"headphones for my sone. I went in store-sheffield in retail park, and i asked for wireless headphones forXBOX X. I have paid \u00a379. When i gave my spns present, and we tried to conect them, guess what-the head phones did not work-As they were for plat station! All good up till now! We went back in store, and asked for a refound or to be replaced with o e for XBOX X. The guy who served us was nice, and he has checked them, but he needed a second opinion, so ge asked for the store deputy manager-and i can say she is a star! Her name is Beth, and she came with a properly atitude! After the headphobes were checked by the guy-were all new, and perfect condition, she took them in office, and guess what-she found a scratch! Which couple of minutes before was not there. Also she has said she can not cuange them as they are opened! At that time i guess i lost everything! How to not open them? If i tried to conect them? I have explained that i have asked her team for xbox x headphones, and, o aspect them to work! \r\nNow is comming the funny part! We have made a complain and the feedback received after this complain was as disapointed as you can imagine-\r\nHaving raised this with the store management team, they have advised that at the time of the sale, it has been confirmed that it was discussed which console this headset was for.\r\n\r\nFollowing this, the cashier assisted with locating and the sale of the PlayStation headset.\r\n\r\nWhen this was then returned, there were signs of use with this item and as a result of this, the store were unable to accept the return.\r\n\r\nFor unwanted returns, the item would need to be unopened, unused and in its original packaging and as it was outside of these conditions, the store would have followed policy here. Customer Services would not be in a position to overturn the decision of the Store Management team in this instance, I'm afraid.\r\n\r\nApologies for any disappointment which this may cause\r\nAfter this of course i have contacted the company to go forward with the complain, as i am not ready to give up, just because they want to sell, but not being profesional and respinsible! \r\nI find this shop team wery unprofesional and unresponible, playing with people money and destroying childrens happyness!\r\nI am sorry if i have done any mistake but please consider that english is not my first language.\r\nAll i can say is that my son is heart broken now as ge was looking forword to have a set od wireless jeadphonep"

“Visited this afternoon from out of town. Not familiar with the lay out and asked for help as wasn’t really sure what I was looking for. Had the good fortune to meet Chris. He knows the stock well and was able to guide me to the products that best suited my needs. He was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Not once, but four times! Needless to say I bought more than I had planned to. Happy shopper!”

“Visited your Chelmsford store yesterday and Kerrieann who served us was so lovely. We'd taken our daughter in for a present as she'd had a had time at the hospital and Kerrieann served us with such joy and was so kind to our daughter it really made her day. Thank you so much for going that extra mile.”

“I visited and found great toys for my 3 year old granddaughter. Great prices, great selection of topshelf toys and learning gifts. Also staff were great at the Croydon/Purley store. Shout out to 'Kim' who was fun, helpful and a breath of customer service fresh air. I visitied on 17 March 2026.”

“Wcześniej napisałam że paczka nie dotarła do adresata . Została złożona reklamacja i została pozytywnie rozpatrzona. Zamówienie zostało powtórnie dostarczone tym razem trafiła pod właściwy adres . Radość dziecka była ogromna 🥰 Zabawki dziecku bardzo się spodobały 👍. Warto było czekać Dziecko szczęśliwe. Dziękuję ☺️”

“Enfield Store Thanks so much to Lou who was so helpful and knowledgeable. She asked us if we needed help when we were looking to buy a car seat for our Grandson. She informed us which ones were suitable and how to fit it in our car. Then she helped us to ensure it fitted in our car. She went over and above on customer service and thanks again to her. A credit to the store.”

“Recently purchased a Frozen 11 bicycle for our granddaughter who requested a princess bike for her birthday . The nearest stock was at the Mansfield shop where we bought the bike and a scooter as well . On opening the box to build the bike we found that some damage had occurred during packing . We duly returned to the Mansfield store and Wayne ( Manager ) and Paul ? ( Duty Manager ) professionally and courteously attended to us . We will have one very happy five year old girl on her birthday . Thank you .”

“Visited the preston store today, firstly want to say how friendly and welcoming the security guard was on our arrival, a big man with a warm smile and a friendly welcome. The staff where great after a earlier misunderstanding regarding the purchase of ps5, the meme we of staff that we dealt with was called Mac and he was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Great store and the two staff mentioned when above and beyond u felt. Credit to the store. A happy customer”

“Just purchased a Joie car seat from the stockport store . Was attended to by Rosie who was brilliant . Not only did she demonstrate how to fix the seat and explain its design without being asked she also offered to come outside to our car and fit it for us . Wonderful and personal customer service - keep it up !”

“We’ve visited the Croydon branch looking for a mountain bike for our son. The bike he wanted was in stock and already made up in the store. Bonus! However, the bike stand was missing and could not be found in the branch so the manager Steve agreed to allow us to take the display bike with attached stand and additionally gave us 10% off as a good will gesture. Thanks to Steve the manager and the helpful Irish lad employee (apologies, we never got his name) who helped us. We have a happy boy!”
