“I ordered boots back in October. Unfortunately they didn’t fit so I returned them for a refund. I had confirmation through Canada Post that the boots were delivered back to them on November 23/22. It is now December 31/22 and after 2 emails and 1 voicemail I have no heard one word from them. Very poor service”
“The authorities should check the safety of Skechers shoes. The Goodyear rubber sole that been promoted as slip resistant is very slippery when there is some amount of oil/ water on the floor. “I bought a pair of slip resistant work shoes. When I received then I used a shoe stretcher on then for a day and then I wore them. The day I had them on I keeper slipping and sliding on the refeshly mopped floor. I sent them back and asked for a new pair not a refund but a new pair and they said that the show was worn and torn from time and not the new pair that I had just bought. They would not give me a new pair and they would not give me a refund. I had to ask for them to send the pair that I had sent them back to me. I was not going to let them keep my 100 dollers and the slip resistant shoes that you slid around in. I went and bought me a new pair of Fila pair.”

“Got a new pair of sketchers shoes the end of September 2022 by the first week of December one shoe head ripped on the side. I reached out to the Skechers, they asked me to take pictures of the shoe along with a receipt which I did. They replied it was normal wear, and they wouldn’t be replacing it. Bought a pair of Delux Walkers and they totally broke down (pronated badly) after only 7 times on my feet (walking for a total of less than 12 miles). Worse yet, I sought help online, was sent to a retail store who did absolutely nothing but send me back online. I was asked to submit several photos, which I did, then was sent a "complimentary" FedEx label to send them in to be inspected. The label was never accessible. I purchased two pair of style 204568 in brown and taupe. I started wearing them about two months ago.
Today November 1, 2022 I had to see a Podiatrist because I now have Plantar Fasciitis. The doctor asked to look at my Sketchers and proceed to tell me that these shoes have NO arch support as advertised by Sketchers. Which is probably the reason my feet hurt now!

I bought a pair of shoes from the South city mall, kolkata store. The total billing amount paid was around 8500/- . The model name of the shoes bought is cityblock-hatton, size 11, 222038-wmlt.
I regret informing you all that Skechers product with such a good MRP came out to be poor in quality. The colour of the shoe started running and the entire shoe got discoloured, when unfortunately i got caught in the rain for just 5 mins. I had hardly used the shoes for 3-4 times.
The consumers are entitled to expect that the product they buy be of good quality and will last for a reasonable period of time and be fit for the purpose for which it is acquired.
I first contacted the store and later customer care executive about the problem and was informed that the shoe cant be replaced as the product is not eligible for return or replacement and the damage could have been due to regular product usage and maintenance.
