I have noticed that some prices are higher at the till than marked on the shelf.

The change from the £200 spend giving a £10 voucher to a £250 spend rewarded by 10% discount from the next shop just makes me feel cheated. At the till today we asked what 'The Product Coupon' was and they said it was a free W5 item so my wife dashed back around the shelves thinking a 40p bottle of bleach was better than nothing and there wasn't a single W5 product there. Lidl, you are taking your loyal customers for fools and it's not nice!

In the past I typically spent about £70 a month in Lidl. However, the introduction of the £200 spend giving a £10 voucher tempted me to spend that much in store each month. I did & was happy. But now this voucher has been replaced by a £250 spend rewarded by 10% discount from the next shop there. It's simply too greedy & I shall revert to my previous £70 per month spend, taking the rest of my grocery spending elsewhere. A shame.

Despite the knocks it's still the go to Supermarket for the best value. Just a pity there isn't more of a wider choice of staple foods and less of the unusal, luxury food brands nobody wants, needs, or can afford. Would be nice too to get rid of all the cheap, random non-food novelty rubbish that fill the aisles and makes the store look like a charity shop! Lidl need to sort their irratic supply chain out too. So many items are frequently out of stock. Perishable foodstuffs (especially fruit and veg) too are often out of date, are of poor quality, and should be removed. Staff look overworked and morale low. The Lidl principle is sound, they just need to pay more attention to detail as there is definitely room for improvement.

Sorry guys used lidl for years asked staff regularly why there is no stock and to be honest they didn't look interested. The last straw was last Saturday morning no milk, no bread, no butter ......household staples This has been going on for weeks we have had to move over to Aldi so far no problemswe have got everything we needed.

Though I generally don't have a problem with Lidl it just annoys me that everytime I try to use their app at the cash out it asks me to login. This is annoying when there is a queue but now it is saying that I am entering the wrong password. For quiet some time now I just don't even try to use it at all as it is completely useless.

Went to their store on Gypsy lane in Leicester. After having finished our shopping my wife requested the lady at the self service if she could kindly let her use the toilet to which she very happily refused and seemed to be enjoying the very moment. Could not believe it. Had to go to Ladbrokes next door. Seemed like they are not bothered about customers. Will have to think if it is worth going there again. They also had a lot of empty shelves. Better off going to Tesco.

Love to get my bargains from you Lidl, but do the customers have to injure seeing that manager with the weird eyebrows and Deirdre Barlow glasses ( yes the manager customers have been complaining about Beth Grundy) do us customers have to injure her berating the staff, come on Lidl time to get rid of her because your shop floor staff are lovely.

I was unhappy with what I saw. Two employees chatting with their feet propped up on the case containing raw pizza.

I want to return the broken hand vacuum cleaner (I used it 10 times maximum) but I lost my receipt. It has 3 years guarantee. I'm trying to contact customer service but without luck. I don't know what else to do. I don't go there often now because there is no social dystancing, staff and customers don't bother to cover their face. Lidl is loosing more than then they realise.

I'm a regular customer of lidl , However, I can not understand why they put out spay, and sanitizer for customers to use. And do not appear to arrange for the shopping trolleys to be cleaned . Used Lidl at Pelaw Gateshead to day, all shopping trolleys were filthy. How can you exspect people to put food in to such grime. At the same time when there were only one casher working, trying to deal with a large queue, I had to fetch someone to help out. Please have a word with your staff.

1st time out with husband after being isolated for 4 months ,New Lidl store in Fulwell lovely bright clean store ,to many customers in store one customer even touched me to ask me to move out the way to get to shelf,as a deaf customer wearing a mask as well I got really stressed out husband calmed me down in the end .Then when we got to the till we were not even acknowledged by the cashier he just threw the food to the other end .When it came to payment he just threw that at me as well 😡 so I just stood their trying to make eye contact ,I’m not usually not one to complain but I work for another well known supermarket and if I did this I would be sacked on the spot.

Whilst I appreciate this is a stressful time for Supermarket Workers (& The Customer too!) I do not appreciate being yelled at on till no 2 Braintree Store Sat 25th July around half past eleven to bring the basket with me! No PLEASE was added on to the end of that. For a first time visitor since before lockdown I did not know the procedure. I did have to mention to the cashier her manners she said she did say please. I DO NOT think so! We are all in this together at these uncertain times. Just please remember manners go a long way, when you are serving the general public! Thank you.

Unfortunately, the plastic baskets are consistently unclean. The cashiers push your goods thru so quickly it can sometimes damage fresh goods, ie. from the bakery. However, the produce is excellent value.

I love shopping at Lidl , but vegan section doesn't exist compared to other supermarkets. They don't seem to catch up with the demand for dairy free products and meat free options, which is a shame because it would definitely boost up the sales rapidly.

Prices are good and they have interesting food sometimes. The minced beef is full of water whereas the frozen prawns have very little compared to a lot of shops that have loads of water and very little prawns. A few of the staff at Broadstairs are helpful and polite, one of them even says hello to regular shoppers but there are many that are very rude to customers. They talk to each other while serving customers; I have witnessed one arguing with a customer over whether something had been discounted or not. The way to do it would be to ask a colleague to assist the customer, for the colleague to go to the shelf where the customer saw the discount and deal with the issue politely. Lidl's training must be awful!
