I have been a loyal Customer to fashion Nova for almost 4 years now. Its a little sucky to see all the negative reviews, because I have only had 2 minor issues with Fashion Nova in the last few years. Just a heads up for anyone wondering; When you order during a black friday or Cyber monday deal it always takes forever to get your packages because of the large amount of orders that are placed. Unfortunately sometimes the items go out of stock before the company has a chance to change the status of certain items to out of stock on the web. My issues were typically during Cyber Monday or black Friday deals, as I had to wait a couple times or reach out to cancel my orders. Since then I always place my orders through pay pal incase a need a quick refund. The company is legit and the clothing really is good, so if you just don't have patience I wouldn't recommend ordering during the sales events. After 2 weeks if you still dont have a tracking number or a status update I would call and cancel the order. At that point the chances of your items being out of stock are pretty high, and you will literally have to wait until the warehouse gets another shipment in.

I ordered some items on November 26 2020. The order was shipped out and I’ve tracked it since get the tracking number The delivery said dec 3rd but here it is the 7th and my package had been sitting at the same location since the second which is less then 30 mins from me. How do I find what shipping company and when I will receive my package

I ordered on 12/3/2020 and recieved an email on 12/6/2020 that my order may not be processed (not shipped) for 7 business days because of black friday deals, so called customer service for clarification. Basically I asked to give me an idea of when I would receive the items (95$ worth) and said I may want to cancel the person I spoke to said she would need to talk to my supervisor to even see if I can get a refund. we talked for another 20mins and my order was already canceled! when I asked about a refund she said I'd only get credit even though they cant meet the stated delivery requirements for my order!!! Luckily I ordered though quad pay and my order hadn't even hit the warehouse because I got an email stating the full amount was returned to the otherwise I would of been stuck with store credit!!! this company is SKETCHY!!! Use a 3rd party payment if possible and even then (even on quad pay) you will probably be stuck with store credit... even if it hasn't been picked or packed yet!!! I got lucky!!!

Ordered at the beginning of November received 2 packages quickly, probably because I paid for express shipping. I returned 2 things from each order costing me $7.99 for each return box. They received one and I got a gift card its been 2 weeks and nothing on the other return. UPS says it was dropped at the location. I need my return gift card. I still reordered because I didn't want to miss the deals Im getting no info on shipping of these 2 packages. The first says it was fulfilled and is on its way, that was Nov 27th 2nd order says unfulfilled. Im getting worried now that I've read all these negative reviews.

Y’all keep pushing my order back. I ordered something back in November 24 and now my estimated date is December 18. It was supposed to be around the beginning of December but they just keep pushing it back. Am I supposed to wait till Christmas? Cuz last time I check it was supposed to be delivered from 3-7 days. Made like 6 orders and didn’t even receive one. No delay notification or anything. I’m about to sue yall.

Ordered on Nov. 24 checked shipping and it states it was delivered on Nov. 27 yet, It also state on tracking that it's in Elizabeth NJ. USPS.com tracking states they're waiting for the package. Went to Fashion Nova site to check order scrolled down and it states expected delivery is Dec. 18. Wtf These are Christmas presents! Can't get in touch with a representative either. Did a google search and found they were sued by the FTC for just that... failing to ship in a timely manner. Stop lying and being deceitful! Next stop BBB everyone else should do the same. Posting here gets no results. Post on the BBB site does. You can call them as well.

Besides this experience I would rate Fashionova 4.8. Usually the shipping is on point for Fashionnova for me but not for this transaction. I ordered earlier in the pandemic and the tracking was still way accurate than this. TDLR: The tracking info is not working. My package is later than the estimated delivery date and still not delivered. The following is my experience. Nov. 23: ordered clothes. Spent about $83.00 Nov. 23: say the clothes shipped; estimated delivery Dec. 3 Nov. 28: email with estimated delivery for Nov 29 Nov.: 29: tracking number stops giving updates and the package's last location is Tennesse. Dec. 2: messaged them about not getting any tracking info 7 Dec. 3: they give some generic message about how lots of packages are delayed because of Black Friday. I message them back and tell them I bought it a week before Black Friday. Dec. 4: send them another email about how I ordered before Black Friday and that the tracking info is not updating Dec. 5: another email about Black Friday shopping when I told them I did not order on Nov. 27th or later Currently: No idea when my package will arive, if it will arrive. Idk whats up.

I’m so mad with Fashion Nova. I ordered one item from them and the estimated delivery date kept changing and I chose expedited delivery. This was for my 16th birthday and now I can’t wear it.

I ordered my package on November 26, 2020. Says it takes up to 5-8 days it’s been 9 days. And it says my package is still in Elizabeth NJ. That’s literally across the state I live in, I’m in california. Very unhappy

This evil disgusting company. that likes to steal people's hard earned money. there clothes is garbage anyway. my package was stolen BEFORE it even set foot in my city. What kind of bs is that? and fashion nova wont disclose any information. I cant wait for this company's business to go into bankruptcy with their cheap under sized clothing. I hate them so much!

I am completed disgusted with the processing of 3 of my orders missing And over 10 calls 8 emails and being sent to over seas reps with no updates. I am appalled that my money has been taken 3times yet not one person who represents this brand can contact me to resolve these issues. All overseas reps read off a promoter and have the same information thst I can find my self. The carrier for UDS is also upset and wants to repost Fashion Nova for having all your customers callin them on packages which they do not deliver outside of their state. This is insane if there is no one in the US to Recify issues with long time loyal customers. 25% off does not justify the chaos I have endured! Additionally I was informed by one rep call one of the California retails. She was rude at Montebello saying they are advised not to help online customers when I’m sure online sales are their bread and butter. YOUR BRAND YOUR RESPONSIBILITY NOT THE COURIER. If you can’t have a person or team responsible for the US complaints and sales then Fashionnova should be boycott. I rep them on IG with a large following and will start a #FashionNovagottago hash if my stuff is not resolved. 3 orders since Nov 4 with zero communication!!!

Still waiting although I have a delivery confirmation email of Nov 26th (Order placed on Nov 22nd). No package came. Tracking number through USPS yields no updates since the 26th. No contact from Fashion Nova at all. Almost starting to feel like a covid scam

I ordered with them several times and although I do not agree with their return policy, I continued to purchase. The last two times I purchased with this company they did not apply the promised discount code, one was "BOGOFREE", I have screenshots of the before and after purchase where it shows that the purchase was discounted. I contacted "customer service" in which Jose was less than helpful. I am truly disappointed in the way this business is run. Not applying a promoted discount is fraudulent and a complete breach of a promise you make to your consumer. Fashion Nova utilizes social media influencers for advertisement to the working class people that are currently under a lot of stress and PRESSURE! I am a frontline EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT healthcare worker that cares for people that are suffering through this pandemic as I am. The only thing I wanted was to purchase a few items of clothing to make me feel more human at a time like this. I am also a single parent with a single household income, this company is shameful.

THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN FASHION NOVA AND THE SHIPPING COMPANY THEY USE WHO ARE JUST AS RUDE AND UNWILLING TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES MY PACKAGE WAS LOST/STOLEN WHILE IN TRANSIT NOBODY AT FASHION NOVA OR LASERSHIP THE SHIPPING THEY USE IS WILLING TO HELP RESOLVE THIS ISSUE YOU CANT EVEN SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON AT FASHION NOVA I PAID FOR PRODUCTS AND GOT NOTHING IN RETURN NO ONE WILL EVEN RESPOND TO MY EMAIL ABOUT MY COMPLAINTS....CLOTHES ARE CUTE BUT NOT WORTH THIS STRESS ESPECIALLY WITH THE HOLIDAYS EVERY FASHION SITE YOU VISIT WILL HAVE THE SAME ITEMS AS FASHION NOVA BUT WITH MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered from fashion nova on 3rd November.On the 20th November,I got a call from courier office to pay for custom fees .. I was quite shocked coz I didn’t order that much which was gonna charge custom fees so I call at the courier service to clear things up and the main reason of problem and after talking with them I found out that this company put the wrong information( I paid 223$ and they put 372$)on the shipping bill because of that I am going to pay extra money to the courier.. I emailed them so many times but no reply .. they scammed their loyal customer 😡😡
