An excellent design with adjustable length, variable motor speed, very lightweight and large collection bag. It worked very well and I am very pleased. l called head office and the shop was told by both no problem bring it in for a refund .traveling a round trip of 30miles .l get to the shop where some rude abnoxious girl Rachel starts tell me she can't process a PayPal refund. Real bad attitude with a big mouth.
I called head office again who told them to do the paperwork.
My point being horrible place bad attitude, terrible service. Could have told me in the first place that they could have collected it instead of wasting my time and gasoline.”
