“The engraved ink pens are perfect”

“I placed an order with this company requested a proof before shipping and never got it. I contacted customer service they apologized and sent the proof but it was wrong. They said it's already shipped and I would have to wait to receive them to send the pens back and they can ship out a new order. I explained that I needed them by a certain date for a client. The response was sorry you wont get them by then we will just refund you and then the customer service rep ended the chat. I tried to chat again they went offline. I got an email it said keep the wrong pens and we will refund the shipping cost which doesn't help my situation or get a full refund once they recieved the bad order back, which still doesn't help my situation. I tried calling to speak with a manager they answered once and hung up and never answered again. This company is terrible with services and customer service I would not recommend anyone to use this company.”

Sorry you have had a bad experience with our company. We did admit to making a error and tried to help. We offered a price reduction if you wanted to keep and use your order as is, or offered a "Full" refund. Becoming hostile, demanding and ringing our phones, chat room and email off the hook is unacceptable. We offered a fair resolution above feel free to return your custom printed order for a free refund.

“The pens are great. Write very nice and the personalization was perfect. I also had asked the company to make sure I received my order no later than Sept. 14th and they were true to that promise. I had the pens personalized for my mother's 90th surprise birthday party and everyone at the party LOVED the pens.”

“The pens I ordered are a gift of remembrance for my classmates at our 55th class reunion to be held September 15, 2018. “Using Ink Spot made my purchase very easy. The order was easy to place, the pens came very quickly. To my surprise, when I received the pens with my 4 line message, there was an added surprise. Ink Spot added baby feet to each pen, this wasn't something I ordered, they just added it. It made a very special message even better. Thank you Ink Spot.”

“Ink Spot has been fulfilling pen orders for my business for more than 20 years. They're always responsive and turn the order around quickly. In my most recent order, a product was out of stock. I was notified immediately and rather than cancel my order, kept it in place and added product that I could get right away. They were very accommodating, the in stock item arrived in just a few days and was exactly what I was expecting. Highly recommend them!”
