Ordered my shoes 3/29 got here today on 3/31. Just a bit confused why it said usps for the mailing but came through ups. Shoes came in near perfect condition and packaged pretty well wish it had some filler paper for the contents but can't complain 4/5 stars just for the first bit of my review. If they're this consistent with orders, I'll continue shopping online.

Customer service could be better. Overall shoe purchase was good. I have purchased the all black pair of Nike Air about 6 month ago and I love them. They are comfortable and soft. I also purchased a white pain one week ago for my birthday and so far so good. No shoe complaints.

I like Foot locker but it takes 7 to 10 business days to ship to China! My order date has changed 2 times in a week with no explanation.

If you have to return your online order, Foot Locker charges you a return shipping fee now. Read return policies before buying. It also takes some time to get a refund back to your credit card after they received the online order back.

This complaint is directed at Foot Locker because it's the parent company to Champs Sports. Before drafting this complaint, I researched Foot Locker to understand their philosophy, and in doing so discovered that CEO Richard Johnson launched a business campaign for kids and defined it as "a purpose of empowering and inspiring youth culture." I have purchased a lot of shoes from Champs over the past few years. Mostly for my young kids but sometimes for gifts. The customer service has been good and the selections are fine. This complaint is solely about the inappropriate music we heard playing loudly over the Champs intercom during our shopping visit where the song lyrics liberally dropped F-bombs and MF-bombs. Keep in mind kids have to enter Champs stores to try on shoes so parents can't just leave them at home. Plus, this store is located in a mall next to other merchandisers where families also shop. When I complained to the checkout person, she said "It doesn't bother me." When I asked the manager about the music, he said "Corporate controls the music programming". What a shame that CEO Richard Johnson feels his higher purpose includes using profanity to "empower and inspire" impressionable children. A 2019 Forbes magazine article ends with a Johnson quote, "We have to really think about how we honestly put the customer at the center of everything we do and say, 'Hey, we get it.'" Do not deliver from here if you expect your delivery to come within the days they have specified. They say it can take 2 days but end up taking a week and have nothing to make up for this delayed time.

I tried to buy my 4 sons a pair of sneakers for Christmas. I made sure to order them in enough time to get here before the holidays but only 2 of the 4 pairs came. After being on hold for more than 30 minutes, I finally get through to someone for her to tell me that they no longer had the shoes in stock. But it didn't say that online when I picked out the shoes! And then the lady proceed to tell me that it takes them 3-4 hours to process the orders but in the meantime the shoes that you just PAID FOR can become unavailable! So you mean to tell me that you guys took my money right away but somebody else got the shoes that I ordered! And then it's gonna take 5-7 business days to put my money back?! It didn't take 5-7 business to take my money! I was very, very upset and disgusted the way they did business! And I don't think I'll be spending any more money at footlocker! I buy my 4 boys shoes every 3-4 months so they won't be getting my continuing business! I'll spend my hard earned money somewhere where they appreciate my business!

Took my money more than once almost $1500 has to be refunded in 5 business days. They said i entered the wrong zip code. I didnt know they took the money from the account and thought it was a error they canceled it. I order again and confirmed everything correctly and they did it again. This time they responded to my email and said they took the money because I had the money in my account. Most companies will reject a payment and not take your funds if anything is incorrect. They did the exact opposite even when everything was entered correct with no further explanations. Just cancelled, cancelled cancelled and money taking that you have to wait to get back. Never order from footlocker online for sure if at all.
