“I added something to my cart. I received an email stating my order was received. I immediately called them and told them to remove the card on file and that there was some sort of glitch. They refused to cancel. Once I received the items I immediately returned them. I called Fashioniva and gave them the shipping number. This was last June. They refuse to refund me. I have a full email thread and they still refuse stating they don’t have proof they received the items”

“Advertised ship within hours or if placing the order by 1 pm it will ship the same day! No! they are a big lie. I have shopped with them for 2 years and more than 30 orders, only some orders that they did ship the same day. For my current order, I placed 3rd at noon, they didn't ship till 5th in the evening. I sent an email to CS, if I can reject the package or return at your cost since you didn't process as promised, they said you can return and pay your own fee. What a BS! THIS ORDER I NEED IT BY 3/7/2020 if she shipped on 3rd I would receive it in time.”

“They clothing overpriced & you can buy it somewhere else cheaper. It looks like it was made for people who have had work done on their bodies. You can’t even get a refund only store credit which is nonsense. You shouldn’t be forced into buying something else from them. I will never buy anything else from them definitely not worth it.”

“I ordered a dress to arrive to the UK. It arrived in 2 days from the USA!!!! It's absolutely beautiful (Ancient Rome Dress) and incredible value. To say I'm impressed is an understatement”

“I don’t know how are they still in business!! Clothes isn’t was they display on website. You view one image and receive a total different. You have to pay for return shipping and then you only give back credits.Sizing is misleading so you are hoping to receive something better not nope.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Their product is junk. Obviously they know it since They do not stand behind their product. They charge YOU the customer $8.00 to return something that doesn’t fit and then have the nerve to only give you store credit.... then you try to buy something else again and it doesn’t fit so you spend another $8.00 to return it. In the end you spend $16 or $24 just trying to use your store credit. Do NOT waste your hard earned money on their crappy product!!!”

“Shipping is fast, I get my items by the fourth day. I am a loyal customer, I order often. Their pants fits me like a glove😉 I get pants with at lease 2% spandex so I know it has enough stretch to be comfortable. The price is very reasonable, and great quality.”

“They need to have a direct phone number to resolve issues. After waiting a whole day for a Customer service to reply They replie with a nonsense answer And send u a coupon code Hellooooo i need my answer to resolve ur difficult return process Do not purchase anything if You are not sure of it cause it is not a free exchange and even if the size is not right You pay the price I will only shop in stores”

“Ordered 5 items -all fitted perfect,however the quality of Buenos Aeries cardigan/jumpsuit was really bad."Sounds like fun"bodysuit is amazing,bandage skirt & the "Chapter Close"blouse I've ordered are also very nice:fitting+quality is very good. Delivery to Dubai was quiet fast & info/updates correct.Customer service agents are efficient & helpful too.And prices are very good for the product.”

“I wore and washed a body suit once on a 30 degree delicate wash and the red colour from the sleeves has run into the rest of the top and now it has a pink tint to it. It’s ruined and I can no longer wear it. And customer services will not even contemplate sorting out the problem because it’s been worn even though the item is faulty. Never buying from here again.”

“This was a really bad experience. I was really excited about my clothes but then I’m these jeans aren’t really my style and they fit a little too tight. I was on the phone with my friend and she informed me that they only give you store credit and not your money back. That should be against the law because they’re basically keeping your money regardless... you have no choice but to spend the money back on their website. If I pay for a service I should be able to receive my money back as long as I have a receipt and it is unworn.”

“Sizes run small. Disappointed that only store credit given. This was second purchase. First purchase was express shipping and didn’t arrive for 3 weeks. Never shopping here again. Return labels should be included in packaging since there is no convenience of trying on before purchase prior to buying just receive store credit.”

“Quality of some items is really horrible:ordered jumpsuit which fitted okay,worned once & fabric got ruined-disposable!An other item :a dress fitted okay,but quality of fabric is not good-have thrown both items in a waste bin.Cotton jumpsuit they brought looks and fits amazing,hope the quality is okay.Still waiting for the skirt and a blouse.Customer service agents are quick and helpful & delivery to Dubai was quick as well.”

“It amazes me how people can come up here and give negative feedback okay so maybe people had a few problems here and there but by far fashion Nova for their prices is amazing it's so trendy I got my stuff within an hour of ordering it was already on its way of course I did overnight but literally put down my phone and received an email they went picked all my stuff out and put it in a box and shipped it to me I received it the next day early in the morning I ordered jewelry to jumpsuits a cardigan + 3 tracksuits a pair of heels and a purse I cannot even tell you how happy this mama is I deserved it and fashionnova kudos to you guys for coming out with a trendy clothing line and website for us mommies who are budgeting and just want to feel sexy what an amazing store”

“On my recent order I was missing a top to one of my sets, so I emailed the company and asked them to ship me the top; and they told me they could not do that and only gave me the options to get store credit for half of the set’s cost or return with shipping being covered by me to get full store credit. Very irritating that their company was the one to forget an item in my order and they refused to ship the item to me or even give me an actual refund. That was a month ago and I still have not received anything back from it. Do not recommend purchasing from Fashion Nova unless you want missing items, bad customer service, and to be practically forced to order another order.”

“They return policy SUCKS! Hopefully you can fit It so you won’t have to deal with these people! I paid extra money At the UPS office for them to receive my order within 2 days, 2 weeks before my baby shower! I had to reach out to them to check on my order a week after I mailed out my order for them to say that they still don’t have it my order. My tracking number says they got it! Now I have to find something from somewhere else because they are too lazy to find my order in time! It’s so stressful, because as we all know you can’t get your money back! So I basically gave them 50 bucks for nothing! Do not try to return! I repeat don’t not try to return! Nothing but a bunch of slow ding bats work there!”
