“I have the old Sketchers SUMMIT black women's shoes - they are great - but I went into the Sketchers store to buy another pair and their shoes all have plastic soles! what happened tp the rubber - non-slip soles? They now have the same quality as the ones you can get at Walmart for under $20!

“Great shoes for the first 6 months then the insoles started to disintegrate, emailed customer services to ask for replacements and sent photos, they suggested returning to shop, visited both Direct sports and Sketchers shops with no help. The after sales and customer service from this company is zero. For a pair of arch fit shoes costing over £80.00 you would expect them to last a year !!!”
“Ordered golf shoes on May 20 /2023. Golf shoes made it to Customs then were returned to their main office in California. Have no idea why. Emailed Skechers Canada and got no response other than generic response about how important I was. Phoned, no answer, left message, no return call. Today I emailed them and told them to cancel order as I was hoping to get the golf shoes before the end of summer and it didn't look like that was going to happen.”

“Huge sign at store sang buy one get one 50% off your second pair. And then there’s a tiny prints that excludes half of the store! Terrible terrible advertising! Extremely deceptive! You get up to the counter and find out all you can’t have that pair you can have that one at 50% you can have that one and 50%. Really really disappointed in sketchers.”
