Absolutely the worst customer service experience I ever had. Faith from customer service should find another job. Horrible. Read up on this company. I see from other reviews that say the merchandise may be fake.

Jomashop has a HORRIBLE customer service! It took them 10 days to finally respond to me via email. One of the items I received was damaged. I wanted to exchange it (initially bought it using a coupon $20 off $250) so they told me that I can return it BUT I have to buy the new (hopefully not damaged this time) at a full price!! After going back and forth, they offered $10 off!! (this time I have to pay $5.99 shipping on top of it) so with the $10 off it would still be more than what I paid originally!!!! WOW what an excellent service!! The service rep (Ranuka)was talking over my voice the entire time and was suuuuper rude!! I will not buy anything with Jomashop ever again! I decided to return ALL of the items that I purchased because of the way I was treated. Ranuka decided to place "did not like items" reason for returning it! I promise, that is NOT THE REASON.

Pricing was great for my item, delivery was relatively quick and without issue, and I got exactly what I ordered. Simply have no issues is a great experience.

Stay away! Will try to keep it short (For those interested I got the phone recordings and emails still) 1. I started my chats around 2 weeks back and from moment 1, I expressed I Would pay with PayPal. Why 2 weeks? It took me time to remove the limitations from my PayPal account (watch had a high amount) 2. In the meanwhile, Jomashop (or should I just say Ryan and Shumaila) contacted me over a dozen times and and advised it would be better if I could pay directly via Wyre. Even more so, on some occasions they acted annoyed like I was doing something wrong, on other occasions they tried to persuade me with a lower price if I paid through wyre. But all the chats resulted in: their website allowing PayPal and me being able to pay with PayPal. 3. So I gave them a call last monday to verify availability of the watch and tell them I was doing the payment with PayPal while I was on the phone with Shumaila. 4. The next morning, when I already paid, they sent me an email saying they couldn't process my payment unless I sent an email from my business email. So I did. After that I got an email back requesting if I could call them back (fun fact: they never call their customers because well they can't do international calls...strange innit for such a "big" webshop). 5. I gave them a call and this is where all the lies begun: - "yeah we saw your business email, but PayPal declined the transaction." - I contacted PayPal and they sent me an email clearly stating all was good on my end and that the Merchant declined my transaction - I told this and instead them replying to this Ryan came up with a DIRECT lie "we told you that PayPal is not possible". While I have emails and phone recordings that clearly states otherwise. In short - They are into some shady stuff. - They don't have the class -talking about Suhaila and Ryan- to work at a place where you talk with customers that buy a 80k watch. Words fall short to explain what kind of behaviour these fellas displayed. But my phone recordings and emails captured it perfectly. Feel free to reach out if you want to see/hear.

Received products exactly as described. Excellent communication was was conveyed when letting me know when the products were shipped, out for delivery and when actually delivered. I see myself spending a lot of money if the price is right and I continue to relieve excellent service. Thank you.

Shipping was fast, my watch arrived much earlier than expected. Sent from NY to FL. The product was clean and works great. Well worth the money. I will buy from Jomashop again.

I have bought two watches from Jomashop at different point of times so far and I am 100% satisfied with my purchases. - On time shipment - Respectful customer service (I called to ask general questions and also called to get my shipment status) - 100% Legitimate watches (checked with a local watch store) - Unbelievable prices - Shipped watches in their original box which was delivered perfectly fine. - Very accurate product description on their website which matched exactly with the actual watches.

The Tag Heurer Formula 1 (CAZ101AH.BA0I42) I bought came with a broken crown. I could not set the time. Took to Jared's to repair. It's going to 12 more weeks at least before I can get it back.

Poor customer service. Damaged watch display boxes are “done so in warehouse handling” according to unfriendly offshore customer service and from U.S. office. Descriptions of watch details and missing information and I was sent a Chinese clone watch rather than Japanese original for Seiko.

I have purchased, two luxury watches, two everyday watches, and Ray Ban's from Jomashop. Every transaction was great, and the packages I received were packaged with the utmost care. Anything that I want as far as a luxury watch, bag, etc. will be purchased from Jomashop. Why pay regular prices????? Tonya Carvajal
