“Ordered golf shoes on May 20 /2023. Golf shoes made it to Customs then were returned to their main office in California. Have no idea why. Emailed Skechers Canada and got no response other than generic response about how important I was. Phoned, no answer, left message, no return call. Today I emailed them and told them to cancel order as I was hoping to get the golf shoes before the end of summer and it didn't look like that was going to happen.”
“Huge sign at store sang buy one get one 50% off your second pair. And then there’s a tiny prints that excludes half of the store! Terrible terrible advertising! Extremely deceptive! You get up to the counter and find out all you can’t have that pair you can have that one at 50% you can have that one and 50%. Really really disappointed in sketchers.”

“Custer service was non existence at Pecanland Mall. Large store. Did not see anyone at first. No one offered us help until 25 minutes later when l needed help. Finally found a young male helper leaned against a wall on his phone. The check out young lady must have had a hard day. NEVER smiled, nothing. Will never shop or buy Sletchers again. This was on Sunday, 3-12-23.”
“Shoes are cheaply made. Overpriced and don't hold up. If they really want your business as a customer, they would sell a product worthy of use. I for one will not purchase these poorly made trash shoes again. 1/8 inch of so called memory foam can also be found in a $20 pair of Walmart shoes. At $65 a pair I would have expected more from Sketchers.”
“Bought a new pair of sketchers shoes a month ago for £84.99 from a good retailer but had to take them back due to the soles of each shoe nearly wearing out already! Poor quality and will not but Sketchers again.”
“Skechers: I purchased a pair of boots and a pair of shoes in the same order. I only received the boots. I waited to receive the shoe delivery because I never had a delivery problem before. Time passed and I didn’t receive anything else… I tried to call the # provided in my email that said my order was delivered but the # was no longer valid, neither was the email address to contact Skechers regarding this order. I couldn’t find any other way to contact Skechers except for an automated chat box. I was informed by chat that since I did not contact them within 30 days, I’m outta luck. I won’t be receiving my shoes nor a refund. I asked to speak with a supervisor but of course one is not available!! I gave all my personal information for contacting me but again was I was told to contact my banking institution and that I’ll be contacted in 24/48 hours… I replied with I doubt it!
I feel this is very bad customer service because I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 30 year’s and buy 10/15 pairs of shoes per year sometimes more!! Considering I had a stroke very recently and finding out the whereabouts of my shoes was not my priority…I think I’ll find another company to buy my footwear from. This is one dissatisfied customer!!! If I could give Skechers a zero rating I would!!!”

I called customer service, they don't ask for any information from me, to try and help me. They're useless. I don't want any emails from you guys anymore, and I want you to close my account.”
“I loved my Skechers until I realized they were causing serious damage to my feet. I started researching the shoes and low and behold, I found out that Skechers is not recommended by Podiatrists due to the root cause of foot problems. I could barely stand up due to excruciating foot pain, so I tried Adidas, which is recommended by Podiatrists. Sure enough, the pain went away after wearing my new shoes for a short period of time. My advice, if you have Skechers, don't donate them to charity, throw them in the garbage to avoid giving someone else foot problems.”
“Skechers had been the only shoe I could wear for the past 7 years. I walk between 7-8 miles a night at my job, and they USED to be the only shoe I could wear that didn't feel like a baseball bat had been banging on my feet all night. I always keep a back up because unfortunately I wear them out in about 6 months. This past year since August, I had a new pair, and purchased my back up. My feet has gradually become more and more painful, and then I noticed a corn on the outer part of both feet mid sole. I ended up changing into my newest pair, and lo and behold, they are fitting me the same. I still older shoes that I've kept for doing yard work. I started studying the older shoes vs the newer one. The newer ones they have making this past year has a more rigid rubber sole around the side, causing my feet to be pressing on top of that rigid rubber side piece, which in turn has caused these painful sores. I am so disappointed in these shoes now. Should of never changed the mold, or materials. I have the older versions of proof that the material is different and less flexible. Sorry to say, I will not be ordering these again”
“The return policy at the store is absolutely ridiculous. Most credit card company's will give you a virtual card number when ordering online to protect from getting you actual card number stolen. You can not return an item to the store without the credit card used to make the purchase, but there is no such card because a virtual card was used. Get up to date with your return policy. You have lost a customer for life as this has happened more than once to me. I had the actual email in hand, was able to provide proof of identification, but still the best I could do was get a store credit. Im so mad at this point I will never shop at another Skecher site again.”
“Recently bought their so called performance sandal and ended up with abrasion and blisters on feet. When I wrote to them to demand refund, their reply was so unreasonable, it claimed it is common to have blisters/abrasion and even advised to use vasaline on affcted arreas.”
