However by day 3 I started to have unusual knee pain and sharp pain in my ankles when I stepped from time to time. I realized something was very wrong so I googled Sketchers complaints. Opened a Pandora's Box of serious ligament issues. Recommend buyers check out Sketchers' complaints before buying. A real eye opener.”
“I bought the slip on shoe. It was on sale for an alright price. They have so much memory foam in them that the foot won't fit properly and because of the memory foam the inside shoe size is wrong it makes them a while size smaller. Plus why is a sport shoe getting memory foam inserts shaped like a high heel. Cover the whole sole or don't, it is annoying and wasting our time.”

The level of premature damage is unacceptable specially when you’re taking shoe of 20k.
Than 1 year back I took razor trail 2 of 15000/- that too got torn in 4 months and sketchers Ludhiana Malhar road people said we can’t do anything.
So taking a shoe from sketchers is a big mistake.
They don’t make sports shoes at all as they don’t have technology of sports
Will not at all take sketchers shoes from now.

“Bought GOrun Trail Altitude 2.0 - Cardona Ridge purple colour. Supposed to be water repellent and anti slip. Please do not buy if you are looking for anti slip function as these shoes will slip on wet surfaces . Almost fell a few times wearing it . What’s the use of water repellant if the shoes can’t be worn at all on raining days. Please stop producing these kinds of harmful shoes. One thing good is they are comfy but for what ? Maybe the person who designed should try on these shoes first . Utterly disappointed. Now became white elephants . Just worn a few times 😅”

When I tried to exchange my pair with original receipt on April 6th we were not allowed. Because we didn’t have the second receipt (which is not original) we could not get full credit for what we exchanged. The extra cost was about $50! I will not do business with them in the future when they don’t honor their terms. Also, I am sorry that I did not look at the reviews first because it seems my issues are consistent with those written.”

When I requested a fresh piece instead of one from the display, the staff member outright refused. Her attitude was rude and impolite, and she demonstrated a complete lack of customer service skills. Despite my clear explanation that I have an allergy, she still refused to provide me with a fresh piece from the back. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
I urge you to address this issue immediately and ensure that your staff is properly trained in both customer service and handling allergy-related requests. No customer should have to face such dismissive and unprofessional treatment.

“My bad experience was today 3/26/25 @7:12pm store #00541. Pearlanf Tx. I took my 76 year old mom to buy shoes which she bought 6 pairs and both sales associates working were very rude! The young man was not friendly at all and when ask for help seemed very bothered then the cashier lady was very unpleasant I told her it seems like no one smiles here she responded “that’s just our faces” I asked her for there names since she didn’t have a name badge on and she responded “ we are not allowed to give our names” she was a young woman (assoc:130471) Both of them made our experience unpleasant and we still bought 6 pairs of shoes! Please train them to give better customer service!!”

“11 months ago i purchased a pair of Skechers shoes (Go Run) and was disappointed with the quality. The sole's gum is not strong, causing it to wear out quickly. The overall build of the shoes feels subpar, especially considering the brand's reputation. I expected better durability and comfort, but unfortunately, these shoes did not meet my expectations. “I bought the sketchers zip up work shoes and they are the most uncomfortable work shoes o have ever wore. I’m on my feet 10 hours a day on concrete and I have tried 5 different pair of inserts and the shoes still hurt like hell. For 109.00 u would think they would be a comfortable work shoes and they are not slip resistant very slick on rainy days. Would not recommend sketchers . Had better luck with Georgia giant work shoes.”
