“I placed an order on Jan 26 , I had to send multiple emails asking when it would ship and although customer service was very friendly it only shipped 3 and half weeks later. At this point I still have not received my roll. on top of that shipping was 10$. For people running a business it's unacceptable. regardless of quantity order. Can't say I would recommend , sorry”

“Very pleased with the service I received from Smith Corona. A real person answered the phone and answered my questions. I received my order the next day. I needed to buy smaller quantities instead of whole cases of labels and ribbons, and I was able to get what I needed at a reasonable price.”
