Jamais rembourse mon retour. J'ai achete 2 vestes para erreur et de plus, elles étaient trop grandes. J'ai procede au retour des 2 vestes et pris le temps d'acheter un autre plus petite. Ils m'ont rembourse 1 seule veste. C'est ma parole contre la leur car leur système ne justifie aucunement comment le paquet est arrivée, a éte ouvert, ou meme son poids à l'arrivée. Ils ne sont pas professionnels, ils veulent jouer comme les grands mais ont des process de maternelle. Siroko n'est pas un bon plan si il y a un risque de vouloir retourner le produit.

Failed to deliver my item and can't ever get hold of anyone to talk about it despite multiple attempts. They don't even offer a reason for why the item hasn't arrived in over a month and the order status on the website just says "delivery exception". Happy to take my money though and return it!

Purchased a product under the reasonable assumption that when purchasing “express shipping”, with an expected delivery of December 5 or 6, that it would indeed arrive over the period of December 5-6 and not 6 days later. Customer service throughout this process has been terrible, with no consideration to timeframes or consumer law. Was unable to give the product as a gift as the flight had already left, which was the purpose of the express postage in the first place. Paying additional costs to now refund the product seems borderline fraudulent. Regardless will not be using again.

I bought a bib tight from their high-end product line, SRX, surprisingly, after only one ride the chamois area got ripped off. I reached out to their customer service and they offered me 15 euro incentive! I have been using other brands for years and never had any issues like this. Really low-quality company.

Salopette et manteaux achetés sur le site. La fermeture éclair ventrale de la salopette s'est déchirée au premier usage, sans raison particulière... premier jour sur les pistes... J'ai contacté le service client qui m'a répondu que c'était dû à une mauvaise utilisation... Produit défecteux, qualité médiocre, mauvais service client. A FUIR !

Absolutely terrible experience and I definitely won't be buying again.Purchased some stuff for my girlfriend as a b'day in November. After 2 weeks parcel has finally arrived which in today's world is rather long and unsatisfactory timeframe. Unfortunately had to return the item and ask for the exchange due to size being to big. The return address is shown as the UK address where the parcel was delivered after 2 days from me posting it. However that is not the place where the parcel needs to get before the exchange is issued. There is no mention on the website stating that parcel has to be then send again to different location..it's been over 30 days now and I still have not heard back about when I can expect to receive the item. Absolutely disgraceful tactics and none existing customers service. I decided to try Siroko and it was a massive mistake. Other companies like Dope which are also based outside of the UK can handle deliveries and returns within 10 days but Siroko clearly doesn't care as once they got your money it's your problem. Don't bother buying form them

My wife bought a cycling top (for Christmas) for me, I'm a mens M (medium), and this top was labeled M (for mens), BUT NOT EVEN CLOSE to a medium mens size it was so small (it was ridiculous), upon trying to return for an exchange (or refund), they refused as it was a few days out from their return window. We do not recommend purchasing from this company - just rude!

If it was possible to leave 0 out of 5 stars, I would. My snowboard pants ripped after 3 days (down the seams) - with a RRP of £180+ . I then had a reply saying it wasn’t covered as it was wear and tear!! SHOCKING customer service, avoid at all costs if you can.

Worst customer support ever. Don't buy from this brand. They stop responding emails and never get back to you. Tried to make a return due to wrong size and had the worst support experience I've ever had - return process is a nightmare. Spent $200 that are now probably lost. Communication is AWFUL

Seam between the leg ripped open after 2 days of snowboarding in them. Absolutly unexeptable. Customer support said its my fault. Shure… its absolutly normal for that to happen. My burton pants i had before didnt have anything similar happening. Not even after 5 years of heavy use. For that the price is way to high. They are confortable thou. Just the quality is lacking really bad.

I ordered the jacket W5-W NIX. The logo on the front is different. It is not subtle and it says “SIROKO COMPANY” in large letters. There is also an additional circle logo on the right arm. I chose this jacket because it did not show large logos in the pictures on the website. It looks very cheap. Now i have a week and a half left to return my jacket and the company is not responding to my email.

Solo dos semanas para devolver un producto. Si quieres hacer un regalo CUIDADO porque le tendrás que meter prisa por si necesita devolución o como en mi caso, cambio de talla. Ahora me toca comermelo. No vuelvo a comprar aqui.

Hola, los calcetines DW FJORD especifican que son para invierno de -10 a 5 grados. pero son muy finos creo que no son para esas temperaturas, se transparente el pie. Me queda probarlos pero creo que se han equivocado en poner las temperatura.

Terrible experience! I ordered a T-shirt which got damaged the same day I put it on (the zipper), even though I ordered the size according to their size guide. They refused a refund claiming that the damage was my fault!

Siroko doesn't have any costumer services. If there is a need for changing your size ore return of bought item there is absolutely no way to get in contact. Why don't Siroko not just inform the customer about a return adresse with every delivery? I have tried to change a t-shirt, ontil now I have at least 8 e-mails this with request, but still no way to log in to Siroko customer service to download a return label???? WHY.

BEWARE IN CANADA Horrible service. I order 430$ worth of items, they were too small. They informed me there was nothing they could do to help me and I had to pay an extra 15$ just for them to generate a return form for me, on top of it I paid 100$ in duties. I wanted to reorder in a different size but their customer service was so unprofessional and cold that I would never want to spend my money here again.
