Received sneaker with broken lace. Asked for new lace to be sent. They don't do that. Wanted me to return sneakers..... Pain in the butt. I'll buy my sneakers from someone else that has better customer service.

I bought my husband these shoes less than 6 months ago. No reason the black color should be coming off like this.

Bad customer service! My daughter's toe was bleeding at work because of The Skechers slip on shoe had a hard spot near the pinky toe and Rubbed it raw enough for her toe to Bleed! Tey didn't want to do anything about it. But send the shoe back and then what!? I don't want another Pair. Just a refund. They were Rude at Customer service!!

Have a pair of Snickers( sketchers sport memory foam) for about a month they're fall apart . Unfortunately I'm not able to add a picture to it very disappointed.

I just had TWO of the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES with the store manager at the Hylan drive store ( # 00862) in Henrietta Ny- I purchased a pair of boots on a gift card I received n noticed later on that they over charged me $15.- I went back to the store where SUPPOSEDLY a employee there refunded me $15 on my gift card- I hav both receipts- when I checked my gift card balance the $15 was never put back on the gift card!! Today 1/25/25 I called the store n talked to the manager about this- before she hung up on me she said “not my problem” so I went back to the store to try to resolve this issue- the store manager was SO RUDE TO ME- when I asked her what her name was she told me her name was F—K and walked away to the back of the store and never returned! I will not only write this terrible review but I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW about my TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES with this manager- I will also b calling the corporate office to complain but I don’t really expect any response from them either- they just don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction AT ALL

Have had a pair of slip-ins for less than a year are rarely use them. The material at the back has separated from the plastic piece on both of them. Not impressed and will not buy another pair.

My Skechers hiking boot is defective. It has fallen apart, from it sole on the inner side. I went to the Rowland Heights location. The cashier called a manager (Maria). She said no you need a receipt. I informed her I used my membership and my credit card. She replied go into your account and find the receipt. So I did and she said it's been move than 90 days. So I can't help you. I asked to speak to the store manager (Jennifer) and explained that is the policy. I replied you can't be serious these boots didn't last six months. (I do use these boots four days a week for two hours walking a trail.)That's eighty dollars wasted. I won't be shopping for any more Skechers.

Very bad. We were the only customers on the shop on Sunday 12th at app 3pm. No acknowledgement from the 2 staff who were at the deck. After closing the shoes we waited for the sales assistant. No luck. We walked to the counter and asked for the size to try. Service was provided but we were not welcome. Poor training and lack of respect.

Both pair of new shoes soles are pulling apart. Come on folks both pairs! Looks like you used Elmer’s glue. I think maybe you guys are slipping. Friends have mentioned the same thing about their experience with your shoes. Good money down the toilet!!!

Their "wide" shoes are not wide anymore. Used to buy their wide fit shoes all the time. They obviously changed the design. The new ones aren't even close to the size of the old ones.

I am 79 yrs old and really like the convenience of the slip on. But the two pair I have bought have the bubble sole. I have been tripping several times once in a hospital with my daughter then the pair I wear in my house I have tripped several times at the toe. Tonight I had a bad trip again fell against my glass table. Will not wear them again. I would like to know if other people have had this problem. My children have seen this happen to me several times and told me to get rid of them. After tonight fall I will

Your system is rejecting the photo I’m wanting to provide that speaks for itself. I bought the slip on shoes in pink and white and the heels wore through to painful metal within a week. I’m careful with things and my shoes last years; I’m disappointed.

The service at the Jeju branch is extremely poor, lacking even basic politeness. As a Korean, shouldn’t you at least show gratitude to a foreign customer? I will never use this service again. This is the worst service I’ve experienced across all branches. (

My Skechers Slip-in shoes wore out in less than 3 months. The heel cloth material doesn’t last and the foam underneath the back of the shoe was exposed on both shoes. Brought this to the attention of Skechers and was told that’s normal and they offered a discount if I bought another pair from them. Why would someone buy another pair of shoes if they wear out in 3 months? Not worth the money.

This feedback is too important to ignore—I hope Skechers management takes it seriously and addresses these issues. To Whom It May Concern, Today, December 30, 2024, my parents visited the Skechers store at the Staten Island Mall on Richmond Avenue around 2:00 PM, hoping for a simple and pleasant shopping experience. Instead, they encountered two of the rudest employees I’ve ever heard of—a petite young woman and a blonde, feminine-looking young man—whose behavior was shockingly unprofessional. Both were openly mocking customers, especially seniors, with smirks and laughter that made the atmosphere feel more like a high school locker room than a place of business. My mother even witnessed them exchanging glances as if waiting to see which of them would pocket a $20 bill my father accidentally left on the counter, instead of returning it to him with honesty and decency. After hearing about this appalling experience, I returned to the store with my father later that afternoon. The same petite girl was there, wearing that same smirk, and the blonde young man attempted to dismiss the deal we were there for—buy one pair, get the second 50% off. They only honored the deal after I firmly insisted, proving they had no intention of helping unless pressed. While my father was choosing another pair, I continued to observe these two individuals mocking customers as they came and went, particularly older individuals. Their behavior was cruel, immature, and outright unprofessional. Running a business requires a baseline of respect for your customers, and these two failed miserably in that regard. On a positive note, a brown-haired gentleman who arrived later and another young lady were far more professional and courteous. It’s a shame their behavior couldn’t overshadow the terrible conduct of the petite girl and the blonde young man. Skechers should be ashamed to employ people who mock seniors, ignore customer needs, and seem more interested in making fun of others than actually working. If this store wants to maintain any semblance of a good reputation, I strongly recommend evaluating the attitudes of its staff and providing serious training on respect, customer service, and professionalism. My experience was a reminder that kindness and respect should always come first in any business. Sadly, this location failed in every possible way.

First pair of slip ons fell apart at the front seam in 3 weeks. The exchange pair sole has a huge crack after 4 months. Very poor quality

Poor customer service. Order was canceled without any notice and payment was not refunded. Wait a long time on the phone to finally get connected to the customer service. The Sketcher's representative answered with a sleepy voice in the middle of day and offered no help.
