“Jomashop has competitve prices and a decent selection. There shipping is right on par with other major retailers. One thing I dislike about them is the amount of advertising emails and offers that floods my inbox on a 3 or 4 times on a daily basis. I would suggest a once a week advertisment email instead - Matt S.”

“The prices are competitive compared to some of the other dealers but be aware that sometimes it is just better to pay a little more and get the right item when you want it, especially after paying around $3000 for a watch. I ordered a Tudor black bay from the Jomashop and pad for two-day shipping. After about three days I checked the site to get the tracking information and it was still awaiting shipping, at which time I called the help line and was advised that they were still waiting on the item to come in, which means that when they say in stock, that doesn’t mean it’s in their possession, seems they must order it after you make the purchase from them. Six days passed and my order was still waiting shipment, so I called and was then advised that the watch arrived to Jomashop without the box, and they couldn’t ship it until the box arrived, which would be another week. At this point I just canceled my order which was supposed to be a present for someone. Then ordered it from Amazon for a few dollars more and got tracking number right away. Sometimes the cheap option is the worst option. Very Disappointed, R. Reed”
