“This my first time shopping at fashion nova haven't got my items yet but I don't listen to what people's saying I got to wait n see how my experience go with them I love there clothing pray that I don't have any problems with them I give them a chance praying I don't have to wait months for my item just got a situation like that please not again”

“I love their clothing but they need to work on their shipping process I order from them as an overnight shipping and they it has been almost 20 days. And they won’t give your money back”

“I got my package and as soon as o opened it I could see that the shirt had a tear in it, I didn’t even try it on, or anything because of the tear. They sent me torn merchandise because there’s no way the mail person did it because it wouldn’t been damaged on the outside as well. I contacted customer support which said “if you washed it or took the tag of there’s nothing we can do, I replied and told them I didn’t even touch it other then to show them the tear. And they said they couldn’t give me a refund.. that it’s only for select items, like what?! And then I ordered pants also and the pants were SHITTY QUALITY!! Looks like jeans you could for $3 somewhere.. not worth the price and I don’t know why people hype them up, never buying from them again.”

The refund policy really needs some work with this company. The CFO$ needs to step up their game, and review their return/refund policy. They do have some nice merchandise, but are making it very unpleasant for their customers. People will turn to companies online with better refund/return policies.”

“I will no longer give any of my business or money to fashion nova . After placing an order and 5 seconds later emailing them to make a correction they denied the change. They said due to the system they cannot make any changes. I mean it was literally 5 seconds after making the order. They do not return money only give store credit but hey the reviews don’t matter because people Will continuously shop here”

“Fashion nova is a complete scam if you use the paid return through them they ship through a third party known for holding packages my return has been in transit for two months now fashion nova of course could care less and keeps sending me automated responses telling me to check the tracking info of course I've done this...they do this so then you go over the 30 day return window and they don't have to do anything for you...don't waste your money on this crooked company! Bad business!!!”

“never again! worst website I ever ordered from. they dont let you return most of items and if you do, they dont give you the money back? other websites returning policy is wayyyyyyyyyy easier... its a pity but I dont think you will be in business for much longer treating your clients like rubbish.”

“I WONT ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA AGAIN. VERY POOR SERVICE. THEY PUT BANS OF WHAT YOU CAN RETURN AND NOT AND IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM THEY DONT GIVE YOU THE MONEY BACK. PUT YOUR EYES ON PRETTY LITTLE THING AS THEY ARE A WAY MUCH BETTER WEBSITE!”

“Been waiting for my order for over a month now. I send them an e-mail but reading all these reviews, I think I am going to expect nothing in return. I was so excited to order something... I live outside of the US so I expected the delivery to be longer. But the package still needs to be shipped.. or something. I can not follow my order anywhere. Such a worthless site. Instagrammers can stop promoting it if the service is this bad...”

“I thought Ihad a very nice looking dress. i went threw all the order form and even paid for speedy delivery....so far, I have no dress, no idea when its going to be delivered, and no response, when I’ve contacted the company, and now, I can’t connect to their site I ordered this dress on 03-27-2020 Its now 04-17-2030”

“I received 2 outfits. Both outfits had dull colors different than the pictures. The quality and material was not what I expected. It costs to return them. So, I will keep the outfits. I was so excited to get the new clothes. I opened the bags with disappointment. I can say the sizes are correct. This is why I have 2 stars. The shipping was faster than expected and customer service did reply to my emails. No more online shopping for me. I'll wait until the malls reopen.”

“We will never order from Fashion Nova again. The package we received was smashed and the size of shoe was wrong. We contacted them and they don't care. And we can't even get our money back. I don't want a store credit from somewhere I won't ever shop at again. Obviously they know people won't shop there. If they had to return money, they'd be out of business.”

“First things first they need 0 stars They are horrible and completely unacceptable I ordered over 400 dollars worth of stuff they are saying I never placed a order so I had to file a dispute With my bank and also I offered to email the confirmation and everything this site is a bad site yess they have a lot of deals but they aren’t worth not getting your product or stealing your money.”

“I’m so disappointed with what I got. I ordered two pairs of jeans and what I got looks nothing like on the website. It looks cheaply made. It’s expensive but for what you pay it’s not worth it I will not be getting anything else from there.”

“If I could give them zero stars I would. I’m not the type of person to complain but when it’s their mistake I expect decent customer service. However, they’re always quick to refer you to their policies and say their hands are tied. I had a duplicate charge on my card for an order. I tried to cancel it before it even shipped and they said they couldn’t that I would just have to wait for the items to ship so that I can pay the return and get a gift card for the returned items. Furthermore, some of the items were non refundable even though they were duplicates! When I tried contacting them about the return, they didn’t want to refund me for the non refundable items. Awful customer service. They only care about keeping your money”

“Ordered a pair of jeans on march 29th. It said that they will come in 6-9 days. It’s been 14 days and still no updates or anything. The last “update” was on april 6th. I wrote to customer support twice, but no answer. Never again.”
