“MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE RIGHT SIZE!... I placed an order, literally after 2 minutes realized XS was the size and I need a LARGE. I know the Return/Exchange Policy but come on guys you haven't even processed the order you could have changed the size. So now I have to wait for my item to come in, generate a return label, send it back, wait to get credit then reorder the correct size. Ridiculous!!”

“The jeans are for short girls only. I’m 5’8 and all there jeans expose my ankles. I inform fashion nova about this and they said this is impossible because there models are 5’10 which is a lie because there models are NOT 5’10. The jeans expose about 3-4 inches of ankle it’s very ugly and disappointing”

“Wrong shipping code, lost in transit. I ordered a week ago, standard shipping, was advised it's on it's way, then was told it was delivered in the wrong city that for a date in "September 26th" we are in June. Not impressed.”

“Never again! Ordered 6 items! Recieved only 3! Nobody answers from customer support. And out of 6 items they didnt send me two pairs of shoes and the most expensive dress in the order, but sent me stockings, lingerie and another dress. Ridiculous. BEWARE! U will be paying money for AIR and noone will contact you after to resolve the issue! What a disgrace! Dont order”

“I tried reaching out and still trying about the incorrect credit they sent out for a return of some jeans that didn’t fit that I paid $46 and they sent out $2.01 ! I returned those since 05-26-20 and every email I get back they all say the same thing and after third email never responded back and I called and still couldn’t get in touch. Its disappointing because this is the first time I’ve had this kind of problem.”

“I have never had an issue in the past except for now. I have contacted customer service through email various of times and they are refusing to answer my emails. It states 24-48 hours there will be a reply, yet nothing. I have store credit and they have issued invalid gift card codes that don't work. You would think a company this big would have good customer service. After reading all these comments below it is clear that fashion nova does not value its customers and actions should be taken.”

“I am super disappointed with Fashion Nova . It has been 26 days since I order from this website and I haven’t gotten anything . I had a email saying it was delivered and I got nothing . I contacted fashion nova and contacted ups and still haven’t gotten anything . They told me they can refund me back my money and I still don’t have my money back . I will never be shopping from Fashion Nova again . I really was loving the things I got for myself and I couldn’t even enjoyed wearing my things . Disappointed AF .”

“Customer service was very abrupt, and spoke so fast I couldn't tell what was being said. I called to cancel an order which I had placed two minutes ago- was told it was 'impossible' to cancel. A ridiculous policy.”

(FTC) FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION FTC: Fashion Nova failed to deliver the goods April 21, 2020 April 21, 2020 by Colleen Tressler Consumer Education Specialist, FTC In normal times, there’s nothing like finding the perfect outfit for a special event. But if you’re like some Fashion Nova customers, excitement turned to disappointment when your merchandise shipped late with no option to cancel, or you got a store credit instead of the items you ordered. By law, sellers have to notify customers about shipping delays and offer them the right to cancel with a full refund. Sellers also must give refunds when they don’t ship merchandise – not just a gift card or store credit. In a $9.3 million settlement announced today, the FTC alleges Fashion Nova failed to properly notify customers and give them the chance to cancel their orders when the company failed to ship merchandise in a timely manner. The FTC says the company also illegally used gift cards to compensate consumers for unshipped merchandise instead of issuing refunds. The $9.3 million will be used to compensate people who were harmed by getting gift cards from Fashion Nova instead of their money back.”

“Fashion nova scammed me. Took my money never sent me anything 1 days later they sent me a email saying my package was being returned but it was never sent out so I'm confused how does that work. They are the biggest scammers. I would not recommend you shopping here unless u have money to lose. Best thing to do is become an influence so u can get it for free!”

“I did something that I usually almost never do. I ordered from Fashion Nova, BEFORE reading reviews. After placing my order, I proceeded to contact FN. I wanted to cancel the order to prevent any headaches, as well as additional anxiety. FN replied with the BS that my order can not be changed or edited once received. Why, when it hasn't even been shipped off?? Once I replied back that I was going to dispute this order with my bank, my order is magically on it's way. I just placed this order today, so I highly doubt that. Especially after reading so many reviews of people not receiving their order. Will be disputing this in all ways possible. My bank, BBB, and any site that will take my review!! LOL”

“I would leave zero stars if possible... I ordered over $300 dollars in product, they only sent me a quarter of my package. I called them to have it sorted out, they said that I have to file a theft with the carrier, so I tried to do that I had to go in CIRCLES! After calling again, customer service finally emailed me and told me that I need to circle everything that was missing from my package off of the shipping slip so I did that. They emailed me back and said that it was not their fault that it was stolen and that I would have to file a report with the carrier again. Mind you, the package that I ordered came in a small PLASTIC BAG not a BOX like it needed to because I ordered so much stuff! NEVER ORDERING FROM FASHION NOVA AGAIN!”
