“Please do not shop at fashion nova!! I ordered from them. They emailed me and said my order was delivered, but it wasn't. I tried to contact them but you can only contact them through email. I never received my package and it's 6 months later. I lost 43.00 and some change because of them. They barely contact you back and when they do its all lies. They care nothing about their customers. If you have YouTube and a lot of followers then they do more for them because they want you to believe that they're legit but they're scammers. I will never shop fashion nova again! Their clothes is cheap anyway.”

“I would leave a 0 if I could because thats what I got 0. My order never came and I could not get a refund or store credit. They keep promising the credit but it has not come and its been a month. There is no one to contact on the 800n number and the website only gives you direct tabs that aren't helpful. If you are ording from this company and do not like what you receive or do not receive anything - call it a loss because you are not going to get your money or even a credit from them. NEVER DELIVERED-NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND/CREDIT”

“My order was misplaced by laser shipping company fashion nova did not refund my money nor did the shipping company. There’s no one to talk with at fashion nova all you get is automatic response and other people order information. Fashion Nova has POOR customer service and QC!!👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽🤞🏽”

“I place a order for 7 shorts sets and only received one pair of shorts and 6 shirts. And on top of that I paid a extra $19.99 for next day arrived and received it three days later. I’m never ever ordering from them ever again in life”

“I paid for express shipping and it’s going on week 3. This was my first and now last time ordering from them. When I go and track my order it says order not found. Like wtf!!! 🤬 y’all take my money but don’t give the product. I don’t see them in business very long.”

“I returned $95 in items to Fashion Nova & was issued a return e-gift card which they sent to my old email from 5 years ago. When I contact them to update to my current email they said nothing they can do. I can't update it & they won't send to my current email. There is no customer service phone either. I have spent thousands over the years on this site & are ruining it over $95. HOW IS THIS LEGAL? THIEVES!! SAVE YOUR $$!!”

“I ordered something from fashionnova and paid 9.99 for 4 day shipping. They did not honor the 4 day shipping as it has been 6 days and I still have not received my order. I tried using their customer service online (as they do not take calls anymore) and it just sends me in circles. Horrible customer service. I will NEVER shop with fashionnova again.”

“The 1 day free shipment is a scam! It’s been 3 days and I had a very special event to attend now I don’t even have the items I ordered. They advertise any purchase over 100 will get 1 day free shipping but I still haven’t received a confirmed number and my money is gone from my account. Fashion nova is a extremely large retail business and you can’t even talk to a live person. That’s not good customer service at all!”

“I purchased something from fashion nova and it didn't fit. I returned the item with tracking confirmation. They wouldn't issue a refund instead they gave gift card. Go to use gift card and it says "no longer avaliable". Been emailing for 2 months and they tell me "clean my cache, try different web browser, call and talk to bank, and/or they issue me the SAME gift card that doesn't work. So I am out of money and product. If you order, make sure you keep because trying to return, you'll get robbed. Just saying🤷‍♀️ can I give a 0 star?”

“3 dresses came with holes, and I submitted to Fashionnova on July 3 and July 15 I still haven’t heard anything. Horrible service and damaged items! They used to be so much better but now they just care about taking money not about the customer.”

“Placed order on 7/6. No updates or information by 7/11 so I ask for shipping info and verification it's being worked on. Given a delivery tracker for Lone Star Overnight that does not update until I get an email on 7/14 saying that the package was delivered on 7/10. Fashion Nova CS went back and forth with me all but calling me a liar when I said I never got my order, despite my proof that the times are wrong, and they talked to me the day after the supposed delivery date saying it's on it's way. They finally opted to resend the order which *should* be here tomorrow, but something was out of stock so instead of refunding me, they gave me a gift card to their website.”

“i used to order from fashion nova faithfully it was my favorite place to order from due to cute clothes and fast shipping but ever since they got with a company lasership i’ve hated it i can never receive my packages from them laser ship claimed one time that they weren’t able to get into my gated community which i find hard to believe because ups,fedex,usps, amazon never have a problem. I know recently placed an order and the only update i’ve been seeing for a whole week was that my label was created and i needed this item for an important day. They really need to go back to using usps, fed ex or ups because i will not be ordering from the again until lasership is no longer the carrier.”

“This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping. I placed an order with Fashion Nova on May 27th, 2021. On May 28th my items were supposedly shipped. On June 7th I contacted Fashion Nova because they hadn't provided a tracking number for the items that were shipped May 28th. Fashion Nova contacted me and let me know that their shipping company "lost" my order, so they reshipped it to me. A pair of jeans that I originally ordered were no longer available. Fashion Nova reimbursed me for those. When I finally received my order, none of the garments fit, so I printed a $7.99 shipping label provided by Fashion Nova to return the items. Fashion Nova received my return on June 25th, 2021 and they told me to wait 5-7 business days for my refund, which they promised in writing via email as a one-time courtesy they would return my refund to my original purchase method. On the seventh day they decided to tell me that they can't give me a credit nor are they able to refund me because they can't refund nor credit reshipment items. So I basically gave fashion my money, the pandemic must have put them through some hardship. Taking people's money is ignorance.”

“I’m reading the reviews and a lot of people have the same problem as me. I got an email saying that my order was delivered but it wasn’t. I contacted fashion nova and they took weeks to respond. Bad customer service. They ended up saying that according to their records the delivery was successful so they can’t do anything. They just took my money. Never again!”
