“Recently purchased a Frozen 11 bicycle for our granddaughter who requested a princess bike for her birthday . The nearest stock was at the Mansfield shop where we bought the bike and a scooter as well . On opening the box to build the bike we found that some damage had occurred during packing . We duly returned to the Mansfield store and Wayne ( Manager ) and Paul ? ( Duty Manager ) professionally and courteously attended to us . “We’ve visited the Croydon branch looking for a mountain bike for our son. The bike he wanted was in stock and already made up in the store. Bonus! However, the bike stand was missing and could not be found in the branch so the manager Steve agreed to allow us to take the display bike with attached stand and additionally gave us 10% off as a good will gesture. Thanks to Steve the manager and the helpful Irish lad employee (apologies, we never got his name) who helped us. We have a happy boy!”
“I’ve been trying to get a PS5 for months, didn’t think of smyths, the past two drops both me and my brother were able to get one. The only website out of all the retailers that didn’t break or have to queue for, very good website and fast loading although there was a lot of traffic. Placed my pre order last week and will be delivered tomorrow!”
