“I have been disappointed in the last order. I placed the order in early September and it just shipped on Friday October 13th. I reached out to customer service towards the end of September to check on the status and was told there was a delay. That is fine - but what I am disappointed in is that I had to reach out to find that out. It was not communicated to me at the time of the order or within 2 weeks after the order by anyone from the company. I only found out because I emailed myself to check status. In the meantime - I had to place an order with another company because we were in need of the product to keep our business running. This is poor service and I don't know that I will be placing future orders with this company as this has now happened twice. Megan”

“I had ordered shipping labels from another company for years. I decided to shop around and found Smith Corona's website. It was easy to use to find the correct label, order it and pay. The labels were a bit less expensive than I had been paying. The order arrived 2 days later. I will continue to order from Smith Corona.”

“Great products and pricing but shipping times are frustratingly slow. Their website indicates most orders shipped the same day ('Generally, orders received by 4:00 pm EST (Monday - Friday) often ship the same business day') but it took 5 days to ship my order. Other than the slow shipping they have a fantastic product.”

“I called to verify the order status and was informed it would ship on the day of my call, with an expected arrival by next Monday. This is a 4 business day delivery period, despite Daylight usually taking only 3. The order was dispatched 2 days later than promised and while it will arrive on Monday, it should have been delivered by today, Friday. The representative was aware of the delayed shipment.”
