The sofa was unacceptable, sagging and losing shape after 2 months. Fabric was covered in bobbles. Customer service is zero woth Sofology, so condescending and actually hung up on me after me being on the phone for 45 minutes. Very upset with my experience with sofology.

Extremely disappointed! Sofology customer service are useless ! I havnt received my new sofa due day 8 days ago ! Someone made mistake and we still do not know what’s happening ! CNt get any answer from customer service , store at Coventry , numerous emails been send with no success! We sold our sofa we have nothing to seat on and no info if our sofas will be delivered before Xmas ! This company is absolute joke ! People do not believe good reviews ! If could would give 0 stars !!! Do not deserve a one star ! They do not care at all ! No one can give us any answers!!!

We bought expensive leather sofas which are less than a year old and the leather on all the seats is horrible and wrinkly. We contacted customer services who asked for a photo......they said that stretching is normal on a leather sofa and we should smooth out seats after use. This has made no difference what so ever and sofa looks terrible. Do not buy from sofology. Would give it a minus rating like everyone else if I could.

Would not recommend. Sofology want me to pay £53 to replace the cushion on my chair which keeps going flat. It's taken over a month of numerous e mails and nonsense calls and photos to reach this conclusion. It would seem I also have a favourite chair. I have told them I am not prepared to pay £53 and am not at all happy but they really don't care.

Don't buy from this disgraceful company do your research there is hundreds of people out there that have got genuine complaints against sofolgy don't buy save yourself the grief

Bought the Galleria sofa and two armchairs 2018. Delivery was on time, but when it arrived, both chairs and sofa had numerous faults, both from transit and manufacture. Very cheap grade of leather used on most of suite even though it was £2300. Did not want to accept delivery , but driver stated that we would have a further charge if he took it straight away. He took photos of the faults and said he would notify the company of this, then I received an email to ask for further photos as they needed proof of faults to take further action. I did this and also requested a refund as I was in the ' cooling off ' period of the first 30 days and by law a consumer is entitled to a full refund. After numerous phone calls a technician was booked for the following Friday to assess the faults. He arrived and took 19 + photos of faults and said he would put in his report and said it usually took a couple of days for the van to collect the faulty furniture. This didn't happen. We received a phone call the following Saturday to say an independent technician would be calling to look at it. Lots and lots of phone calls and fob offs later and a mention of a small claims court, trading standards and the consumer act 2015 later I eventually got to speak to a escalated complaints advisor who offered a full refund and collection of the suite. Three very stressful weeks later , the suite was collected last night and it couldn't have come too soon. AVOID , AVOID , AVOID !!!!!!

I will never buy from sofology again. There aftercare is disgusting. You can only get in touch with them by email. I've had terrible trouble with my sofa. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I ordered 2 sofas from Sofology on 31st September with a 10 week delivery, we paid a cash deposit and expected the sofas on approximately the 9th November. We arranged disposal of our old sofas on the 8th November as our online account showed delivery to be on the 9th, after calling Sofology we were informed that there was a delay from the manufacturer and the sofas would not be delivered on the 9th. I rang every week for an update and on Wednesday 21st November was told that the sofas were due in the following day and delivery would be on Friday 23rd November, this was then followed by and e-mail and a text on the 22nd November confirming delivery between 07:30 and 10:30 the following day. I booked leave from work and guess what, 10:30 came and no sofas, after waiting a further 45mins I called customer service to be informed the sofas would not be delivered and the earliest they could deliver them was 27th November. We have now been living in our bedrooms since the 9th, had no sofas or chairs in our downstairs and wasted precious annual leave from work all of which could have been avoided if Sofology had basic good customer service and kept their customers informed - I've been offered £50 compensation which won't even cover my phone bill for the amount of times I have called them, sat in a queue or been put on hold

Ugh, why didn't I read the reviews on here? Horrific company to deal with. Original sales experience was fine, if a little drawn out while they tried to sell us optional extras and extort good reviews for Trustpilot. But, if you ever have a problem, my experience is that the company motto is "Computer Says No". Product quality is very low and the no quibble fix or replace insurance that I paid a vast sum for is worth absolutely zero. I'd rather sit on old boxes than buy anything off them, in future.

Bought the Richmonde 4 seater sofa and large footstool and had it delivered February 2018, with in 3 months the seat cushions were very flat and saggy giving no support at all. After numerous unanswered emails and constantly waiting for our calls to be answered we got through and was told to take photos to send to them. We did this and had a reply email saying they could see no problem!! I said if they didn't replace the cushions I wanted a refund, and surprise, surprise I was told they would send replacement cushions. These came about a month later and were fitted. 3 months on again and the cushions are just as bad as the previous ones very saggy with no support at all (even though they said these were improved ones). The inside is basically an inch depth piece of foam and is wrapped in what looks like a 4.5 tog quilt!! We got back in touch and again after numerous emails, phone calls we were asked again to take photos. We were then told that we should be opening up the cushion covers and pulling the fibers around to re plump it daily, this is impossible as the fibers are incased in fabric and I'm not prepared to rip or cut the fabric to pull the fibers! Plus I've never had to do this to any of the other sofas I've had before from better companies. They are refusing a refund and are saying we have had the sofa firstly 15mths, then 1 year but we've only had it since Feb this year. We are now waiting on homeserve to send out a supposedly independent technician to no doubt tell us there's no problem. Avoid like the plague, worst customer service I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.

SHOCKING, AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. Paid £3000+ for our funiture, Promised one delivery on 25th, nothing. Complained and then promised a call back with answers, nothing, Ignored. Chased it again and told it would be another 3 weeks. GUTTED. AVOID like your life depends on it. flash showroom but nothing after. Will never entertain this company again. IF I COULD GIVE -5 it would still be to generous !!!!!!!!

1 star is the lowest I could go. Furniture rejected on delivery, not what we saw and purchased in store. Furniture ombudsmen somehow agreed with sofology. I had to chase up cancelling the finance agreement as Sofology neglected to inform them of the cancellation. Two months payments had been debited from my account. Refund agreed by there Twitter team pin the deposit paid. Once contacted they had gone back on there word. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

There after care is disgusting that the only way to get after care is by email is awful. Not everyone has a email address. I will never buy from them again. I've had my sofa 7 months and had nothing but trouble with it. Never again I will stay well clear.

If I could give -5 I would. Absolute shambles of a company. They took a double payment from me and have denied receiving any money at all. Subsequently I have been waiting a month for the finance manager to get back to me after their so-called investigation. Guess what, still no phone call and they are ignoring all of my emails and are un-contactable via phone. Avoid at all costs!

Not even worth 1 star, so unhappy with our sofa, customer service is shocking, wrote emails, phone calls, got nothing back, had ours for nearly 2 years now and they won't send anyone out, I have to plump up cushions at least once a day, it's looks awfull as soon as somebody has sat on it, I would never buy from sofology again

Had to put one star in order to place my review, trust me this company doesn't deserve one star! Sofa is 6 months old and the stitching has come apart on one of the seams apparently this falls under accidental damage and to have it fixed will cost me £98 (the technician can establish this from photos they ask you to send) Be prepared for a long wait when phoning customer services and don't fall for the we will call you back, because they won't! Will never buy from this company again...............

I would give 0 if I could. The quality of the sofa is shocking do not buy from them. The customer service is shocking and we have been in touch with them for over 6months. We are now having to take it further to the furniture ombudsman. They will not replace the sofa Cushions which have bobbled and they look disgusting. They promised us that it would last we now have to have throws over the sofa to cover up how bad they are. Customer service won’t do anything! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Customer services continually close down complaint without doing anything. “You didn’t answer your phone on one occasion so we will close down your complaint” “The reason your sofa has faded is because you have been wearing harsh clothing” You have to visit the store before anyone will speak to you from customer services as they turn off complaints to meet KPIs. Had to bet the Ombudsman involved as Sofology don’t want to know.

Hi I've also had bad experience new suite came15th October badly creased was told would come out couple days. Not to be went to shop where I ordered to be told they do not deal with it on 19th October had to go online. What a nightmare from the start customer care appalling sent e mails no response phone calls 55mins no reply.insisted they were sending an engineer out for a suite that was 3weeks old on 5th Nov,I told them I wanted it uplifted as I was within my rights 30days for a refund. Was so stressed and upset.paying thousands of pounds for something you want to enjoy and no respect for customer.ie ignoring and no feedback they all saw e-mails I sent.eng came out couldn't fix as it was not transit.ive to get a new one choose a different one £200 more wouldn't waiver it for all the stress I've been through. Only reason wouldn't had anything to sit on for 12 weeks.
