“I bought 3 pairs of Sketcher slip-ones, about $200.00. Two of the three failed after the 3 month return policy, about 4 months. Sketchers policy will not replace shoes or refund cost. Their policy must be that the shoes must be returned in the same shape as when purchased. WHAT!!!!! If the shoes failed , how can you return them in the same shape as when purchased. Will never ever buy Sketchers again. This policy is pure insanity.”
“I have purchased two different pairs of work boots both pairs were defective the first pair I was able to return to the store , the second pair was not available in store so I generated a return sent the boots per instructions never got a response that the boots had been received so I called and was told the boots had been received after about two weeks was then told it would be another week for them to confirm that they defective and then they would send me a new pair so I called today 12-12-23 and was told that this still has not been confirmed and that skechers does not do exchanges only refunds and that would take another 5 to 7 days to complete I like your shoes and boots but they are not worth this I cannot get a straight answer or any useful help I hope I get my refund soon so I can go look for some boots that I can actually wear and not have my time and money tied up in a company that really does not seem to care about customer satisfaction only selling the product this has been a completely frustrating experience to bad I really like your shoes”
“The 30% off sale on clothing is very deceptive. It is plastered all over the store. 30% off lowest price in big letters. What they don’t say is the lowest price must be at least $20. Nowhere does it say that and the sales guy was a jerk about it also.”
“Don't order online. They send no return shipping address and size doesn't make sense. 2 pairs labelled 46W fitted great but 1 pair labelled 46W was way oversized. So I tried in-store, 46 was too small, 45 was too small, 44 was too large. Customer service does not read support requests, they just send a formulaic response that does not address your issue. Worst customer service ever. The shoes are also of poor quality and the soles slip on wet pavement and concrete. Waste of money.”

“I bought a pair of Outdoor Skechers that the toe separated from the shoe and the sole. First in the left one and then in the right. The sole is glued only and not secured to the shoe. This caused the underlapping of the shoe toe to separate from the sole since the glue of the sole failed to keep it's adhesion. I am very disappointed but really like your brand and overall fit.”

I should have taken a picture of what I returned because they take pictures of shoes when you return them that our not your shoes and say this is what you returned to us. They do this as not to give your a refund on original payment. They email you a E gift card. It is a scam! Do not buy anything from them.”
