FibreGlassDirect is an online shop which supplies quality, fibreglass raw materials to the UK and Ireland. We are based in Leeds, West Yorkshire and our Head Office is in Newry, Northern Ireland.
We have been online since 2009 but have over 60 years of experience as part of the Tricel Group.
We offer an extensive range of resins, topcoats, gelcoats and ancillaries for a wide range of industries. Some of our key supplies are used for Fibreglass Flat Roofing, Fibreglass Ponds, Boat Repairs and Castings for Decorative Items.

“Our order did take a time to come but this was the fault of the courier not the supplier who were very helpful in sorting out the courier problem.”

“initial order delivered to the wrong address, replacement order was wrong material and delivery driver could not find the correct address. New material was sent foc and delivered correctly. Fibreglassdirect were helpful throughout. Mistakes happen , all was resolved without question”

“Left on the patio in the pouring rain , by the delivery driver 🙄 Cardboard box collapsed when I tried to moved it to a dry place the contents then got soaked as it fell out the bottom. Contents list was un readable. Hope it is all on there 🙃”

“The product (10sq.m pond kit) was good and contained everything I needed. However, the instructions could have been better. The coverage rates seem very optimistic - suited to covering something that is completely flat and smooth (like a roof). However, your average pond is a bit more fiddly. The instructions prompted mixing 2ltr at a time but again, doing fiddly work really makes it difficult to use up the 2 ltrs, leading to waste. A simple re-wording of the instructions would really help.”

“As usual a very good service and delivery time. My orders are always correct which is reassuring. However this time I had an issue with one of my tins of topcoat being very damaged, to the point I had to cut the off to access.”

“took a bit of time to find out that fibreglassdirect was the web site I needed rather than tricel. OK once got that info. Delivery charges not itemised till late on . Delivery was before the time stated so it was left in a bit of a vulnerable position. Otherwise satisfactory.”

“Good, quick service. Other than a small delivery error that was the fault of the delivery driver leaving items on the van, everything was great. I contacted fibreglass direct and they were quick to rectify the mistake (which was not their mistake).”
