“I've never purchased fashion Nova clothes but my granddaughter-in-law said that a Annette dress outfit that she wore on a date with her husband she got it from fashion Nova and she is almost nine months pregnant and she looked it fit her and she looked really well in it. But when I went on the website and looked at the clothing and they didn't offer like a variety of like dresses pants but what they did show look to me kind of tacky it looked like stuff for really a woman that wanted to be an exhibitionist and some of the poses of the models was very unflattering I think if this company kind of changed their thinking about their clothing and their models poses I think that they would go a long way because as I said my granddaughter-in-law look good in the outfit she had on.”

“DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered two dresses. They took a long time to come and arrived separately. I was asked to then pay over £50 tax and duty charges as I am in the UK. This almost doubled the price of each item. I refused, the items got sent back and I have been sent a credit note, seven months later! A complete waste of money as I’m not going to spend it! I explained this but they were really unhelpful. Utter rubbish!”

“Very disappointed in the material and the printing on the front is not straight not very big for a large size hate to think what will happen when I wash it. All in all not worth $10.”

“Scammers. No refunds, only store credits. Rude customer service reps, Poor quality of clothing, and shipping sucks. It took more than 2 months before I recieved my clothes. I didn"t like none of the items anyways. But, I couldn't return them Fashionova said. So they deliver your items late, only to put you in a no refund category. That's how they steal your money.”

“It take too much to delivery and the clothes is not even similary to the picture theny sent one thing at a time. I sent an e.mail because I wanted to cancel my purchase and anyway they sent it to me.”

“Ordering to the EU, during checkout Fasionnova will state that taxes are already included, arriving to EU it turns out that taxes are actually not included and you have to pay them again... Order came over a month. They do not reply to emails also.”

“I ordered a Tom Fur coat and the pocket was sewed up in a ball and on top of that I’m a new customer so why would you all do that to a first time buyer and didn’t properly keep my tracking number up so I could track when it arrives at my residence I don’t think I will be doing business with them unless they make this right.”

“Pros: The shipping was very fast. I ordered my clothes on Feb 23 and they came Feb 26 and I didn’t pay extra for shipping. Cons: The clothes were very cheap and a lot of them came with a warning that they may expose me to lead and other harmful chemicals that causes cancer which was very concerning. I returned most of my order that had that warning label or I just didn’t like unfortunately you have to pay $8 for a shipping label and your money is only store credit. So you either buy from them again or you aren’t getting your money back. Most of the clothes I got were that leather material and brown color. They were extremely smelly (like fish) and had the warning labels. I don’t recommend anyone shopping from here. Don’t take the chance and believe the bad reviews like I should’ve.”

“Purchased during a 50% sale, the clothes never arrived and they issued a return that I never authorised. I now have to buy the clothes for full price if I want to reorder them. They returned their own order to prevent me from getting the 50% discount. That is how it seems to me.”

“If there was the option to give no stars I would! Fashion Nova is the worst online store that I have ever come across. I have ordered from them twice. My first order went smoothly but my second order was a complete and utter nightmare. I placed an order on the 21st of September 2020 for the amount of $178.85. The first time I placed an order I noticed that it took a while to receive my items, so this time I waited patiently. I received a letter in the post a few weeks after saying I owe custom charges, I would need to pay £70 to collect my items. I sent an email to Fashion Nova; they took several weeks to respond. I was told that my package had been cleared of custom charges and I should receive my items in a couple of days. I waited patiently again, only to realise that my items had still not come. I sent countless emails and nobody responded adequately. This was in the space of 4 months of lack of communication, nonchalance and having to explain my situation over and over again. I expressed my frustrations in the emails I sent but nobody seemed to care. 26/12/20 I received an email saying my item was undelivered and my items were being returned to the warehouse, absolutely ridiculous!! I sent another email and someone called Olivia got back to me asking me to explain my situation in thorough detail which I did. No response. I sent another email. No response. I sent another email; someone got back to me and told me that once they had received the items in their warehouse they would issue me a store gift card. I was not happy with this as I had made up my mind that I would never order from them again, all I wanted was a refund. This was not an option, which is completely unfair! I sent another email expressing this but I had no response. I checked the status of the undelivered items and it stated they had received the items on November 16th which means they should have issued me the gift card in November. I was at home, they did not attempt to deliver my items. I sent them another email stating this but I did not get a response. I decided to take this issue to PayPal, which I should have done in the first place. I provided all evidence of communication and the amount I paid. I won the case. I received a full refund. I will NEVER order from Fashion Nova again. Fashion Nova does not care about their customers unless they have a following on Instagram. Their customer service is absolutely poor and atrocious commutation. They do not have a customer service line that you can call, what sort of company is that? Customers should be entitled to a refund if they are not happy, Fashion Nova does not offer that. Fashion nova is A FRAUDULENT COMPANY! If it was not for PayPal I would have been left with nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA, save your money for a better online store that would deliver your items and treat you with respect!!”

“TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SCAM!! their website gives you a delivery date and will even give you locations of where your package is, DON'T Believe it!! I called UDS directly and they Fashion Nova's items where NOT in their facilities yet! they where waiting for it the day that it was supposed to be arrived at my place. THIS IS AFTER 8 BUSINESS DAYS PEOPLE!!! They will give you a very hard time to get your money back in an original form so BEWARE!”

“Feb 4, 2021 Ordered $210 worth of clothes and a pair of shoes. During delivery process the package was marked damaged before it came to me and returned to the warehouse. To be clear the package was never delivered due to damages. I Was told by Fashion Nova That I will be issued a store credit minus the shipping fee in a few days. Of course I told him I did not agree with me being charged shipping fees for something I never received and I didn’t want store credit because everything I really wanted was sold out in my size. At this point I just wanted a full refund and not store credit. Fashion Nova gave me a hard time saying they don’t issue refunds for returns at all only store credit. I explained to them this was not a return because I never received the items in the first place. I just want a full refund for the items that I ordered and never received. I am currently awaiting 3-5 Business days for my money to be returned even though the representative said I will most likely have to call back. What a headache not with the trouble.”

“Horrible customer service . I placed an order 14 days ago ( domestic shipping) standard . Still no sign of the package . Called customer service and they could not give me a straight answer .. after being placed on hold for 5 min and then for 10 min I eventually got disconnected . Unprofessional!”

“I am ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED in this company. I became a new customer in November, 2020. I really liked their clothes and made two separate orders. I live in the UK so I received a note that said I needed to go to Royal Mail and pay the Customs Fee before getting the parcel. I went to Royal Mail and refused the first parcel as I did not want to pay anything extra. I did exactly the same thing when I received a note for the second parcel - I went again to Royal Mail and refused the parcel. They confirmed that they would send it back to FashionNova which I'm sure they did. After two months I realised that I haven't received the refund I emailed Fashion Nova's Customer Services and they replied with a very short email to say that they can't see anything on their system and are asking me for some proof. There is no proof as I did not accept the two parcels and refused them. I paid £31.92 and £54.72 for the two parcels and I still have not received a refund. How awful this is? I feel so fooled now and have totally changed my opinion about this company that does NOT care about their customers at all. I am 100% honest customer and would never ask for a refund if I had received the items.”

“Fashion nova delivery is HORRIBLE there have been multiple times I’ve ordered something and never received my package I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but it kept happening and I never have this problem when I order from else where they sent me a delivered Email when my package was NEVER delivered there’s no one to talk to to help you and they make it so hard to get your money back or they don’t give it back at all and won’t even send you back a replacement for something they NEVER SENT I will NEVER order from this site again SPENT 86$ on a birthday outfit that I NEVER received”
