Worst customer support ever. Don't buy from this brand. They stop responding emails and never get back to you. Tried to make a return due to wrong size and had the worst support experience I've ever had - return process is a nightmare. Spent $200 that are now probably lost. Communication is AWFUL

Seam between the leg ripped open after 2 days of snowboarding in them. Absolutly unexeptable. Customer support said its my fault. Shure… its absolutly normal for that to happen. My burton pants i had before didnt have anything similar happening. Not even after 5 years of heavy use. For that the price is way to high. They are confortable thou. Just the quality is lacking really bad.

I ordered the jacket W5-W NIX. The logo on the front is different. It is not subtle and it says “SIROKO COMPANY” in large letters. There is also an additional circle logo on the right arm. I chose this jacket because it did not show large logos in the pictures on the website. It looks very cheap. Now i have a week and a half left to return my jacket and the company is not responding to my email.

I would advise everyone not to use this online retailer. When I returned the item, they claimed that the return was not complete and I had to transfer more money.

Solo dos semanas para devolver un producto. Si quieres hacer un regalo CUIDADO porque le tendrás que meter prisa por si necesita devolución o como en mi caso, cambio de talla. Ahora me toca comermelo. No vuelvo a comprar aqui.

Hola, los calcetines DW FJORD especifican que son para invierno de -10 a 5 grados. pero son muy finos creo que no son para esas temperaturas, se transparente el pie. Me queda probarlos pero creo que se han equivocado en poner las temperatura.

Terrible experience! I ordered a T-shirt which got damaged the same day I put it on (the zipper), even though I ordered the size according to their size guide. They refused a refund claiming that the damage was my fault!

Siroko doesn't have any costumer services. If there is a need for changing your size ore return of bought item there is absolutely no way to get in contact. Why don't Siroko not just inform the customer about a return adresse with every delivery? I have tried to change a t-shirt, ontil now I have at least 8 e-mails this with request, but still no way to log in to Siroko customer service to download a return label???? WHY.

BEWARE IN CANADA Horrible service. I order 430$ worth of items, they were too small. They informed me there was nothing they could do to help me and I had to pay an extra 15$ just for them to generate a return form for me, on top of it I paid 100$ in duties. I wanted to reorder in a different size but their customer service was so unprofessional and cold that I would never want to spend my money here again.

At first I was super happy with this shirt as it looks nice and has a good fit. After wearing it only three times (and washing / drying it correctly) the fabric broke and it has holes at the back now. I got in contact with Siroko to let them know about the disfunctional material but they did not care. I bought seven items and this one is the only broken one - so would not recommend to buy this shirt! Not worth spending 80 € on a shirt that breaks after being worn three times!!

Le doy solo una estrella por varios motivos siendo un culote muy muy bueno. 4 compañeros comoramos este culot y a los 4 nos a pasado lo mismo. La badana en las tallas mas pequeñas XS S y M tendría que ir cosida 4CM mas hacía delante ya que donde esta colocada se te queda la mitad detras del culo de manera que tus isquiones sentados em el sillín no tienen badana alguna, si señores vas absolutamente sin badana alguna! Llevamos los 4 compañeros a la costurera a adelantar las badanas esos 4cm y mano de santo la badana justamente en su sitio! Zero dolor en mas de 6h de bicicleta! LE DARÍA 5 ESTRELLAS SI RECTIFICARAN ESTE FALLO... Lo mas jodido de esto esque la gente no se da cuenta de este error y piensa que a comprado un culot de mala calidad...

I got some 150 euro broken cycling pants I wore 4 times in the month after ordering. Customer service didn't reply for 3 weeks. Then asked for pictures, 2 weeks later they replied. We see that there are holes in there where the seams are, but that is the users fault. We'll refund 9 euro's. In my eyes was the sewing done wrong if you dont even have the pants for a month and it has holes than the company delivers a faulty product. Again another company that would like to profit of faulty products. DON'T BUY IT.

Siroko rejected the claim explaining, that they cannot see any quality issues on the pictures attached. Claim was placed due to fabric in the bib shorts dis-attached from the pad and gets wrinkled during the ride. Shorts have been in use for 2 months. To place a claim you have to talk to them in English, despite there is a web site in local language and sales service is provided. Response time is couple of days. I will not go for this products again, because quality is not on even level and I do not count on the after sales service at all. I've already lost my money on shorts that survived only 2 months. A bit short for the "premium" products.

I purchased this SRX PRO WORLD SERIES product, but after the first use the case back was ruined. it can happen but the management of my report is terrible they are ignoring me leaving me with a defective garment. for this reason I recommend not purchasing products from this supplier. in case of problems you will be abandoned.

After altmost 2 months of waiting my BIB shorts arrived. After putting it on I noticed several tears in the seams. I immidiatly contacted Siroko. After a month they wrote this: We are sorry to inform you that breakages, such as the case we can see in the attached pictures, are not covered by the warranty. We would like to add that the garment may be slightly damaged in daily use, which is not covered by the warranty unless the buyer can prove that the item was already defective when it was delivered. Alteration of the products by the consumer will invalidate any warranty. ---- If we are to believe in what this individual is saying there is NO warranty on any of the Siroko product. And you have to prove it was damaged when you got it. How? I dont know.

Bei der Brille Ks3 Rome hat sich bereits nach kurzer Zeit die bBeschichtung der Polarisierten Scheibe gelöst bzw. ergaben sich mehrere schwarze Flecken. Dadurch war das Sichtfeld beeinträchtigt und die Brille praktisch unbrauchbar. Auf meine Reklamation bei SIROKO erhielt ich bis dato keine Antwort. Ich werde hier kein Produkt mehr kaufen.

Ordered and have been waiting weeks and weeks. Go to track package and says page not found. Not happy and would never buy again from this company. Should be shutdown immediately.

Scamming Dogs! Would never order anything from this company! Ordered a lot of snow gear and have been waiting weeks and weeks and no response after emailing! Theses guys should be shut down immediately!
