“Shipping was fast but the items I recieved are low quality material, mesh is scratchy feeling and uncomfortable. Sizing is not accurate, and they don't allow returns. Luckily the items are inexpensive. I learned my lesson. I won't purchase anything from Fashion Nova again.”

“The dress I purchased was torn and I emailed them the same day I received it because you have to let them know within 7 days but it’s been over a week and no reply from this so called company and there is no contact phone number. DO NOT purchase from this site.. no customer service at all!!!”

“Their carrier stated they delivered my package and it was never delivered. I had to make 3 claims in order for them to reach back out to me and when they finally did fashionova did a 2 hour investigation and stated the carrier said it was delivered and they cant do anything PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE they are STEALING CUSTOMERS MONEY SERIOUSLY !!”

“I just received an message from Fashion Nova saying that my order is delivered at my front door. There is no package there. I attempted to contact Lasership the company who shipped it and the site said they would get back to me in 48 hrs. I went to Fashion Nova’s site and there is no way to call anyone. You have to leave a message online and wait for them to contact you. There is also a message on their site that says they are not responsible for any packages that the carrier says is delivered. So basically they’re saying “Oh well you just lost your money” That is a total scam!! They are the biggest rip off!!!”

“Never got package from OnTrac they lied about Delivering a Fashionnova saying they not responsible I spent so much money with them I’ve never returned anything rather if it was damaged I never had an issue with until they shipped though OnTrac”

“they indicated in the customs declaration that I paid for the order for $ 10,000 !!! but it's not true I paid about $ 120. Russian customs calculated a huge tax for me and I refused to pay! The package was sent back to the FASHIONNOVA store and for 3 months they have not answered me and have not returned the money! they are scammers! they do their best to take your money but not give the goods! why did they lie that my order was paid for $ 10,000? of course the Russian customs counted me a big tax, like the cost of a car!!! and 3 months have passed they are silent! deceivers! WHERE MY MONEY ?”

“Tried to get a refund. Not only did I have to pay for a “restocking fee”, they refused to return my money and offered me a gift card once they received the items. So let me get this straight, you expect me to be ok paying you for the privilege to give you more money? For poorly constructed clothing? No thanks. This is just waiting for another lawsuit. Luckily, I ordered through Amazon pay and was able to dispute the charge entirely”

“I ordered $78 worth of items for a trip in two weeks. I NEVER received a confirmation email from fashion nova after they debited my account. I tried to call but they have an automated message saying “we turned off our phones…” and then advises you to contact them through their website. Only problem with this is if you don’t have your order number (in this case I didn’t because they never emailed me), you cannot proceed to the next screen! I even tried looking up “my orders” on their website and it said I didn’t order anything! I’ve made a complaint with PayPal! Celebrities should be ashamed of themselves for advertising this rip off company!!”

“Ordered for express shipping which supposed to be 4 days after I pay my money now it’s not getting here until 7 days I will be returning the order and calling my bank to report them I can’t believe I’m reading these reviews right now this site used to be good until a lot of celebrities got to them so if you’re not a celebrity they don’t care!”

“I ordered a package for my birthday on september 1st (keep this in mind) it is september 13th now and my package still isn’t here and my birthdays on the 18th and the package says it will be delivered on the 27th of september . what the hell? standard shipping says it’s supposed to take 5 business days and this is causing me emotional distress because customer service won’t answer me and I honestly will never order from here again and i’m thinking of disputing the charge now .”

“Never purchase anything from this rubbish cheap looking items from this company.. that looks nothing like what they advertise..it been make with cheap fabrics in a sweep shops from china and India by kids..been trying to get my money back for some garbage they sent me since last year..they email me credit 7543 844A 5933 3129 March this year..won't accept at checkout..I'll never stop till I get my money back..shall report to BBB..if you need cute quality items.. there's Pretty Little Things..fashion Nova mess with the wrong person... dispicable company!!”

“Signed up for their emails to get 30%. I was sent the code, but it works on NOTHING. It’s not even a recognized code. I went to contact them and there’s no way to contact them with that issue. It’s not one of the prechosen options. I would never buy from a company not easily gotten ahold of. Also their sizing chart is whack and their clothes sizing is not consistent even within the same products. Run.”

“Laser ship said they delivered my order of $200.00. They lied loaded on truck at 1:05pm ..mind you the app Route and Shop says its been in New Jersey since August 17, 2021 out for delivery at 1:06 pm package left at frontdoor they claim at 1:07 pm. mind you it was a storm. My instructions are for them to call me when they arrived. No call, no delivery no package . Im going to contact the News and Authorites if I dont get my package I been a great Customer and now this....”

“I paid the extra 9.99 so that I can receive my package by a certain date. My package arrived very late so I no longer need the clothes that I ordered. I been trying to reach customer service , however they make you fill out a form and they suppose to respond back to you later. Two weeks later no response back and now I’m stuck with clothes I no longer need. In order to return the items you have to pay for return shipping. smh”

“My daughter ordered 400AUD worth of clothes 8 weeks ago and they have not arrived! When we contacted FashionNova we were told they would look into why the delivery hadn't arrived and that was the last we heard! Nothing! and now nobody is communicating with us at all. We have requested a refund but still no response from the company. This is appalling customer service. I would NOT advise purchasing anything from this company. There are plenty of good, reliable and HONEST online vendors out there, do NOT trust Fashion Nova with your hard earned cash.”

“I ordered from them on 7/18 my order was marked delivered in 7/26 but i never received my order . They are now using this carrier called laser ship and they have really bad reviews for stealing packages. Long story short both lasership and fashion nova refuse to refund me now I’m 200 short for something I never received !!! NEVER AGAIN !”

“I purchased $100 in merchandise and NEVER received! They said it was delivered and it wasn't. I am home all day and have a RING on my door and NOBODY delivered anything! They said it is not there problem if it says delivered. Really???? NEVER BUY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DELIVER THE MERCHANDISE! I GET DELIVERIES DAILY FROM AMAZON AND A LOT OF OTHER COMPANIES AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM! HOW DARE THEM KEEP MY MONEY! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD! I AM TELLING YOU DO NOT BY FROM THEM!
