that’s justified because it’s the only place i can find clothes for my body type.

I received damages sets and was it part was ripped off you could see the rubber band coming out. But they refused to send me replacement now I will talk to my credit card company for fraud. This was my first time and I would not buy it again. It’s expensive for quality just don’t buy

I ordered two pairs of jean shorts in the exact same size, same stretch denim material. One pair fit perfectly while another pair I couldn’t even get over my thighs. I knew they did store credit instead of refunds so I went to return the small jean shorts and then saw how ridiculous their return policy actually is. “Items that are sold with the end amounts of .00, .98, .97, and .96 are considered final sale and will not be accepted for store credit.” My too small shorts were $21.00 even. Who has a return policy like this?

Sizing is all over the place. Shipping is WAYYYY longer than estimated. Quality for the price is disappointing, some items break easily and the materials just aren’t nice. My order wasn’t delivered and was returned to them, and they did not refund me, they gave me store credit. It’s frustrating because I bought the items with a 80% discount and they only gave me a 25% off coupon. They refused to re-deliver or refund my card.

I ordered my daughter a outfit for her birthday and got expedited delivery. I knew I should have just canceled the order when I had to change the pants size three times from a size 3 to a 7 pants arrived and they were in fact a size 3 . Thanks fashion nova for ruining my daughter’s birthday they already have to stay in because of Covid -19 and you all are just taking peoples money without a thought of consideration on how important certain things are to them . You all gave me 2 damn coupon codes like that’s going to help not to mention I have to pay to return the clothing to you. I hope nobody ever orders from here for an important date because you all will definitely ruin it for them guaranteed. Thanks for ruining my kids birthday along with Covid -19

I paid Express shipping and I didn't received it but the worst thing is it marked as delivered 3 days ago, the worst worst thing is this is second time they do it. Marked as delivered but I didn't get it, this is a fraud? This time I got a camera after last time. Everybody staying home because stay home order, there was nobody in the yard or on the street and nobody came to delivery it. Their delivery company name is ontrac. And I clicked " Track my order" it showed ready to go "It is available until it arrived carrier facility " means it is not delivered yet but I messaged fashionnova and ontrac they both told me it delivery at April 1, that's why I couldn't find out until 3 days later.

This was the worst order that I have ever received. It came three days late, and the cloths wasn't correct. I ordered a medium, and they sent me a large. I do not recommend this to other buyers. I ordered glasses, and they came scratched and broken.

No stars I hit one just too be able too write this review My daughter purchased and item FN sent item too wrong address we requested help and a refund all we received were E-Mails from the mist unprofessional people I have ever encountered representative could not follow along with the issue waited 5 days after Kevin e mailed me just today the next dummy said file report with ups I will not chase a package that FN sent too the wrong address now they had correct address but sent it too wrong address I’m so sick of large companies just walking all over their customers I wonder how many customers they are doing this too everyday? I will not go away I’m a mother and you don’t MESS OVER MY CHILD no she’s not one of their thousands of celebrity customers but she just as important I want my child’s REFUND I will be filing a report with the BBB and contacting their state and my states attorney’s office Questions below No Refund at all

I got everything correct and everything fit very snug which is no problem I'll just order a size up next time but I absolutely loved everything. Sizes correct and love the shoes I got too. Shipping was fast and on time(paid for 1 day shipping) THANK YOU FASHION NOVA.

My boyfriend always orders really cute clothes from Fashion Nova for me, but this most recent order will be the last time because of the customer service I received. I got the run around via email for a week. The Fashion Nova customer service line is not helpful. The first woman acted like I was an idiot and then hung up on me in the middle of reading my order number. The second lady said that she resent my e-gift card and I didn't receive it. I continued to email and finally got my e-gift card today. Sucks because their clothes are so cute, but I'm not going to support a company that doesn't treat their customers with respect.

I shopped frequently with them spent a lot of money, I returned a returnable item it was verified by the post office that it was delivered. I did everything on my end to receive my refund/e-gift card. They kept saying they don’t have no record of my return. They have very poor customer service. The only contact is by email it was a horrible experience dealing with fashion nova.. Its been 4 months I say don’t waste your time.

I’ve been a fashion nova customer for over a decade. I’ve never once had issues with sizing as I follow the sizing chart. I just received my order a week ago and one of my items did not fit around my chest. I kindly asked for it to be refunded with a store credit and they refused because the item ended in a price that excludes exchanges or refunds, which I wasn’t aware of. This item is not a body suit nor bathing suit. I’ve never experienced any item that is not one of those listed where you can’t exchange it. Had I know this, I would not have purchased this item. Because I frequently make orders through fashion nova, you’d think that they’d show sympathy for a loyal customer. Nope!! They copy and paste their responses to emails and pay no attention to any detail of my concern. This frustrates me because I work in the customer service industry and I am always doing everything I could to make my customers happy. I would not want to risk a bad review for a simple fix which a multi million dollar company could afford to take a small $20 hit on. It really disappointed me that they could not hear me out, so I asked to speak to a manager. The manager literally copied and pasted the EXACT SAME response that the previous representative wrote!! Unbelievable! I have never experienced anything like this. It’s clear to me that they don’t take the time to read any concerns that a customer may have. They do not care. To them, it’s quantity over quality. I highly recommend that anyone reading this takes this into account if they ever order anything from this website. Oh, of course they still haven’t been able to satisfy me at all. A customer for over a decade has now been lost. Very disappointing.

all the reviews seem pretty bad & idk why.. i love fashion nova clothes & everything is always true to size! the ONLY disappointment is trying to return clothes & it’s not really anyone you can speak to to guide you.. but this is the best place to shop!

Money driven with no customer service skills If i could give a minus rating for customer service on after care i would. Fashion Nova had local USA instructions in my international package and having to return myself and pay a shipping fee of $25.00 to only find out fashion nova couldn't find the package and it had been delivered was a nightmare. The back and forth emails where they refused to answer my questions is frustrating and, it doesn't illustrate that they actual value their customers. It appears there is always a different person answering emails and obviously they do not read the chain and explaining issues again and again with new operators to only be advised nothing is wrong we cannot issue a credit it appalling. "WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER".

I ordered the Misnight Daiquiri satin midi dress-HotPink and it is absolutely horrible. The material is so cheap, and it actually look like a pajama. Just by feeling the material feels like its going to rip. I paid $39.98 plus shipping, so over 50$ dollars for a cheap cheap dress. If i knew this material was so cheap i would not have paid $5 for it. When i went to try and return, i cant because return because “any pricing ending with .00, .97, .96 or .98 is not returnable, its considered final sale”.. i absolutely not recomend FashionNova at all. Worst Online shopping experience ever!
