I placed an order on 5th January and am still waiting for it to arrive. I have sent 2 messages to the company and both have been ignored. I got an email a couple of days after the order saying ghere were delays with Royal Mail yet they are still offering this service on the site knowing full well people will be waiting longer than stated with no warning anywhere to be seen. It is terrible customer service and to have the audacity to request a 5* Review is actually insulting. If you are going to shop witb this company, do some research as to what postage issues there are as they wont tell you, they will just take your money and let you deal with the wait, then ignore your messages as they already have your money. Merry Christmas..... Pathetic

Hi Naeem Apologies for the delays with Royal Mail, these are somewhat out of our control. I can see your order was delivered on 23-12-2020. We did take Royal Mail's Second Class service off our website for a period, while they cleared the backlog as we were made aware First Class would be prioritized. We do also offer DPD Service and had a note at checkout to say Royal Mail had delays, this was also covered in the national press. Regards

Perfect. Delivery was a little slower than usual but it is Xmas in a pandemic. I am okay with that given the clothes are banging.

I have only used this site for the first time. Spent alot on a coat for my son. When it arrived it was opened not package well. On top of that on the site it said I woukd get 10% off as it was my first order that did not happen as well.

Hi I do apologise your parcel was slightly open on arrival. I will feed this back to royal mail for you. We occasionally offer 'first order' discount on full priced items but I can see this was already in the sale at the time your purchased it. Regards

I’m still waiting for my parcel to be delivered after ordering almost 3 weeks ago!! I completely understand that things are hectic this time of year especially with everything that’s going on, but the customer service team are extremely rude and unprofessional. They think sending automated screen shots of a massive pile of parcels explaining that mine could be at the bottom of that pile is dealing with my enquiry asking where my parcel is? My advice would be to STAY AWAY.

I have paid for a jacket 2 weeks ago and also for the delivery and it meant to come in 3-5 working days it’s still not here and if it doesn’t get here soon my son is not gonna have a Christmas present

We do apologise for the delay. As its well covered in the national media, Royal Mail do have delays due to covid and the sheer volume of parcels around Xmas time. Please rest assured they will deliver as soon as possible.

I have never ever experienced such atrocious customer service....... why, because they do not know the meaning of the words. Placed an order for Xmas 2020, on 4th December, after 2 weeks no parcel so decided I couldn't leave it any longer and orderd the same item from a REPUTABLE Company, and it arrived the VERY NEXT DAY, ALSO £20 CHEAPER. My Lost Rockstar parcel eventually arrived FAR TOO LATE...... In the meantime I sent several emails enquiring about my parcel, with absolutely ZERO RESPONSE. I am now in communication with Clearpay, who have been helpful, but my issue is still not resolved. I am now stuck with a duplicated item of £100 that I have no use for, and I am still having to pay for as it seems that Clearpay are also having correspondence problems with them.  Useful  Share

Hi Sorry for the delay, Royal Mail do have a back log at the moment and the timescales you've provided are not of concern for this time of year. Your item left our warehouse 7th December and today is 15th on Second Class service. Regards

I received a pair of jeans with a hole. Notified LR and sent the jeans back for a refund, LR sent them back to me saying there's no hole. Emailed them again, sent the jeans back for the second time to LR, pointing out the hole, and asking for a refund. Guess what? LR send me a new pair of jeans (which I didn't want), not a refund. The returns are not free, so ended up spending £10 extra on a pair of jeans I didn't even want, to get them sent back to me twice. LR promised a refund for the shipping, never received, even after I chased them repeatedly. Appaling service, DO NOT BUY anything from them. Also, the number of 5* reviews is due to the fact they offer 20% off if you give them a 5* review. They don't deserve anything above 1*. They are also saying this has been resolved, which it has not, as they have not issued the promised refunds for the post, nor have they responded to my repeated emails asking them to do so. Won't be buying from this company again. No returns allowed on headgear, no returns allowed on any sale items either. More reputable companies do not have returns policy as difficult as this. I was also charged for delivery despite the website making it very clear that all orders over £50 would have free delivery. I also sent a contact form to the company via its own website. I received an acknowledgment email so I know they received my message and 2 weeks later still haven't received a response. Basically can't be bothered to deal with companies as difficult as this so won't be wasting my energy in dealing with them again. Sunny

Hi It's correct we cannot accept returns on headwear due to hygiene reasons, especially more so with COVID and the government guidelines relating to this. We have been running various offers throughout November and December, some include free delivery and others have not. Our offers are subject to change at any time. Regards

My order came & was delivered within the delivery time frame & the items of clothing were really nice! Had to return 2 of the items however as they just didn’t suit me which I sent back promptly. I got an email from LR confirming they’d received my return & the money was back in my account a few days later. No complaints at all & very happy with everything & the service LR provided. Cheers!
