1. You can't check a local Skechers shop's stock online.
2. If your local shop has not got the product they won't order it for you.
3. You can't order a product to be picked up from the shop.
4. Ordering using 'normal' post means you will not get any tracking info, just '2-7 days delivery'.
5. No explanations (that I could find) of what all the different technologies mean and are supposed do.
6. You can register that you want to know when a currently out-of-stock size has come back into stock. I did that, it turned out the range was discontinued and they couldn't be bothered to send an email advising me of that.”
“I loved the sketchers slip on canvas bobs,no laces to tie up.so decided to get new ones as my old ones were now falling apart. unfortunately they have changed the design, but i thought I would still get three different colours as they were super comfy before .how very wrong was I. For some reason the size 5 is more of a 6 .the laces are not elasticated just short and knotted ar the end so they are baggy and rub as you walk .I only had them on around the house for 5 minutes .had to take them off .awfull designe and not at all comfy . Havnt got the recipe and left it to long to exchange as I brought them in January ready for spring . Really disappointed and wasted alot of money .why change a perfect design?”
“These shoes are NOT for the desert!! The groove pattern in the soles is just the right size to pick up gravel. I have to remove them and dig the gravel out after EVERY time I go outside.”
“I stayed in your Temecula because I love your product! This month I turned 65, at checkout the staff asked if I would like to be a member to receive points? I asked would I get my birthday points with this purchase, yes she said! I did the online enrollment- after I retrieved my phone and waited again. I clicked Join, Buzzer sounds, Wrong Answer and then I proceeded into Skecther App Hell. Due to my phone number I had to remember email address used, 4 Buzzers later no wrong answers. Finally yes only password needed to be reset. App says could be 30 min! Wrong answer! It made me rethink my entire purchase. Online merchants have mastered the consumer relationship. Not Sketchers! $257.00 in the register and due to a stupid app I left in frustration!”
“I have the old Sketchers SUMMIT black women's shoes - they are great - but I went into the Sketchers store to buy another pair and their shoes all have plastic soles! what happened tp the rubber - non-slip soles? They now have the same quality as the ones you can get at Walmart for under $20!

I thought I had finally found a shoe that was both comfortable and safe and sure-footed - being a Sr. and having diabetes, this was important.

“My daughter bought me a pair of slip on skechers trainers in October as a present for Christmas 2022 unfortunately although the right UK size was purchased they slip off the heel when walking! With no option for returning feel stuck with an expensive unusable pair of shoes!!!!!”
“I buy Skechers because they are relatively cheap compared to others. But when Walmart shoes hold up better over time, then there is a real problem. The inside back portion of the shoe is made extremely poor, and I have experienced this on numerous occasions. The latest pair I bought in Sept 2022, and already is breaking down in the Achilles region. This is similar to the past. You can do better Skechers.”
“I bought 2 pairs of Shoes (one man, one woman) and Read an earlier written Review that Skechers Bad Times included "BREAKING-IN TIME". I want to ADD that During that BREAK-IN TIME, my Shoes sound like I'm walking on Squishy Rubber. You can hear me "Walking All Over the Shop Area where I work". “My husband bought 2 pair of go walk twist fit sneakers and the dial does not stay tight. He has a brace for a drop foot and it's hard to find shoes or sneekers that his brace would fit in. He was happy when found these until 3-4 months later and he could not keep the dial tight.”

“I have been buying sketches work shoe for 5 or 6 years now at 3 pairs a year. The reason I got so hooked on these shoes is 2 reasons. 1. The memory foam was very cushy.i would sink so far that even underneath my toe joints had support. 2. The EE size was perfect. My feet spread when I stand and anything narrower than their EE was tight. Now you have taken all that was good and changed it. The cushion is thinner and the EE is NOT EE.”
“I was so excited to see sketches launched the Sketchers Arch Fit shoes . The shoes were $80 bucks ...plus tax...I thought if it helps my legs and feet for a 12 hour overnight shift ..well worth the money right? I could not have been more wrong. I am so beyond disappointed!!! And the "arch fit insoles " come out .. so I thought I would try that. Wrong again. Absolutely no support at all. I've worn this brand for years!!. What happened to my Sketches??, made more cheaply and cost more money ...I guess that what we do now days ..sincerely...Nana with aching feet and legs 😭😭”
“The skechers arch fit good for arch but the fit of the shoe is loose I got a 8 and then I got a 7.5 they was good for a week and then they are to loose and can't get any smaller they won't fit at all then. They are not tight on your foot they the old ones with out arch fit was always tight.. these shoes fit like a sandals they are to loose.”
