“They have many products that are much cheaper than they would be if I had to by them in Japan. If you follow a few simple rules about the maximum weight of an order and the maximum price, you can usually receive the goods without the need to pay any delivery fees.”

“I always want to see detailed product information, for example, ingredients product amount and customer reviews. The website has all of this, I also like that the website is very easy to use. The shipping is really quick and the products are all reasonably priced.”

“iHerb stocks a very comprehensive line of natural products and supplements. I have become a regular purchaser of some key household and personal items and either that I cannot find where I live (Singapore) or, when I do find them, are exorbitantly expensive. They parcels always arrive during the promised delivery window and if I order above a certain amount, the shipping is free. Other family members also order from iHerb regularly and they're very happy with them as well.”
