“I have recently brought a canon A3+ printer from John Lewis as I have bought a TV from them in the past with excellent service from them. The price was the best I had found for that printer and it was delivered promptly to my local Waitrose. The service from both was really very good and very friendly. John Lewis staff also know a lot about the products they sell and never try to pressure sell you anything. They just give you good advice.”

“Brilliant customer service. Unfortunately the delivery process for ordering my fridge freezer and getting my existing unit removed involved calling a number between opening hours instead of ordering from the site.”

“I ordered a washing machine online. Within a week my machine was delivered and installed. The gentlemen were very polite, just what I expected from john lewis. I have ordered before from john lewis and waitrose and every time the employees are so polite and courteous.”

“A great range of high end products at suprisingly reasonable prices. Bought lovely placemats in store and they were great quality, looked expensive but were cheaper than comparable mats I'd looked at online. Customer service also very good every time I've been in store. Staff are very friendly and the store is clean, well laid out and comfortable.”
