“Ordered a cushion for my sons birthday said I should if received this two days later and guess what it’s two weeks later. I’ve sent emails to customer service as they are not taking phone calls and still no reply

Also was ordered 3days before. Was posted to my aunts in Manchester as mum was visiting family. Not only did she received on time but was home from family. So actually she never got to received at all.

“The CEO of this company needs to sit up and take notice of all the recent complaints. Compared to other competitors, Funky Pigeons card/gift service has been abysmal of late, I know we are experiencing difficulties due to COVID, but their expected delivery dates, which they promise, are WAY off the Mark as I’ve discovered to my own cost on two occasions in the last few months. I am extremely disenchanted with this company, and will be taking my business elsewhere in future.”

“Ordered a Mother’s Day card on the 6th March - estimated delivery 9th . finally arrived on the 10th. Customer service won’t refund as the reckon it’s within their system delivery times. They even admitted there was a delay at their production facility and the “order was despatched on the 10th” contradicting their website which said it was sent on the 8th. Absolute shambles.”

It's not rocket science, how can they fail at such a simple business? I wish I had read their reviews before ordering, I would not have used them. Will never use them again.”

“Cards never showed up. I ordered in plenty of time for Mothering Sunday but apparently they struggle to put two cards in an envelope and post them on time. They did not respond to my email. Very very poor, WILL NOT be using this company again..much better options out there.”
“First time I've used this site and it will be the last, the card didnt arrive on the right day it was late, and costing over £7 you'd expect better than this. Not a patch on Moonpig which keeps you updated every step of the way from making it to posting it, also nicer cards & cheaper.”

I don't want to upset him so not going to complain but this is the second lot that he bought from moonpig that have arrived in bad condition. Would have been better off with a bunch from a garage forcourt.”

When I suggested sending an apology for a card to the recipient ordered 8 days ago that still hasn't been received, they offered a refund, again. “It's so obvious why they get bad reviews. Ordered personalised card and it said delivery on 27th February but nothing received. Yet I ordered from Moonpig for someone else and they got the card the next day. I will never use these "funky" people again! That's how they make their money by stealing other people's and pretending they've despatched when they've done nothing of the kind. Con artists and thieves. Unfortunately we didn't look deep into the meaning of their name. Pigeons steal food!”
