“We ordered pencils for a church Lenten handout in purple with black lettering. Inkspot made us aware that the black lettering would be difficult to see and suggested three other colors that would stand out better. THAT is customer service. Would use them again and have recommended them to others. Fast shipping too!”

“I already send a review via email and Ken replied back to me but the USPS box which was used for may order was not a suitable box for 500 pens. It had been torn at the seam when arrived.”
