“I don't recommend buying Skechers shoes at all - their product quality is very very poor and the price is exorbitantly high. Also, AVOID BUYING from the south city store, if you don't want to get cheated.
I bought a pair of shoes from the South city mall, kolkata store. The total billing amount paid was around 8500/- . The model name of the shoes bought is cityblock-hatton, size 11, 222038-wmlt.
I regret informing you all that Skechers product with such a good MRP came out to be poor in quality. The colour of the shoe started running and the entire shoe got discoloured, when unfortunately i got caught in the rain for just 5 mins. I had hardly used the shoes for 3-4 times.
The consumers are entitled to expect that the product they buy be of good quality and will last for a reasonable period of time and be fit for the purpose for which it is acquired.
I first contacted the store and later customer care executive about the problem and was informed that the shoe cant be replaced as the product is not eligible for return or replacement and the damage could have been due to regular product usage and maintenance.
Complete fraud.”

At the time relatives were dealing with a sudden emergency health issue so it was difficult to communicate. It was just discovered package never received and I never received delivery notice. “DO NOT BUY FOR WORK ! Men's After Burn M fit sneaker Extra Extra Wide Width. Right out of the box the front nose was delaminating and thought it was supposed to be this way. They lasted 3 weeks of garden work before total delamination of the sole.
Customer service viewed the pictures and stated that this was natural wear & tear and not a manufacturing issue. Stating damage was reasonably expected with a natural breakdown caused from use. For a shoe that costs over $100 you would think they would last longer for the money paid.
Customer service said l was a VIP customer and gave me a $5 coupon to use on my next purchase with in 60 days.
What a joke for a shoe company.
l spend $1000.s of dollars for shoes for my family and work and would never indorse Sketched or DSW ever again after this 3 week failure like this.

“Brought a pair of shoes at the factory outlet it was very good for 5.4k.that started to release colors after washing.it was a machine washable one. Returned and brought another pair for which I paid additional 2.6k. That sole turned out to be harder. Returned thta again and brought another pair paying 1k additionally. Despite having archfit and cushion my planter fisia has increased with this shoes. Wonder if it is really fit for such case. Ended up paying 9k. Not worth!
