Avoid at all costs aufull customer services just put you on hold emails take 72 hours for a response so every time they ask a question adds further 72 hours so complete complaint has taken 3 weeks and still not resolved Go else where absolutely awful

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered a sun lounger, which I opened but did not use straight away and when I went to use it I noticed that a bar was loose. I have contacted them and told me because it’s after 72 hours they will do nothing so I will now being taking the matter up with my credit card company: I certainly don’t expect to pay over £100 for a sun lounger and it is faulty: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS SUPPLY SHODDY ITEMS AT TOP PRICE

I have just had two garden chairs delivered and on the cushion of one there is a white sticky mark. I have e-mailed your customer services and there answer was we will get back to you in 72 hours which means I cannot use the chair I paid for until they decide to get back to me. I have used Robert Dyas many times but their service is unacceptable.

Will never order online from Robert Dyas again. My money went out very quickly but still waiting for my order to be dispatched, even though it should have arrived before today! Customer service non existent, tried 5 times today, on hold 30 minutes each time , tried live chat..totally useless!! NOT a happy customer!

Totally useless and un available customer service. Tried calling put on hold for multiple times for 15m and more. Chat with an agent-silence no answer. Placed an order,payment was processed and then for no reason the order was cancelled Complete waste of time! Useless Company!!!

I Paid for next day delivery £20 not turned up bought as present for my son sent to his address in his name but I paid for it as a surprise, rang customer service they said as it was in his name they couldn’t tell me where it is !! And I couldn’t get a refund either of the £20 next day delivery as it’s not I. My name but I told them I paid for it ! I feel like Robert Dyad customer service is rubbish no help at all and iv been comply mugged off. I asked them to tell me what they can do to help not what they can’t do ! So no garden furniture and I’m out of pocket as well disgraceful behaviour on their part think before you buy from them !!!

I purchased an arbour garden seat. I managed to get a carpenter to assemble today. First, I would like to say it’s not easy to assemble.. second the quality is really cheap and flimsy. Very badly made with rough timber and quite wobbly when fully erected. I am really disappointed in the quality and when I sit in it I feel it’s going to fall to bits. I would not recommend this to any one if you are thinking about buying one. It’s definitely not worth the money. Please don’t be tempted to order one, you will really be disappointed.

I purchased a Furniture To Go wardrobe through Robert Dyas and this will be the first and last time using the company. I had a problem with the wardrobe (apart from the poor quality) where the holes were drilled into the wrong side of the top panel. Called FTG who advised 3 weeks for a new part. I didn't have time to wait that long so advised to contact Robert Dyas for a refund. Long story short, was told I'd need to email photos and box up all the parts until they were uplifted, I didn't have the space for so realised it would be easier to drill holes in myself so deleted photos and contacted Robert Dyas to explain. Well, multiple emails back and forth between different advisers who have asked for different things as haven't read full communication chain. One adviser suggested a partial refund the then the next advisor was extremely patronising in telling me how to retrieve deleted photos. Inefficient and unreliable customer service, will no be using again. Avoid all the Copenhagen furnitue as well as over priced and cheap quality.

We had a dreadful experience with Robert Dyas. We ordered the Kailua lounge set a month ago and it was due to arrive in early August. A few weeks after our order the price went up by 25%. Then yesterday completely out of the blue our order was cancelled because it was out of stock. Amazingly you could still order the same item with a longer wait time. I phoned Robert Dyas and they claimed this was a mistake and the item would be pulled from the website. Surprise, surprise I can still order the same item today. I said I would happily wait longer but customer services said that wasn’t possible as they are unsure if stock will come in again. It’s a complete con. Stay well clear

Do not order from here - £600 and 2 months later. Lost goods. Damaged goods. No refund. Disgraceful lying incompetent customer service and management. If you can find the goods elsewhere - go elsewhere!

Totally unhelpful and dont want to sort a easy problem they sold me a summerhouse £1100 plus damaged poor quality and just palm me off please think twice before you buy from clowns Paul Samuels.

Ordered garden bench to ne delivered on set day - took day off work, waited in all day and no bench. Had to cancel order as i work and cannot have item delivered when company feels like it ( parcelforce tried unsuccesfully to deliver it the following day and again 2 days later - which is why I paid extra for set day delivery. Nightmare trying to get a refund - have been told on several occasions this will be in my account within 3 days. 13 days later they still have £147 of my heard earned money. Tried their Chat facility again today - was told complaints are dealt with by head office and the Chat operators have no communication with them! Appalling system and service.

But outside garden heater which was broken asked many times for collection waited five weeks for collection still waiting for refund keep ringing up being passed to someone else do not buy anything from this company I have never known a company that can’t offer a refund straight away I will wait another week then take it to small claims

Well I am so very disappointed I received my swing without bolts or screws. After 5 weeks I was told that I would receive a new swing seat . I waited in allday for the courier to come without success I then called them to be told that it had never been ordered. I would have to wait a further two weeks for it to be delivered. I asked for a refund absolutely furious. The company hardly replied to my emails. Would definitely not recommend

Terrible experience with Robert Dyas and their supplier Glendale Garden Furniture. I ordered a garden chair. Sounds straightforward - yes? No! The chair was supplied, two weeks later than the promised delivery date, and after the money had been taken from my card. On opening the box I found that the cushion and frame did not match, so I couldn't put it together. Repeated phone calls and emails to Robert Dyas, plus letters to Dyas and Glendale followed. Ten weeks later and there's still no sign of any action from Dyas or Glendale to replace the chair or refund my money. What a disgrace!

I ordered and received my Hisense 50 A710FTUk tv it came a day earlier than expected and I was very happy but when the tv was turned on it is badly damaged still waiting for someone to get back to me to take this tv away and a refund

Appalling customer service from this company, I ordered a Samsung terrace tv which was supposed to come with a free terrace sound bar,the tv arrived on time but without the sound bar, despite numerous phone calls and emails to the customer services department, still no sound bar or any news of why I have not received it with the tv. I have now been told they have no idea if I will receive a sound bar at all, and definitely won’t be reimbursing me for a sound bar (£999).looks like legal action will need to be taken to hold Robert Dyas to account. Bad company and bad customer service.

Purchased a kitchen bin it is not like you portray it on your online shopping, the bin looks poor quality, ugly and looks more sturdy on your website. To return it and delivery charges is £12.00. I will NOT be shopping at Robert Dyas again

On the 30th of May I ordered a garden store online as it stated delivery would be the 10th of June, once paid for I then received an email stating that delivery would be 13th of June. This was no good as I would have returned to work by this point, so I immediately requested to cancel the order. I didn't receive a response for this request until the 4th of June, I then received delivery on the 6th. From this point on there was no response (other than automated) to my emails until I called on the 17th of June to arrange collection and a refund, only to be told there would be a £30 collection charge. This charge was eventually waved and a date agreed of the 24th of June for the item to be collected, it is now the day in question and I have received no contact from the couriers. I have spoken to the customer service team who have advised me that the courier has not responded to their request and probably will not be collecting the item today, basically its not their problem. Don't you think it would be best to not give a date and leave that to be arranged by the couriers if it is not guaranteed, or at least make the customer aware? At this point I am now at a loss of £364.99 for the product, a days wages as I am self employed and no doubt will have to take another day off for when the item is eventually collected. It's safe to say I will NEVER be purchasing anything from Robert Dyas again and will make sure that my friends and family do the same.

Ordered 2 gates on line, did not turn up on day they stated, no communication. Had taken a day’s annual leave to be at home, Turned up unexpectedly next day when I wasn’t there to check condition. Don’t resemble photo on web site; mine are scratched and will need sanding down and treating as they look shoddy.
