Please do not buy. Glasses broke after wearing only 5 times. Ignored by customer service after sending 3 contact messages through website with photos. Eventually got a response after a reply to a marketing mail. Told it was my fault and not covered under warranty. Frames are thin at arm hinge. Terrible product and appalling customer service.

If you're planning to buy something here, you'll have to order it a month in advance. You have to plan well. The delivery is too slow and their response is also very insincere. I didn't receive the product I ordered on December 24. I think I will receive it after winter.

Calcetines que no cumplen las expectativas en cuanto a regulación térmica. Si realmente los utilizas a las temperaturas que te dicen en la web te tendrán que amputar los pies por congelación. Además que con el primer lavado se han deteriorado y cedido muchísimo. 40€ muy mal gastados, no los recomiendo. Por decir algo positivo es que son cómodos, suelo utilizar Lurbel en mi día a día y son parejos en cuanto a comodidad.

I am really disappointed, I was waiting for my jacket for snowboarding which I ordered was missing the post office leave it outside in no safe place and I try to deal with a company that this is ridiculous and not responsible and if they can or give me refund or sent a new item there wasn’t any email back to me and still they telling me to deal with a post office . I will never purchase any thing from this website.

No recomiendo comprar productos de esta marca, sus políticas de garantía son muy malas. Compre este producto en el mes de Octubre, preparandome para la temporada de invierno, lo recibí en el mes de noviembre. Este es el momento que no se si sirven o no, pues desde el momento en que los recibí están defectuosos. En los pliegues de la rodilla donde el material es diferente al del resto de la prenda las costuras que los une están descosidas dejando como resultado unos huecos en cada una de ellas. así que de inmediato contacte a servicio al cliente de la marca por email describiendo el problema acompañándolo de unas fotografías. me respondieron disculpándose por lo sucedido y me pidieron que enviara mas información y unas nuevas fotos del producto y el desperfecto y así lo hice. todo esto en el transcurso del mes de diciembre. este es el tiempo que tras ya mas de dos meses después aun no tengo respuesta y mucho menos una solución a esta garantía. Ya estamos al medio de la temporada de invierno así que me toco comprar uno a otro vendedor. Yo he comprado por años todo tipo de productos de la marca SIROKO y hasta ese momento no había tenido ningún problema por lo cual nunca hice uso de una garantía en el pasado, pero ahora que me toco hacerla me siento completamente defraudado. I do not recommend buying products from this brand, their warranty policies are very bad. I bought this product in the month of October, preparing for the winter season, I received it in the month of November. This is the moment when I don't know if they are useful or not, because from the moment I received them they have been defective. In the folds of the knee where the material is different from the rest of the garment, the seams that join them are unstitched, leaving gaps in each of them as a result. So immediately contact the brand's customer service by email describing the problem along with some photographs. They responded apologizing for what happened and asked me to send more information and some new photos of the product and the damage and so I did. all this during the month of December. This is the time that after more than two months later I still have no answer, much less a solution to this guarantee. We are already in the middle of the winter season so I have to buy one from another seller. I have bought all kinds of SIROKO brand products for years and until then I had not had any problems, which is why I never made use of a guarantee in the past, but now that I have to do it I feel completely disappointed.

Did wear the pants for 4 days while snowboarding. Pants on the bottom already changed colour. Fabric is more worn and becomes thinner. Seams coming loose. Not high quality for this price… good for 2-3 winter holidays max.

I bought this jacket in S, it's too big - now I return the jacket in order to have it in XS, the return has been delivred but SIROKO doesn't answer me. I've just lost my money. If you're not sure of the size, don't buy it it because you will loose your money and still don't have the jacket

Se potessi metterei 0 stelle! Ma il minimo è 1 i colori di questa giacca non sono come in foto! Ho chiesto di essere rimborsata e ho pagato anche 2.95€ per l’etichetta di reso… ma niente! non mi è mai arrivata nessuna etichetta e nessuna notizia dopo diverse mail… delusissima!

Ordered a snowboard jacket and it doesn't fit well. Trying to return it...I've been charged for the return label but Siroko indicates that the return label is not available to print.....hmmm...sounds sketchy! Very unhappy!

I ordered a ski jacket, I confirmed with the company that it would be delivered through a courier and USPS. They then sent it USPS and I dont get USPS delivery. The jacket was then sent back to the company and they said they would refund me and that was weeks ago. They are no longer even answering my emails. This company is not honest and I would never suggest anyone ordering anything from them. They don't even have a customer service phone number.

Delivery was super fast, ordered on the 27th Dec, arrived on 2nd Jan. Fabric and making looks and feels perfect! I would have loved this, except... Size chart states 63 cm length for size L-XL. My piece came with the length of 54 cm-s, measured from neck lining to bottom. That's 9 cm-s short! Barely covers my belly button. (I'm 193 cm-s tall)

We ordered a jacket two weeks ago, have not received it and the tracking is not current. Now my son won’t have it in time for Christmas. Do not recommend this company at all.

I have tried to contact this company on 3 seperate occasions about my order within the past 2 weeks and have not yet received a response. I placed my order about 3 weeks ago and my tracking has not been updated in a while. The inability to respond to THREE SEPERATE inquiries that I have made regarding my order is beyond inappropriate. I am very unhappy with the complete lack in customer service from this company and as a result I would never recommend this company or products to anyone in the future. Do better.

Increíble como bajaron la calidad de sus productos incluso del Packing, ya he comprado 5 lentes de sol con Siroko pero los dos últimos se sienten de mala calidad y para que hablar del Packing horrible comparado de como venían antes, hasta con Sticker venían, se nota que no quieren gastar dinero, decepcionado de la marca, nunca más compro con Siroko.

Bijna mijn hele fietsgardarobe bestaat uit fietskleding van Siroko en kan dus zeggen dat ik fan ben van het merk. Deze beenstukken heb ik besteld en ging er vanuit dat ze vast ook goed zouden zijn. Dat viel echter heel erg tegen. De pasvorm is slecht en de stof heeft te weinig stretch. De onderkant is zo nauw dat mn voet er bijna niet doorheen past en de stof is rondom de knie weer te los. Bij andere merken heb ik daar geen last van. Kortom dit was echt een miskoop.

Appalling customer service. Second time ordering. First pair of glasses excellent quality and as described. Second pair were vastly different from the advertised picture. I raised this with them- they informed me that lenses can vary “considerably indoors or outdoors”. I felt this was an ok response so went outside the next day in sunlight. They were still nothing like the picture so I informed them and sent evidence. “Please note that as we already explained, The web colour is the colour of the lens in bright conditions and once you can try them in high light conditions, you will be able to see it.” I explained again that as per the photo they are still totally different to the picture advertised. To assure I had covered all boxes I also took a photo in studio light, and edited the picture to add maximum brightness and I could still not achieve a likeness to the advertisement. They have offered for me to return the item at my expense. I have already spent £10.95 on postage and they would like me to pay a further £8 to return them. £18 out of pocket for an item totally different to the advertisement. Would not recommend for accuracy of advertisements or complaint resolution. Be careful when buying with Sirko
