I returned a pair of Skechers that were never worn. I should have taken a picture of what I returned because they take pictures of shoes when you return them that our not your shoes and say this is what you returned to us. They do this as not to give your a refund on original payment. They email you a E gift card. It is a scam! Do not buy anything from them.”

Pebbles and stones get embedded in sole. Not so sure that they are washable, after several attempts still very dirty looking.”

“Ordered golf shoes on May 20 /2023. Golf shoes made it to Customs then were returned to their main office in California. Have no idea why. Emailed Skechers Canada and got no response other than generic response about how important I was. Phoned, no answer, left message, no return call. Today I emailed them and told them to cancel order as I was hoping to get the golf shoes before the end of summer and it didn't look like that was going to happen.”

“Custer service was non existence at Pecanland Mall. Large store. Did not see anyone at first. No one offered us help until 25 minutes later when l needed help. Finally found a young male helper leaned against a wall on his phone. The check out young lady must have had a hard day. NEVER smiled, nothing. Will never shop or buy Sletchers again. This was on Sunday, 3-12-23.”
“Shoes are cheaply made. Overpriced and don't hold up. If they really want your business as a customer, they would sell a product worthy of use. I for one will not purchase these poorly made trash shoes again. 1/8 inch of so called memory foam can also be found in a $20 pair of Walmart shoes. At $65 a pair I would have expected more from Sketchers.”
