STILL WAITING FOR MY TRAINERS OR REFUND Do not buy from this site, I ordered my trainers on 11th March & the money left my account on March 13th, my delivery was scheduled for March 14th but they kept delaying it & now the tracking hasn’t been updated in over 2 weeks and they won’t give me a refund. I will be taking this further as of today, I will be taking action with the retail ombudsman and contacting my bank

customer service is atrocious, deliver through ups which is also atrocious, I collect trainers so buy between 20 - 30 a year. I will never ever buy from foot locker again!

I ordered a light grey Nike hoodie earlier last month (the only available color/shade online). The first time I received it, it was the wrong color, dark grey. I sent it back for an exchange, explaining I ordered the LIGHT grey Nike hoodie. I just received the new exchange and it’s wrong AGAIN (see attached picture). They have sent me back the same dark grey Nike hoodie twice now. This is frustrating and a major inconvenience to keep having to go back and forth returning the wrong item. If I wanted to go shopping, I would have gone to the store to buy it. I purchased online for the convenience of delivery! This is no longer convenient. If this would've gotten rectified, I would've gladly left a 5 star review.

Believe every single review that has given Foot Locker one star. Why isn't it possible to give no stars?? Terrible terrible terrible refund/returns customer service. I placed an order for a Xmas present on November 25th 2021, returned it that week as it was too small, and finally got a refund on 15th February 2022. I was left to chase my refund over 10 times. The length of time I've waited is disgusting. I will never ever ever order from FL again.

Wished I could use less stars, daughter paid for shoes just over $160 including courier that would only deliver to store not our house 10 min away. Week later still no shoes no movement on tracking number never ever use they are a bad company hiding behind “ oh it was COVID” I WILL NEVER EVER USE”

Bought a pair of air force 1 trainers, upsold a pair of 10 pound toe box protectors, couldn't even use them as they bunch up in the shoe and crease the toe box. Asked if I could return them at the counter as they are not fit for purpose and did the opposite of what they are supposed to, creasing my 120 pound trainers. Manager said no we can't return those. I asked if I could leave them with them to throw away and she told me to throw them in the bin outside. Disgusted with this ordeal.

BAD BUSINESS. This is the second time I'd actually won a pair of shoes and they cancelled my order without even notifying me. We all know how much time, effort, FLX points as well as money that goes into the chance of winning one. I'd contacted customer service and all they can say is they were out of stock. How is that possible? Do they not know thier inventory before selecting raffle winners? I'd ask for a supervisor but was told they don't have one. No help from customer they make me feel that no one was able to help or even resolve the matter. It's better to just have bots to handle customer care Seriously, I would avoid foot locker, Champs, east bay and foot action at all cost. It isn't worth your time, money or sanity.

Zijn zeer incompetent en amateuristisch . De hele dag bezig geweest een bestelling t annuleren. Klantenservice man genaamd Jetlir is net als de chat bot waardeloos en kan me niet helpen terwijl ze pretenderen dat annuleren makkelijk zou gaan. De HELE dag met die pipo's bezig geweest en dan is alles alsnog verstuurd. De eerste en absoluut dle laatste keer bij dit Mickey mouse bedrijf met de slechtste Klantservice die er bestaat. Ik vraag om gebeld te worden zoals grote mensen dat doen dit is te moeilijk voor ze blijkbaar Ik denk dat de grote broer in Amerika zich kapot schaamt voor wat een nozems hier het bedrijf ' runnen'...

Take your money, don't send your goods, claim they are looking into it whilst doing nothing hoping you'll give up and stop bothering them. They are basically thieves

Releases impossible to get why so they not hold raffles so bots don’t get all the sneakers ? Why is foot locker so out of date? No raffles for your sneakers so no one gets a chance to get them ? Really bad

Terrible.. They advise on a release time and date of items. I was waiting by computer since 630am waiting for the 7am release of the Yezzy Slides. 7am nothing said product unbailable .. waited till 7:15am kept refreshing nothing. Went to the Adidas web site where I had to confirm a spot. Came back to Footlocker website and Yeezy slides pop up only size 14 and up available. They are never true to their release times and this is not fair the customers who are sitting there like ducks waiting for the release time a head of time. Shame on you.!

Never ever shop here!!!! Customer service is atrocious!!! In store and online!! I went into store and wanted a pair of shoes, which I asked the lady at the desk for size to try on. She said she would go and get the shoes and then just never came back with them, she just stood behind the till chatting to her work colleagues. After 15 minutes, I was walked over to her and asked her if she had those shoes. She said.. oh no sorry we don’t!! Well thanks for telling me!!! She then said she would order me them online. So I did! Once they were ordered, I never got a confirmation email! Then after 2 weeks the shoes still had not arrived. So I went online for a live chat with an agent, but the only thing I could get through to was a robot, which was very unhelpful. After a while, he then told me my order had been cancelled!! But I had got no email informing me of this! The money was still out my account and I didn’t have a pair of shoes!! I have been trying now for 4/5 days to get in touch with a human to try and give me my refund, as I cannot go back into store as I live no where near the shop, I was just visiting!! I would be put in a queue of 22 people and it would take me an hour and a half to get to number 4 in the queue, then it would kick me off and I would have to start again!!! It’s an absolute joke! They are unprofessional thefts! Still not spoke to a human and still have no shoes and no money back!! Never ever ever shop here!!!!!!

I purchased Michael Jordan Funko Pop! #115 from the .ca Canada website under the impression that I was getting what was depicted in the picture. In the picture on their website (as well as the picture in their confirmation email), the Pop! clearly had a "Foot Locker" exclusive sticker. The Pop! I received had a "Special Edition" sticker which meant I could have purchased it from an overseas store and saved on shipping (since I purchase bulk Funkos). I purchased it from Foot Locker because it depicted the "Foot Locker" exclusive sticker. Also, it was delivered in a large box with nothing protecting the item inside. It was being thrown around inside the box. Extremely disappointed customer.

I can't believe the horrendous service and experience I have endured through Footlocker. After ordering my child a christmas present in early November, I was told it had been cancelled and refunded over a week after placing the order. When I saw the item had come back in stock, I rang customer service to discuss the item. I didn't want to have it cancelled on me again and risk disappointing my son. The man on the phone assured me there was plenty of stock and that if I placed the order then it would be alright. Well, eight days after I placed the second order, I had received ZERO communication from footlocker. So I had to spend MY DAY on hold waiting to have one of your customer service officers tell me that... she doesn't know. 'We're still looking.' I said that I needed to know so that I could organise an alternative gift if Foot Locker had once again failed to provide a product they had said they could. She said it would take her THREE BUSINESS DAYS to get an answer to me. Meaning she wanted me to wait 12 days to learn if I could even receive the gift, and then wait another 5-7 business days to have it delivered. I said I needed to know, and what happened? she was then able to find out that they had no stock with 3 pushes of a button. Clearly, Footlocker was well aware there was no stock for DAYS, but decided that I didn't need to know that. This is without a doubt the most disappointing online shopping experience I have ever had. I also wanted to ask the customer service consultant if there were any other colour ways with the size i'm after but... she decided she'd had enough of talking to me (after about 10 minutes) and i didn't even get the opportunity. No idea how i'm supposed to get something in order for Christmas now, but I hope other chains begin to get the stock you do so I can shop elsewhere.

The Order From Hell!!! I place an order for a pair of shoes for my son’s birthday, to my surprise when I received the package it only contained 1 shoe!! How could the biggest shoe company in the world make such a sloppy mistake?? My son was very hurt and disappointed and so was I!!! I don’t know if the packaging department needs to be trained on eyesight or needs a break from their shift!!! But this was an inconvenience of pathetic proportions!!

This company is a joke. DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE. It happened to me the exact same thing that happened to a lot of people here. I bought some shoes and were supposed to be delivered on 5 days tops. After 15 days I have no shoes and no answer for none of the 8 emails I've sent them claiming my money. Next week I'm putting a claim against the company.

Bought a pair of nike trainers for my son. After 2 weeks sole started to split. Went to store, asked for refund. They gave me email address (incorrect one) to complain. Complained, submitted photos etc and after a few weeks was told they were not issuing a refund as it wasnt a manufacturing fsult, it was a useage issue- seriously after 2 weeks. They clearly dont know statutory rights of customers under consumer rights act 2015 as these trainers are not fit for purpose. Do not buy from this retailer as their customer service is disgraceful. I will be reporting them to a higher body.

I returned a pair of shoes, they were scanned in yet 12 days later I still don’t have my refund. The customer service said the warehouse receiving the shoes in is backed up. That’s not my fault. No one should have to wait 2 weeks after getting the shoes back for a refund and still not have it. Poor customer service and returns! I better not receive a restock fee after this either which is BS they charge that also when no one else does!

I ordered a shoe on line. I received the shoe on the last date within my window. Instead of a size 8.5 Nike in black for women, I received a size 9 men’s saucing in pink and green. I now have to take the time to return it to a store. I got a sorry and they can re send the correct shoe. Really? Nothing for my inconvenience or their error. I will return it to a store and get my money back and shop elsewhere. Service was terrible and customer service was non existent.
