“I went to the McDonald's in norton shores, muskegon. I ordered sausage mc griddle with cheese no egg. First they put egg on it...when I said something they took it bck remade it with no egg and NO CHEESE. Asked for my meal fresh, hash brown was so cold I gave it to my dog. The mc griddle was semi warm. The only good thing was the Sprite. I only gave 1 star because you HAVE to give 1 there is no 0 stars. GET IT TOGETHER MCDONALDS”

“The McDonalds on Old Buncombe Rd. Has some dumb people. I ordered a double fish got a single called to say that my order was wrong. The lady that answered the phone told me to save the sandwich and bring it back the next day. I asked her what was I supposed to eat for lunch. She had no answer. The single that I got was on a cold bun and was cold. Also Fries had salt on them when I asked for no salt. If this is what you are hiring this is why the food quality is going down hill.”

“I was so shocked the last time that I went to McDonald's and I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and four hash browns and it was going to be $17. So I then left hungry and me and my friends went to Wendy's one of your competitors, and we got two really good breakfast sandwiches and two sides of spuds plus two orange juices to go with our meals for $14. It was far superior it was a major letdown that I could no longer support McDonald's restaurants. Your French fries used to be so Superior to everybody else's and once you guys change the recipes they are not flavorful. I'm sorry that you guys have had to cheap out and raise prices, but other businesses out there are doing it and putting out quality merchandise like Wendy's.”

“Order a jalapeño burger several day ago was made wrong...talk to manager today about it.... she fix it made it right. Not. Got home it was made wrong again.. also had 3 happy meals..no toys. This Mcdonald is located in canton plaza...never again they got the last dime they will ever. Get from me.”

“I placed my order using the app. I ordered a chicken sandwich plain and an order of fries. I waited 42 minutes only to get the wrong order.Workers had no care about customer service. Worst customer service ever. Never again at this location. I recommend you do the same unless you 40 minutes of your time to waste for the wrong order.”

“Got in line tonight at 925pm...they took almost 15 minutes to take my order thru drive thru...when we finally, at 953pm, got our food, they forgot to give us a drink! Every time we go, it's slow but not as slow as tonight. Ugh”

“why do we have to wait for so long before the food arrives ( Pencoed ) and I why when ordering a large meal is the portion of fries the same as a regular meal but given in a bigger container very clever money maker I guess.”

“No one came to take my order and after I waited for over 5 minutes pulled up to the take out window and was told by Evan, the supervisor, that he could not take my order and they are understaffed. He said I would have to go around and get in line behind a dozen cars and wait to order. I’m am told the owner is Mark McBee and I think he should be more aware of the disaster this establishment is.”

“We ordered food last night to fungerola beach aparthotel food was freezing cold and most of the order was missing 1 drink I burger 1 ice cream and one ham and cheese chips we were very unhappy as we just arrived to hotel after flight from Ireland and were hungry this would not happen inIreland very disappointing”

“They seen to pay more attention to the drive threw then the people standing in line setting. There was as usual no air conditioning. The chicken nuggets are dried and stiff, some days there tender. everybody was complaining about the heat. This happened a few times now. We opted to stop going to McDonald's and go to Wendy's restaurant from now on. Better food and prices and they have air conditioning all the time.”

“Macdonalds's onJones Road needs to be closed, I just wanted a coffe and was served something like dark water and it was cold. I was made to wait for a different drink and nothing happened in the 10 min wait, want to help future custormers? Do something about theservice or just shut it down, and then future customers will go toa different place and rid us of this inefficient people working there. Oh, I gave up on waiting and decided it wasn't worth talking to the manager about this incident, since he is not managing his crew, i dont't think that he woulddoany thing about it..... please, shut it down.....”

“I ordered 2 meals Mcplant and one deal of Mcplant and fries (4.20). Lady who took my order was polite and good. She asked me to wait in yellow box for order. When I received the order one Mcplant was missing. I requested delivery staff that 1 Mcplant is missing. Instead the Manager John H came out very aggressively (either drunk or drugged)and started arguing with me waving the receipt that I paid for 2 means only why I am making an issue. I requested that I ordered different as mentioned money I paid is more than 2 meals alone.i requested that may we kindly ask the order taking lady . John H said that he is not interested and he doesn't know how much is one meal so he cannot tell me anything other than I should take my receipt and go. I went inside and spoke to the lady who was at counter for order and she affirmed that I order as I mentions ...John H came and said that I should not stay here as I am harassing the staff and I should leave the restaurant. He wanted me to complain if I want! There was a newly promoted manager in there who approached me kindly and wanted to listen to me but John didn't want any staff to talk to me. This is Racism. Rudeness.Intoxicated behavior with intimidation threats to a customer. I went on drive way again and ordered Mcplant and paid.i also asked the lady that when I ordered previously they gave me a fries but not Mcplant so jnstead of myself claiming for Mcplant and making an issue..since I was given fries so its only fair that I should be charged for that and she without saying or asking anything charged 2.60e. I received my order next window but it was very apparent that all staff was in shock or at their toes at that time That's an experience which will have me disconnect from McDonalds forever so goodbye McDonalds and kindly have sane and non drugged people as your staff. #Sligo McDonald #John H Manager Sligo McDonald...!”
