I ordered some jeans $123 ×worth and I never received it. They sayed it got delivered. I ask customer service and they say they investigate and it was delivered. Then say here go a 25% to use. What is that? I was a true fan but now I well never buy clothes again.

This company has no integrity. They hire a cheap company that do not care about losing ppl items and do not bring it in their front door. Per fashion nova, wait 10 business days before complaining and when you do they don’t do nothing about it. Full of it and I spend more than $200 for no clothes.

The bad thing they have is that if you buy more than 500 in clothes. And don't receive your package, don't answer you for the lost package. The only consolation they give you is we are not responsible if the package was lost.

I've ordered multiple pairs of jeans from here and they are terrible quality. You cant even enjoy the jeans for a month without the zippers breaking, and not because the jeans are tight, they fit perfectly. To top it off fashionova will not refund you your money or do anything to fix the issue. All they offer is 25% of your next order of jeans that are going to break in a month, and may I remind you they are NOT cheap. This has happened to me and one of my close friends. Definitely would not recommend shopping here.

Where do I begin? I recently purchased some items but end up returning the items which I paid out of pocket. I chose to pay it myself so I can use a courier that was accessible to me. But when they issued me an online store credit, they shorted me by $10.00. I reached out but live customer support aren't available due to Covid (at least, this is the bot message I get whenever I call their customer service number). All correspondence with this merchant are through emails which are bot emails as well due to their responses being way too off. Fast forward a bit, I used the refund to purchased different items and I even paid extra for the shipping. Oh my! My string of horrible experience just continues, not only that the ETA was delayed but I did not even receive the items! Again, I reached out to this merchant to inform them that about my lost package. This time they were very prompt to response to my email with a refusal to issue a refund because according to their courier service that it was delivered. I reached out to OnTrac, they also can't issue me a refund either and to add to this misery, I was advised to file A POLICE REPORT for A MISSING PACKAGE ... A MISSING PACKAGE?! Anyways, to those who read this review, spend your money elsewhere because Fashion Nova certainly does not practice ethical business at all nor their courier service that they use. Such a shame for a small amount of profit that they are willing to take away from their customers than doing the right thing. I will definitely spread the good news of how bad your customer service is, your unethical business practice and does not practice any first time resolution with clients.

I ordered a jacket and never received it. They claim it was delivered to me but I never received my package. I’ve been going back and forth with them and the delivery service they use which is OnTrac which is also a horrible service itself. NovaMen has horrible customer service, when I explained to them my situation they said they couldn’t give me a refund but instead gave me a 25% discount on my next purchase. OnTrac is a company of thieves.

This company has been terrible to work with! First, on 12/6 I ordered a gift card as requested by a granddaughter for Christmas. When the card did not arrive, I visited the site to discover it is clothing being marketed to street walkers.(Grandma, pay attention!) So, after 5 emails (this was when they had phone service but no one answered) in the first week of February I received the gift card. I found sweat pants and top, and had them sent to me. I received a confirmation email and tracking number. Two weeks later I checked the number to see they were in Scottsdale, AZ (I'm in Washington) on hold per customer and had been tracked to at least four different stops. And that is where they sat. The only response I got is that it's not FashionNova problem now. I had to contact the carrier, DHL. Gee, I can't reach them. Here it is mid May and now, when I check the tracking it says "ordered" and not anything else.

I was charged 500 on my debit card. Financial institute called me about suspicious activity and I confirmed I did not make the purchase. Can’t reach fashionista by phone only email. After numerous emails asking for same info I had already responded to I replied I was done with their runaround. I will now let my bank deal with the fraud

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. You have the worst customer service and your policies suck. You purposely draft money that you aren't suppose to, then you make me pay for a return label that takes 15 days for you to receive my returned items, and then when you credit me you only credit me for one item. They are a fraud!!!

I purchased a xl and I received 3xl and I have been trying to return it and get what I ordered over 1 week now. No one is replying and phones do not work. How can a business not have working communication?

They listed a product as 100% polyester but when I received the product it was 100% chiffon they wouldn't accept the items back and provide me with a refund. Their solution was to return the item in exchange for store credit rather than my money back and 25% off my next order. Really disappointed

Your company is a big fraud and should be investigated and prosecuted. I ordered and paid for a pair of trainers and it never got delivered, after 1 month. I am still waiting my delivery or give me back my money

They lied about shipping,said it is supposed to arrive in 2 days but they have not shipped anything at all.... they lied about the order. There is no decent way to communicate with them at all. This is definately a scam. I am going to apply for a refund through the credit card as this was clearly fraud

I order a Package of $520 and I was waiting for 2 weeks to be delived which it never happen because it got lost in transit. Fashionnova send me an email saying that it was lost and i had to wait 10 Business days for the claim to be review. Fashionnova never kept me updated and the customer service its very unprofessional. Now that the 10 business pass they said that the packege was delived and i wasnt going to get a refund. I have proof of screenshots I took of the history of the delivery and seems like when i said, why was in austin still? they change it real quick to my location as delived. I called the carrier and she said that it was never delived because it was lost. So nobody can help me and fashionnova doesnt want to give me another order or refund me. Its really unfair that I lost $520 and nobody could help me get a refund. Feels like a scam.

Inconsistent sizes and poor customer service: I ordered 15 pairs of panties, all in XL, arriving in three packs of five. They arrived and I tried them on (keeping my own underwear under the new) and 13 of the 15 fit. The two that didn't fit were flowers and wouldn't go higher than my thighs. I intended to call, but calling isn't an option. The phone number listed tells you to email. They told me they don't give refunds to anything with five different price endings (.99, .89, etc) nor panties, swim, undergarment.... The list is quite extensive, so pretty much nothing. They actually gave me a 25% coupon, like I'm going to use them ever again. Hahahaha. They absolutely should give refunds when the quality of their product is the problem. My butt didn't grow between 13 panties and the other two. Terrible company. Avoid them if you don't have money to throw away.

I would like to start by saying if I could give them a negative number on the review I would. I ordered some items from Fashion Nova and they were shipped in the proper time frame. I decided within the return policy guidelines that I wanted o return the items, I shipped them back and tracked the return. I also sent an email to their customer service and they confirmed that the return was received. I never received a refund or credit. This is fraud and I don't see how celebrities endorse this foolish company.

I purchased my items January 31, 2021 and still have not received them. I keep checking my app and it says I will be updated when my order is shipped. There is no way to contact them and you cannot be refunded. I will never order from them again.

I really believe that Fashion Nova participates in a bait and switch scheme. At first I thought it was me but this just happened twice within the same week. I ordered a swimsuit and used the current discount code. The site grays out the code if it is accepted and if you put in the wrong code it will say invalid in red. The code was grayed out but after I used my apple pay to pay the total...the full amount was deducted without the discount. Because this happened, I took a screenshot of the next order I placed to make sure I hadn't made a mistake. But guess what?! Again the full price was deducted! I reached out several times IMMEDIATELY after I noticed the error and you know they do not allow you to cancel or edit the order. So finally someone got back to me stating policy and now I'm faced with contacting the BBB. Has anyone else had this issue? Wonder if I should should start a class action suit?

I have waited 13 days so far, no package. The only reply I got was they were waiting for it to be sent to the warehouse. They also charged me for the outfit and it has not been shipped yet. I love the outfits I looked at and wanted to get more, but that's not gonna happen of bad customer service and are lying.
