“I don't understand the bad rating of iherb and suspicious of the authenticity of the reviews. Anyway, my experience with iherb has been great. Great choice of products, alot cheaper than retail and delivers everywhere. I've been ordering from iherb for past 3 years since I've been moving alot (UK, South Korea, France, UAE, Malaysia etc) and they delivers to all these places. “Please do not believe the negative reviews. This company delivers all over the world and there is bound to be delivery problems in foreign countries My order came within a week and we received it, but my husband had put it away and I didn't realize it had come. I asked Iherb for a refund and they refunded the full amount immediately. 2 weeks later I discovered I did have my order and apologized to Iherb and asked them how I could repay them. Here is there gracious response: Dear Sharon C.: "Thank you for letting us know that you already received your package. We are glad that we could help. Regarding the Refund you received, there is nothing you need to do or worry about with it. And for the products you received, you do not have to return it to us. Please keep it and try it as a free product. " Iherb. I would like to thank Iherb for being quick to respond and refund my money. I would also like to apologize to Iherb for my mistake and thank them for their generosity. Thank you Iherb, Sharon C.”

“Excellent source of all things health/supplement/beauty-wise. Huge range and with stacks of information on each and every product. You can research various items/conditions/wants-and-needs and then see complete information on ingredients and uses for each product. They are brilliant for vegetarian/vegan information, in particular. The cheapest overseas delivery is no more than some companies charge for delivery here within the UK - and they arrive inside of two weeks usually. Highly recommend!”

“Os preços são otimos, tem varias promoçoes que dao ainda mais descontos, e as vezes oferecem a opção de frete gratuito acima de 40$, o que é muito bom, mais ficaria ainda melhor se oferecessem um rastreio por USPS Ecom Packet que é completo, os rastreios que a iherb oferece nao sao completos e isso nos faz ficar preocupados com nossas encomendas depois que chega no pais de destino”
