“Everyone report fashionnova to Federal Trade commission because they are scamming people.I spent 220 dollars and my parcel is stuck and no has responded to the complaints till now.”

“I ordered from Fashion Nova on BLACK FRIDAY, it’s now January 5th and I have not received my order or any assistance. When I contacted Fashion Nova they told me to contact OneLiveX. The last thing I heard from OneLiveX was on 12/11. It says that my package has been delayed in Woodridge IL and is not yet with UDS. Worst customer service ever. I need answers and a refund!!”

“I guess this unprofessional error is happening to many more, I ordered from Fashion Nova on November 28 and I still don’t have my order . It says that it's been delayed on December 11 in Woodridge, IL and to contact OneLiveX for more details. This is terrible delivery service. I need answers now”

“I ordered from Fashion Nova on November 29th it’s now January 4 and I have not received any of my packages and not even an update from the delivery company OneLiveX. When I contacted Fashion Nova they told me to contact OneLiveX by email. The last thing I heard from OneLiveX was on 12/11 that my package has been delayed in Woodridge and is not yet with UDS.”

“This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered multiple items from fashion Nova back in November. They still haven’t been delivered and there is no tracking information. I will never spend my money with them again.”

“My package is lost. The shipping company they use, you cannot even talk to anyone and it is only by email. Fashion Nova cannot even help at all either. It said my package was on the way 11/4/2020.”

“I ordered a pair of jeans on November 30th and they still haven't delivered. When I contacted them, they said the package had delayed and the date just keeps rescheduling every time I check. It's been over a month since I ordered, this is not acceptable.”

““I am going to the BBB also. I ordered my daughters Christmas gifts from Fashion Nova on November 27th it’s now December 27th and I have not received any of my packages and not even an update from the delivery company OneLiveX. When I contacted Fashion Nova they told me to contact OneLiveX by email. The last thing I heard from OneLiveX was on 12/15 that my package has been delayed in Woodridge and is not yet with UDS. Now I put in my tracking number & that’s not even working anymore. I spent over $100 & I am not happy. I need answers right away.”

“I placed two orders on Black Friday... whoever OneLiveX is have my package since Dec 11. Fashion Nova has clearly washed their hands as if we purchased from the Carrier. I am disputing these charges with my credit card company. Unfortunately some of my order was with a gift card so basically 100 gone down the drain. They will never get another order from me”

“I ordered my stuff Nov 28th and I have yet to receive my order. Haven’t heard back from onelivex or fashion nova yet. But as I emailed them I probably won’t be ordering from them again because this is unacceptable. My stuff been in woodridge, IL since dec 11th. If I knew where the warehouse was I’d go there my damn self to get my stuff. They need to get rid of this carrier.”

“I ordered on November 28th my package just like everyone else’s package is still in woodridge that’s crazy that all these packages just sitting in woodridge or are they? Fashion nova need to contact them to either ship the packages to the customers or send them back to fashion nova so they can be reshipped I understand fashion nova don’t want to lose money but we don’t either y’all took our money and we never got our package that’s not fair at all win for y’all but a lost for us!!!!”

“Order shipped 12/6/2020 and it is saying it is delayed and to contact OneliveX in IL. I have never had this issue before and I will not be ordering again. Can't get a hold of anyone at OneliveX to see what the issue is. I understand shipping is slow because of the pandemic but for a shipment to be "floating" out there in never never land with no explanation for almost a month. Unacceptable!”

“Same story as everyone else. Ordered 4 items for Black Friday around November 23rd, now it’s been over a month and have yet to hear back. Have emailed various places through FN and onelivex and nothing. Can’t get ahold of anyone via customer service. Complete lack of care for their customers, clearly.”
