“I ordered pens from your website for a friend's son's Bar Mitzvah. We put them in hospitality bags for out-of-town guests, and we gave them to the boy's family. We got so many compliments, and the family absolutely loved them! Your website is one of few that could do produce a small quantity (we only needed 50). That along with the amazing customer service I received from Tom on the phone, no shipping or set up fee, and quick delivery made for an amazing shopping experience!
