“Great price, but strange ordering process having to phone to have the order processed? It maybe just so they can try and sell additional products?
Once processed which took 8 days (over new year as ordered on Boxing Day) it only took 4 days to arrive from USA.
Would use them again, but a better order process would massively improve the customer experience and service.”
“I spent time reading reviews on the SLR Hut website before deciding to place an order with them. I too though some of the deals were too good to be true. Turns out they are and then some! I placed my order on line then followed up with a call to confirm the order as requested and i spoke to a guy called John, he went through the order,dicussed options and taylored it to my needs! Could'nt have been more helpfull ! The order was placed on the 21st Dec and it arrived at 12.30pm christmas eve!! From the states!! ( i live in the UK). Now thats what call service!! Thanks SLR HUT.”

Their online ordering system is absurd.
Once I placed the order I received an email telling me I had to phone them to "process my order". RIDICULOUS. I phoned 5 timres but could not get through.
I emailed to ask what had to be processed and received an equally stupid response from their Customer Service rep saying the order would take 2 days to process and not answering my questions. Patheric.
A pity they can't make the online ordering as straightforward as their competition. I now have to buy a new camera but I am put off using them again.”
“The Nikon Coolpix P00 is a present to myself for Christmas and it has not been a disappointment. Firstly SLRHut's price was £80 cheaper than Amazon, no more said. I had not realised that SLRHut was an American company, but not to worry my Nikon Coolpix P900 arrived on time with an excellent tracking service. Very impressed with professional service and attention to detail. Will buy from SLRHut again.”
