“Order never had correct address on invoice. Label printing machine never printed house number resulting in me carefully tracking item. Got it eventually.”

“Customer service not very 'personal', somewhat abrupt. They advertised a promotion '...confirm your order (by phone) & get a 32GB as card...' it did not arrive with my goods! When I queried this the stated the didn't have stock; no additional information. I asked when do you expect to send the card to me: their response 'we'll be running another promotion shortly'; again no additional information (e.g. in the next week/in the next month)! This wouldn't be allowed in the UK. If the advertise that they provide something, they should comply with their ad. Mit impressed at all.”
