“It was my pleasure to use and order from The Ink Spot. This is the second time I've used them for items in 2016 and each expierence was very good. “The ordering process was efficient and accurate, however the quality of the product has been somewhat disappointing. The pens I ordered have not been standing up to everyday. Several of the pens have had issues with the ink tube inside the pen casing popping through the top of the pen making them useless. I've had to throw several of them away.”

“I was so surprised when I received my "proof". I had included only text and the comppany took the time to go to the website and add the logo. It looked great and even better when the pens arrived. My son-in-law loved them and was so excited when he realized how many he got because, at first, he did not want people to walk off with them because he liked them so much. The pens were a great price, I experienced great service, I received my order quickly, and they made one fabulous Christmas gift !!!!”

“In a pinch for Christmas, I called and they were very accommodating! Made a specific request for writing on the pens and they had my pens to me in 2 days! Would definitely recommend ordering from this company, and not to mention, the stylus pens are fabulous!”

“We ordered pens for our daughters wedding. After picking our colors, a consuktant suggested a change in colrs to make sure the wording would pop and it did. We were impressed with the service, the fast delivery and the quality of appearance and wroting ease. I would recommend this company to anyone thinkng about ordering personalized pens!”

“I really like the fact that after about a year you still had my order information . I didn't have to rewrite my order you already had it saved and I just had to reorder the same item you had ALL INFORMATION. I hope you save the information indefinitely . I may not have to order soon. And I don't want to have to rewrite my order I want it exactly the way I received it last time.... thank you very much..... I am curious how long you DO save the order number information, if you DON'T save it INDEFINITELY.... (because I don't necessarily have the order number) you were able to look it up by my name or address....”
