Absolutely terrible service spent 9k 6 months ago was told 3 months delivery time nothing 3 months time order delayed due to shipping was promised November delivery again nothing in November then in December get a call that 2 out of 3 had arrived and a foot stool hadn’t been sent so would now have to wait 6 months for that and January 15 for my corner suite. After several calls and complaints after January the 15th getting told that suite has arrived but has ended up at the wrong depot and would have to be moved before delivery can be arranged again it’s took them over 2 weeks to do this today feb 1st still we have no confirmation of delivery. Don’t expect the managers to respond to emails and the staff on the phone are useless not willing to help and tell you that they can’t do anything about it. Avoid this company spend your money elsewhere

DO NOT buy a sofa with sofology! If I could leave 0 stars I would have. Awful experience. We ordered a sofa with them, they arranged delivery date and they also arranged for Clearabee (miserable men that did this) to remove our old sofas the day before delivery of the new one. Old sofas taken away, next day of delivery no contact from sofology with a time slot. Get to lunchtime I contact them to be told that the new sofa is ‘ missing’!! How do you loose a corner sofa??! Have tried to complain but get nowhere. Got my deposit back as would never have re ordered the sofa with them and wait another 3 months for them to loose sofa again! So now we have no sofas at all thanks to sofologys lack of professionalism and communication! Absolutely the worst company ever and please listen to these bad reviews and give your money to a company that will not leave you with nothing to sit on. Terrible company that should be properly looked in to for what they do to all these customers. It’s unacceptable.

Ordered our sofa originally 8 months ago now, first delivery attempt was wrong! Our corner sofa had an arm in the middle of it 🤦🏻‍♀️ After so much to and fro, we finally got to a resolution after having to drag a good will gesture out of them like getting blood from a stone. Fast forward another 4 months and the sofa was delivered WRONG AGAIN!! We try to get to a solution but customer services act like you are inconveniencing their day having an issue with the fact your sofa is wrong and there’s no hierarchy of management to speak to. Even emailing area managers warrants no response!! They take your money and do not deliver on their end of the agreement and act as though they couldn’t care less, this would never be allowed in any other business and what an embarrassment to work for such a horrendous company. I hope and pray they go bust as we have never had such a bad experience with a company before and all the negative reviews come as no surprise. We would much rather spend our money at a trustworthy establishment!

Absolute POS product. "20 year guarantee" is misleading. That guarantee only covers the structure. Anyway I bought a £2000 sofa which is VERY expensive next to the competition, because I wanted a high-end product. Within the first year the electric recliner mechanism broke. Engineer who fitted the new one said 90% of his job is replacing those things. About one month after the 2 year warranty expired, the recliner on the other side broke. £143 to replace with a 12 - 14 week lead time. To order this you are expected to just bank transfer money to their be account. No acknowledgement, no order confirmation, you just have to wait 16 weeks and hope I guess? Anyway a couple weeks later the recliner on the other side, which was replaced

Bought Sofaglide to protect new flooring which had been laid. Ended up with 2 massive scratches in the floor. Turns out they had forgotten to send the sofaglide, and so reject all claims for damage to the floor and have 'kindly' reimbursed me the £30. Really helped ease the pain of my new £2k floor being ruined. Shocking customer service and would not recommend to anyone.

Six months wait I could except do to covid, but to be told on day of delivery they had lost my sofa how do use lose a sofa? After many many phone calls it never came to light although they kept saying it was in the warehouse which I found hard to believe, after 3 weeks of phone calls they agreed to give my money back which did go back into my bank very quickly. When I read about all those people with faults to their furniture that they can't get put right I feel I have had a lucky escape. I would never recommend anybody to get furniture from Sofology showrooms are lovely as are the staff its after sales which lets them down.

Worst experience ever! Had to wait 6 months for the sofa to be delivered. When the day came , the driver advised that the 4 seater spilt sofa had been sent in 2 different colours ! We have one half brown and one half black! Driver advised it was best that they left it with us as it meant that the replacement would be sent quicker . This is not the case. I’ve had to call and email numerous times , waiting for hours on hold. By the 4th call I was told that the sofa would be reordered and we’ll have to wait till May 2022. I asked for email confirmation, again nothing. Called again this week to be told it’s now June 2022. Again no confirmation in writing . I was told that there was no one I could escalate this issue too. We also paid £40 for a care kit which we’ve yet to receive, that’s a 7 week waiting time. We’ve paid nearly £3000 for this sofa and been left with 2 miss matching parts. The customer service is so poor . Seems sofology are quick to take your money but not resolve a major issue . Never again!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Agree with every negative comment here and they don’t even deserve one star! I have ordered my items in August, still have missing items in mid January and still haven’t been contacted by Sofology after me wasting so many hours waiting on customer service line day after day and having the same conversation with I guess pretty much all of their customer service staff by now. Huge let down!

Bought a linara sofa from sofology. Almost immediately we had sagging problems. Sofology have sent out two experts(term used wise) to assess. Both didn’t sit on the sofa. Both turned sofa upside down and said webbing ok and left. Sofology won’t send anymore people out to look but said I can do my own report if I want although I doubt it will do any good. I even said I would have the one in the Doncaster showroom as that one seems fine, but not allowed that one. So I have said I want a repair or refund as sofa is not fit for purpose but sofology don’t want to know. I would avoid these clowns at any cost.

No regard for data protection. Looks like they use a foreign company to send marketing emails to avoid data protection laws. I am getting marketing emails from them. No contact email whatsoever to contact them, only a phone number to the sales department who don't care. No reply from Facebook messages either.

Terrible service, sofa arrived late with marks on. 3 months later after the sofa was delivered I have still not received the cleaning and protection products I was advised to buy to keep my sofa looking good. After sales service and communication is diabolical.

Linara sofas sagging within days. The cheap filling is a disgrace. Nearly£4K for a pile of junk. There’s even a fb page for cheesed off customers. Customer services nightmare to deal with and technicians like robots spilling the company spiel about how normal this is. Just avoid at all costs.

Totally agreed with all negative reviews. Just no words to express our disappointment! Do yourselves a favour and simply avoid this company. I'm certainly in opinion that someone (hopefully there is a lawyer in the readers) must gather all these bad reviews, bind them into a thick folder (containing all customers info) and sue Sofology company in the court for being quick in swallow customers' money but providing zero customer service, not delivering the ordered products as promised etc etc. Any one volunteering? It is simply a systematic fraud! Happenes again and again to each client who falls into their trap.

Dreadful experience. Sofa ordered 4 months ago. Full balance taken a month ago but one sofa went missing then found but unable to determine how it could be delivered. Sofology cancelled my order and refunded my money without any final discussion. Absolute disgrace. Do not shop with these time wasters!!!!!!!

If very briefly: worst experience with this company. Yes, at the end I received my armchair, but untlil that I had to do so many calls, wait, constantly re-book delivery slot. Every time I was told that I will get a message informing about delivery slot and ofcourse on an day there was no message, no delivery, nothing. And again queueing an hour on a phone, tryng to get a new slot and story repeats...Just save your nerves and choose diferent company.

Ordered sofas at Solihull branch in July paying cash at £2760. I was in no rush for them to be manufactured as my sofa at home was only being replaced due to changing room colour. After having emails and phone call confirming delivery in nov 2021 I booked day off work and donated my old sofa to a hospice shop. On day of delivery I had phone call saying my sofa wasn’t ready with no expected delivery date to give me. A delivery date was given for jan 8th 2022 and when sofa arrived ( in a battered old van driven by couriers) it was found that it had been manufactured in the wrong colour. After refusing to take the sofa it was loaded back on the van and I visited sofology Solihull for a refund. The refund was prompt but no explanation was given to me after waiting 7 months for a sofa. Please do not use this company, as now I have to order another sofa elsewhere after being without since early nov 2021.

I've had a shockingly horrendous experience of dealing with Sofology and would never recommend this company, or DFS (same parent company) to anyone. My initial visit to the Hull showroom. On 23rd November was great, Sophie and Craig were really helpful and informative. I purchased a sofa and chair in the clearance section and physically sat on the sofa which was in excellent condition. I was assured delivery would be within 10-12 days as the sofa needed to be shipped to South Yorkshire to be placed for delivery with the chair. Delivery arranged for 8th December after I chased this. 8th December I was contacted by the delivery driver to say the legs of the sofa were damaged and he would return to the depot for this to be fixed, assuring this would be resolved within a week. After continually chasing the repair / re-delivery, I was worried to hear that the chair was in South Yorks and the sofa in Doncaster, but no one in customer service could get through to the Doncaster depot, which was not staffed. 21st December after many calls and having to resort to going back to the store, I was provided with a loan sofa. 22nd December, I was informed my sofa was repaired and with the chair ready for delivery - arranged for 24th December. 24th December, delivery of one damaged sofa and no chair was attempted. I refused delivery as the sofa was not at all usable. Again, it was left to me to chase customer services, often on hold for more than an hour. It later transpired Sofology do not have technicians in Doncaster and the sofa should never have been sent there for repair. 31st December, after contacting Adam Smith (Director of Customer Services) via Facebook, I received a call from Natalie in sofology HQ priority team, set up to deal with similar concerns and complaints. Again, further emails were sent to Doncaster with promises of being phoned back with an update. After hearing nothing again, I called Sofology again on 4th Jan to be told the chair is missing and asked if I wanted a credit note or a refund. I asked that the chair be located, as it's a large item, I struggle to understand how it has gone missing. 8th Jan I was contacted again by Natalie from the priority team and was informed that the chair has been searched for and remains missing. If I want a refund, collection of the loan sofa will need to be arranged. Search for The Scottish Sun to see an article about how sofas are stacked outside a warehouse in Scotland, and look at pictures of their shambolic warehouse. It is no wonder items are damaged. The Sofology Angry Customers page on Facebook highlights that thousands of others are in a worryingly similar predicament. Do not use this company, their customer service is non existent, internal communication is severely lacking and you will be promised updates that never happen. Take your hard earned money elsewhere and avoid this company.

What went right???? Missing bit of a sofa....missed delivery dates....unable to contact anyone and they still want your money even when the quality is very poor.
