FibreGlassDirect is an online shop which supplies quality, fibreglass raw materials to the UK and Ireland. We are based in Leeds, West Yorkshire and our Head Office is in Newry, Northern Ireland.
We have been online since 2009 but have over 60 years of experience as part of the Tricel Group.
We offer an extensive range of resins, topcoats, gelcoats and ancillaries for a wide range of industries. Some of our key supplies are used for Fibreglass Flat Roofing, Fibreglass Ponds, Boat Repairs and Castings for Decorative Items.

“Yet to use the product, the dispatch time was very prompt. The items received were well packed and organised. Rodney was helpful trying to get a redelivery following some conflicting issues with the delivery firm. The only let down is the delivery firm XDP.”

“nice to be able to leave all the calculations to the suppliers only down side was as a kit form i expected all i would need to fiberglass but there were no instructions regarding resin mixes and flow coat mixing silly card/paper cups for measuring and no acetone cleaner for the price i would have expected a proper measuring bottle or syringe and an information leaflet to explain mixing hardener and resin / top coat”

“Fast, good price. Well packaged and delivered. As a novice I would have loved some advice on mixing properties and amounts. Perhaps a wee leaflet. Managed to find the info on your website eventually so all good now. Cheers”

“FibreGlassDirect have fulfilled my order perfectly. I paid for delivery and still not received any products six days later. Perhaps FibreGlassDirect should consider working with a delivery company that can fulfil their promises of delivery within 2-3 days. Very annoyed”

“I ordered the basic components for a roof repair. These were extremely good value as they were good quality matt, resin and catalyst at a very reasonable price. A minor delay in doing the job was having to google the mix ratio as the resin can does not have this information printed on it. The courier failed to deliver on the promised day, and failed to call the number provided to solicit directions which would have answered their question about finding the house. As a consequence the delivery was delayed by some days.”

“Not all your fault, communication poor on delivery. Never received any delivery info at all just had to guess if order was coming or not. Poor delivery info. Hard to book jobs when not knowing if it's coming or not.”

“I found your service to be very good although it was let down by the carriers you use their warehouse sent it out in three deliveries making me concerned about the order. Other than that all good.”

“Amazingly quick delivery. As a novice, the pond kit approach was very helpful and took a lot of the worry out of working out what I needed. No instructions on application and the blog did not help hugely, but I got there courtesy of a Youtube demo. Very pleased with the end result.”

“Does what its sold for, although I found that I needed extra resin for the 5mtr kit I ordered, so possibly get an extra 2.5 kg of resin if you don't want to run out as I did & had to source some locally urgently. Otherwise all good.”

“Fibre Glass Direct were excellent but let down by the appalling delivery service by DXP who did not deliver. I did get the parcel on the third time / day after a lot of hassle. Why do F. G. Direct use such rubbish service provider?”
