“An absolute let down. Despite stating the time of delivery as 30 August, the order has been unreasonably delayed and I am still to receive it, a week later. This was meant to be a birthday gift, and therefore time critical. I rang the customer services every day from the missed deadline and despite promises to escalate my order, nothing was done. As it is, I’m going to my dad’s birthday tomorrow empty handed as Photobox did not deliver on time. The other thing you need to be aware of if their customer services have no direct line into their production team, they do not communicate with each other. So if your order is delayed, all that’s customer service can do is to write to the production team, who do not reply. To say they’ve let me down is an understatement.. to cut a long story short, save yourself frazzled nerves and order from a company that actually honours the orders and delivers on time. As most of the orders are gifts and therefore time sensitive items, save yourself the risk of delays, which are rampant with this company from my experience thus far. I for one will not be ordering from them ever again!”

“Bad customer service and wrong size received! I received my prints today that are not the size I ordered. I checked my confirmation screen before purchasing and had the right size and ordered the correct size album elsewhere. Today after receiving the incorrect order I spoke to Olgar on the customer chat, they are refusing to admit their error and will not assist me I anyway. After a huge waste of money and a huge pile of photos I now can not use, I can not afford to purchase new prints. This was my first time using Photobox and I hoped to get all my future prints done here but I will not! Do not use these people, any errors and they will NOT help you.”

“Really poor quality .most of my photos in book had heads cut off .i e mailed photobox only to be told its not there fault its mine!! And i would have to pay again if i wanted another one doing.Really poor customer service I would not buy from them again.”

“I spent almost 2 hours designing a towel with photos, went to the checkout and was told to register. I registered and the page with my design would not let me save it or go to the checkout. I contacted support who told me that you cannot save a design if you have not already registered, and I could not register without losing the design (as it would not save if I left the page) Id' say that's a huge flaw that the website lets you design something with no warning that you will lost it if you haven't already registered.”

“Website down. Templates didn't work. Check out failed. Had to try several times. Customer support didn't respond. When stuff arrived, print quality was very poor. Photobox never again.”

“I feel really disappointed with the quality of the products. flimsy,cheap and shoddy workmanship. What I paid does not reflect what I got. The items were a complete rip off and two stars is generous. As these were gifts I am reluctant to give them, given how cheap they look. I was happy to pay a high enough price for what I hoped would be memorable and cherished gifts. Very disappointed with the reality.”

“No delivery then promised a special delivery still no show so tried the chat box online and because the account was in my wife’s name they would not discuss the order. All I wanted was my order. But impressed and won’t use them again”

“They made me happy by the quality of prints which were fantastic for my Mums 50th Birthday- everyone loved them and I was able to tell them that they were from PhotoBox - but I also added that they should order from them well in advance of the date that they are needed, I ordered them 3 weeks before I needed them, given a standard delivery date of 5 working days, they hadn't arrived after 14 working days.. party was in a few days.. started to panic, had an explanation of 'probably lost In the post, we will send out another' to which the first set eventually arrived ON the day of the party and the second a week later, But as said, amazing quality!”

“Great website, easy to use on my mobile. The quality of goods is fab and the packaging it comes in is secure. The only niggle is the cost of delivery. I find it extortionate considering many companies deliver for free.”

“I loved how quick and easy it was to create the book. My product was a gift and the person who received it loved it and said it was her favourite present. The only thing that stopped it from getting the full 5/5 was the delivery as it never came when stated.”
